                      This review pertains to the Price Toyota Parts Department who quoted almost  2x the MSRP for a windshield water pump.  i suggest you shop around before purchasing parts from Price, they are taking advantage of the consumer.     As an example, i needed a windshield water pump, msrp on toyota website is $75.45, Price toyota parts dept quoted $134. What a joke.                       Walked in yesterday at ~5pm, greeted the 3 people standing behind the counter (a man on his phone, a woman answering a call, and a man with a paper). All 3 looked up at me and completely ignored me. Saw 2 of them leave and the guy in his phone continue to stare at his phone. After almost a minute I asked him if they were closed and he said no. He did end up helping me, so kudos, but that literally is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I ve ever had.
