From the moment I pulled in they had no process. I sat 20 minutes in car before anyone helped. They charged $170 for the diagnostic then quoted $946.17 to replace park neutral safety switch and wouldn't budge on the price. Everything is overpriced here. I called multiple times since last week and still haven't heard back from manger about that they didn't deduct my rewards from total of the other work I got done. I ended up getting the park neutral safety switch replaced for less than half of Price Toyota's quote at the next closest Toyota Service. I recommend steering clear of here and going to Newark or Glen Mills.

BEWARE.... all the clich�s they say happen at dealers happen to me here.... Took my car here for service due to the battery light on. They have the car for 2 days and say nothing wrong, come get it. Charge $170 diagnostic fee. When I come get the car check engine light on. They apologize an offer a loaner car and keeps the car again. Call and say it's some fix that'll be $390.. ok pay that, take car next day light's right back on. Take the car to AUTOZONE, and they say it's the alternator. Bring the car back to Toyota, now they say yeah we didn't check that. It maybe that. They keep the car again and call and say yeah it's the alternator it will $1500 to fix.. if it took AUTOZONE to diagnose it and I paid you. Why would I pay that. So I just go to get the car. Only to get there to pick up the car and they want another $50 for having to charge the battery to test the alternator. Before you ask yes it's a Toyota Sequioa, that's why I took it to Toyota. This place is a joke.. Don't take your car there...Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I went to Price Toyota after getting a flat tire on the highway nearby. Matt Gill was able to check my account within minutes to determine that my tire warranty was up to date and that they had the correct tire in stock. Within an hour I was back on the road. Best experience getting my Prius serviced ever. I felt heard when stated my needs and concerns. I am confident that I only received/paid for what I really needed and nothing unnecessary added. Great people and the waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable. I will be going there for all my Prius services.

If you have a remanufatured main battery with a hybrid car, (I have a prius) and your car is acting up DONT GO THERE! You people blamed my battery as the problem. They got on the phone and texted the battery people I bought it from and he was asking for the codes to help them. THEY LEFT THE ONLY CODE OUT THAT DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE BATTERY! IT WAS THE CHARGING SYSTEM UNDER THE HOOD! these a holes just wanted more of my money! IT WASNT THE BATTERY DUMMIES!

I don't usually write a bad review or comments but I was very disappointed. I called in like two weeks in advance to make an appointment for Oil change appointment. My appointment was 8am on Wed morning and i showed up around 6:30am. I was outside until they open to gate. A soon as the gate was open the sales Rep came to me and told me I didn't have appointment and didn't take even extra steps to help me out. Only things he offered me was to book another appointment for another week while I've been already waiting for two week. I went to Newark Toyota and they did help me out as always. Thanks again for Newark Toyota.Service: Oil change

They were very organized and had a great system in place for texting a link with all of the suggested reapiars and you can just tap on what service you want done now and what services you want to wait to do at a later time. The link also showed all of the prices for each of the services, no surprises! I had a great experience for my 1st time there.

My most recent visit was a pleasant surprise. The staff diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at no charge.

Brought Lexus yesterday evening for an oil change and tire rotation. Presented a coupon for full synthetic change when I arrived but they ended up putting conventional oil. They admitted to putting in the wrong oil and had to wait an additional 35 minutes so they could redo the job. Ended up being there till 8 pm. All they did was waive the cost of the rotation

Told me it would cost $157 for diagnostic tests of a switch that does not work. Mind blown. We have always owned Toyota's without any issues.This changes everything.

I was very disappointed with my whole experience at Price Toyota. We called to verify that the car I was looking at had all the features I wanted, the verified that it did. When I got there I did not, then was told it would cost my $1300 to put it in after I was told that they would include it

I had a recall on my Toyota 2018 Camry I took it to the shop and they took care of it I was very pleased with the work and the time it took to do it. They also supplied it Uber driver to take me home after I dropped off the car.
