I came into the dealership hoping to find a specific car and ended buying a different model car. I couldn t be any happier with it. The product specialist Mike Casper definitely did a great job in showing me other options than what I was looking for and match me with the car I have now. I love it!

I never thought buying a car could be a pleasant experience. I was very happy to be proven wrong at Price Toyota. My salesperson, Charlie Sheets, made the entire process enjoyable. I never felt pressured to buy or to upgrade to a different vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect one! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle give Price Toyota a try.

I just got my 4th car from Price Toyota and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Neil worked very hard to get me the exact car I wanted for my new lease. I absolutely LOVE my new car! Everyone I have encountered at that dealership is top notch! From service to sales. Highly recommend!

I was really happy with my 23 Tundra. whole experience was just pleasant and no pushy salesmen. After service and booking appointments too is really commendable. They also provide complimentary uber rides for customers dropping off the vehicles.

This is undoubtedly the most subpar service I've ever received from any dealership including Price Toyota who is the only dealer I have entrusted to service my vehicles. My Camry was brought in for a routine tire rotation. After driving back and forth to work 100+ miles a day I noticed a lug nut in my driveway. Sure enough, it came from my Camry. This is totally unacceptable service from a dealership I've relied on to service our vehicles. From a loyal and dissatisfied customer!

Thank you to price for the blessing they gave me a week ago. Thank you to the best in the buildingBianca for all her help and determination. She really serves the customer and makes you feel very comfortable. She was not pushy and was very understanding. If you want someone who cares about you and your needs Bianca is the person to go to. Greg the finance guy also went above and beyond. He did everything best for me and the price. I have no worries for my car because Greg made sure everything was covered and at a reasonable cost. Tim the money guy worked his power to make sure I wasn t selling my life over. Overall the entire team blessed me and I hope you all can get blessed too. Just know to get that blessing you have to ask for Bianca and make sure Greg is your finance guy!

READ BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!! THEY DAMAGED MY NEW CAR! $3400 HIDDEN DAMAGE!In August, I made the grave mistake of purchasing a Grand Highlander from Price Toyota. They had a vehicle on their lot that caught my eye, and I proceeded with the deal. I traveled all the way from Virginia to the dealership to pick up my vehicle after finalizing the purchase. Initially, everything seemed fine and was super happy with my 2024 Grand Highlander. However, my nightmare began just a month later.I noticed that my 3rd brake light wasn't working properly, and upon investigation, I discovered that Price Toyota had tampered with the brake light wiring. They had installed a device called Pulse by Safety First to make the brake light flash, but without informing me, this was installed and removed this device, leaving behind a mess of cut wires and improper connections. This blatant negligence caused the brake light to malfunction intermittently, putting my safety at risk.Despite reaching out to my sales agent - Gibson Oneil and highlighting the issue, Price Toyota displayed a shocking lack of accountability. Despite being in a different state, I took my new vehicle to my local Toyota dealership for diagnosis, revealing that when Price Toyota removed the pulse kit, they did a horrendous job splicing the wires together.A case was escalated to Toyota headquarters, with John Hughes and Chris Earley from Price Toyota involved. However, their response was nothing short of appalling. Their communication skills were abysmal, and they went to great lengths to shirk responsibility. When presented with evidence and a quote from my local dealership outlining the $3400 cost to fix their botched job, Price Toyota declined to cover the expenses.Price Toyota initially came to a solution to send a technician to my local dealership to rectify their mistakes, but predictably, they reneged on their commitment. It took them a staggering four months to even order the necessary parts, further prolonging this ordeal. Despite Price Toyota being fully aware of the inconvenience and cost it would entail for me to drive 3.5 hours to their dealership and wait there an entire day or more for this extensive repair. Price Toyota callously suggested this as a solution.To add insult to injury, Price Toyota's proposed solution to replace only one of the two wire harnesses they damaged further exemplifies their cheap and unethical practices. Despite my numerous attempts to reach a resolution, both John Hughes and Chris Earley displayed utter unprofessionalism and a complete lack of willingness to resolve the issue. John Hughes, in particular, was shockingly rude during our phone conversations, while Chris Earley conveniently avoided my calls, forcing me to escalate the matter through Toyota Headquarters.Even when Trevor Shoun got involved through Toyota Headquarters, who is another GM of Price Automotive, he proved to be uncooperative, mirroring the reprehensible behavior of his colleagues. Despite presenting irrefutable evidence of the damage along with detailed notes from my dealership, they shamelessly attempted to shift the blame onto me, baselessly alleging that I caused the damage while installing a rear dash camera.Six months have passed since I purchased this vehicle, and despite countless calls and emails, this nightmare remains unresolved. Not only is my third brake light still malfunctioning, posing a significant safety hazard, but this entire ordeal exposes Price Toyota as an untrustworthy dealership that knowingly sold me a vehicle with concealed damage.I have attached pictures documenting the damage and the diagnostic report from my local dealership as evidence.**AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS AGONIZING EXPERIENCE.**

I am not gonna sugar coat this - most dealerships leave a bad taste in your mouth. From bad service, to pushy salespeople, buying a car can leave you feeling a little dirty. It SHOULD feel like it did when you bought your first car. Price Toyota did not disappoint. They were polite, considerate, patient and fair. I also witnessed other sales and service associates treating their customers with respect. The showroom was organized, high tech and clean. All in all, this was worth the hour drive from me to buy from Price Toyota. I am impressed with Oscar and Travis and will do business with them again.

Told my wife the rear brakes are in need of immediate attention, the pads are in the red. Wanted 400 to turn the rotors and install new brake pads.Her 2017 Camry does not have a brake pedal vibration. The service manager was asked to provide pictures, since I was out of town. The pictures couldn't be any more obscure (first and second pictures). I replaced the pads myself and found that the pads in the car still had at least 50% life remaining (third picture).If this is not a scam then what is?

I Had an excellent oil change experience at Price Toyota Newcastle in Delaware. The team was friendly, the service was fast, and the waiting area was comfortable. They clearly explained my options and performed a complimentary vehicle check without pushing extra services. Transparent pricing and a focus on customer satisfaction were evident. Highly recommend Price Toyota Newcastle for reliable and efficient car maintenance!

Recently bought a new BZ4X from an out of state dealer (couldn t find one in DE). Had to have an update on the software, so I brought it to Price. Rae in the Service Dept was very friendly. I had read horror stories about the update taking 4 hours, but they had it done in 2! I won t have to come back for oil changes , but will come back for tire rotations.UPDATE: Came back for 5000 mile checkup and tire rotation. Other than the waiting room being cold, everything went smooth.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I will NEVER buy from here again. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Tahoe in the middle of December 2023. And this past Wednesday my car started to develop transmission and engine troubles. The engine would make a terrible whining noise when running and when the gears shifted while driving. Then when I decreased speed the gears would slam down into the next lower gear. So I took the car to Toyota Price dealership for servicing. The mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it and that all of their Chevy's sounded like that. What?! So we went over next door to the Chevy dealership for a second opinion and got an appointment for today. Well on my way to the Chevy dealership my car wouldn't even shift gears!!!!! So we had it TOWED to the place. So do you understand why I am FURIOUS? This is absolutely unacceptable. No car you buy from a highly known certified dealership should break down LESS THAN THREE MONTHS of purchasing it. NEVER AGAIN.

I scheduled the appointment, and ordered the tire in advance to be changed. I had one tire changed and it took two hours. That was by far the longest I have ever waited for a simple tire replacement. If they are over whelmed then why schedule an appointment in the first place. After the truck was done I looked it over. Wheel lube all over the rim and tire. They lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is insane here. Also, found he left the Jack and tools behind the seat unsecured scratching all the plastic behind the seat.

The employees at Price Toyota collision were helpful, responsive, and professional in their interaction with me and the repair work done in our RAV4 after being rear-ended. They made the communication with the other insurance company who was paying for the repairs almost painless for me. At first I was going to take our vehicle to a repair shop recommended by the insurance but am so glad I chose Price instead. They eased my mind about what was involved. The car looks and behaves as good as new.

**Beware of the finance guy, he will rob you with a smile on his face**I ordered a car back in January, I was told the earliest they could get the vehicle was late Aug early Sept. With that being said Neil did an amazing job of finding me a car even though it was a nicer model that cost a bit more money than what I wanted to spend. This review has zero reflection on Neil.So initially when I placed the order interest rates were 1%-3%. By the time I got the car they were a whooping 7%. So now not only am I spending more money for a car but I'm also paying more in interest. What a huge disappointment, it definitely left me with a below average experience.More importantly, beware of the finance guy, boy did he try to take me for a ride. $3650 for a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, I though wow, things got even more expensive. I end up going to another dealership and boom, the extended warranty cost me $1638.00 for a better warranty than the one he was selling me at Price Toyota and yes, it's the same company that Price Toyota uses.Immediately I called to cancel, he said, what if I take $1,000 off, wow, why would you have a 1k mark up? What he did was shameful and predatory! Thank God I was able to cancel after finding out I had been held up without gun.In closing I absolutely love the car! I'm glad I do because I'll be paying that 7% until I can refi later for a better rate. I hope this review helps the next guy/girl on their purchase. If someone would have left it, it would have definitely helped me.

Recently, there was a miscommunication in what work needed to be done on my car, and they rectified it for me for no additional cost. Angela C, provided above and beyond service in a time of great need. She was able to effectively communicate and provide resource care in taking care of my sister. She took care of the person, then the car. In that order. Making sure a crisis was mitigated by taking charge of the situation and effectively diagnosing the problem. My sister broke down on her journey to visit family. We were unable to be together on Christmas and the plan was to get together this week. Car trouble, moving states, and missing family nearly overwhelmed my sister. Angela stepped up and made sure she was taken care of for immediate needs and future needs. She followed up with me and my brother who were reaching out to the dealership to offer assistance.My sister was rescued by someone showing genuine, kindness and patience in a tense time situation.She even checked in to make sure my sister had completed her journey safely, and provided additional advice and information for anticipated car needs. She was the most professional, well informed service department individual whom I have ever had the pleasure of speaking and working with. Jamar, the Assistant Service Manager was excellent. He took the time to explain what was needed for my car, kept me informed and arranged transportation for me. He was worthy of five stars. Unfortunately, the collision estimator, Ed, could not take a moment to speak directly to me about needed repairs to my front splash shield. I am sure I can find a more consumer oriented collision repair service elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Absolutely horrible customer service. Price Toyota of New Castle has lied about what is covered under warranty and the services they would provide. Four separate employees stated it was covered. (Including the finance manager) All four were wrong. Even though four employees told me one thing, Travis the sales manager says it is not. Travis is not even willing to lift the $100 fee, even though four of his employees stated anything under the hood would be covered. Travis was supposed to call me back over a week ago and failed to call back time and time again. Take your business elsewhere and do not buy from Price Toyota. Nothing but lies and deceitfulness.Edit/Addition - despite the comment below I have yet to receive a phone call. Another example of price Toyota being deceitful.

Went in for an oil change on my '22 RAV - 4. On-line info showed my car could take 0-20 oil, but service writer said it needed 0-W16 which is a $10 up charge from the 0-W20. Wasn't too happy about that, but they finished in about 45 minutes, and gave me a free car wash. Service writer was very nice, and even waived the "oil disposal fee".

They took me on time. Explained what they would do and how long it would take. Kept me informed and finished earlier then they first told me. Great service every time I need to come in for anything. Highly recommend Price Toyota. Been a customer for many years and plan to continue and spread the good service they do.

I leased my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross on Thursday at Price. This is my third new Toyota that I have purchased or leased at this dealership. My salesman Neil is the best and I consider him a friend. He has worked with me on every one of my vehicles and I consider him to be an honest gentleman with integrity. Thanks for getting me in a another great Toyota!
