They kept our work truck for a week trying to diagnosis the stall/start problem. Finally on Friday they say it s fixed and tell me it s a frayed wire. They claimed to have driven it 300 miles and it don t do it again. I picked it up Saturday and drove it 3 miles home and it did it twice! So we were down a work truck for a week and they didn t even fix the problem. Go elsewhere. I will delete this review when you fix my truck.

Wonderful service and friendly staff! My oil change ended up taking significantly more time than they estimated, so the rep at the counter applied a coupon to reduce my fee without my even having to ask and updated me frequently on my service progress. I'll definitely come back!

I had two failed inspections at the DMV because they said my headlights were not on. After the first fail, I got my the lights changed. Tried again and still failed. I felt like I was on crazy pills because the inspectors kept telling me I need new lights but I could see them on!! After the second fail, I stopped at this quick lane while nearly in tears and feeling defeated, and the man at the counter, Andrew, did not hesitate to come outside and look at my lights to confirm I am indeed not crazy. He agreed I should go through a different inspection lane and I FINALLY PASSED. If I had not stopped and talked with Andrew, I wouldn t have tried one more time. I was not a paying customer, but this man still helped me and I just want to say thanks so much for your kindness and I will definitely remember that next time I need anything done on my car.

I tried to use this business and was turned away twice in one day for a oil change first time was told it was a two hour wait so I said I would come back and drop off when i did they then told me the close at 2 and it was 1245 I'm done with this place

Pretty frustrating when you have to drive all the way back because they didn t reset tire pressure sensors after rotating tires. Then the lady at the counter tells you you will have to wait 11/2 hours for what they missed and would take all of three minutes to resolve without even pulling into a bay!

Usually quick service and friendly, helpful staff. I've not felt pressured for any unnecessary services.

I pulled in Quick Lane on Friday afternoon at 3:10 PM as my car was making a loud grinding noise and expressed my concern about it as I was nervous to drive all the way to Rehoboth. The Gentleman at the desk said they were closing shop and no time to look. I was nervous and said I'm not comfortable driving all the way home and he said it was probably the bearings. He did not offer to look at as he was in a hurry to get out at 3:10PM ? I asked him where I could go and he said Pep Boys - I drove out and the car was even louder and thank God up the street to the left was MIDAS - I explained the same thing to them and Mark said you are not going anywhere until we check to make sure you get home safe. He then got Ernie to test drive with me and we pulled out and he pulled right back in and said this is serious. My wheel was about to fall off and I would of never made it home safely. I can't thank MIDAS enough for fixing my car and getting me home safe - I wish all customer service was like Midas

Took close to an hour and 40 minutes to do a simple oil change horrible service and never even reprogram my mileage counter at the time there was no line when I got there no one in front of me

Here now and they absolutely been taking care of my vehicle! Very knowledgeable been having a electric issue for a while just been dealing with Bayshore just cleared it up something small Very satisfied customer

My oil filter was not properly tightened. Hence my 6 quarts of oil ended up leaking out all over my truck leaving me stranded in the country.
