My family and I have purchased a total of 4 cars from Prado and every experience has been great. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and actually care about their customers. They went out of their way to help us with every question we had and every concern about any of the cars we got. We know that when you buy a used car you never know what you are going to get, but these guys do the best job I have seen with picking out what they put on their lot!!! I recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking for a new to them ride, and trust them enough to put my wife and son into cars from them.

Impeccable customer service.I ve purchased four cars from here and have been extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly, understanding and helpful.The few minor issues I ve had were addressed promptly. Excellent customer service offered me coffee while I waited , Luis was informative and made the process painless, They detailed my car , changed the oil and gave me money to fill up the Tank. My experience at Prado was great and I m so happy with my new purchase!!! So far so good :)

These guys are the most honest dealership I ve ever seen. I have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years and I have to say, I ve never seen any of them go above and beyond like Prado does. I trust they are selling you a quality vehicle and most importantly standing behind it.

I have purchased both my cars from Prados within the last 8 years and I ve loved the experience each time. Both my parents and my brother have purchased from here too. You get a quality car and you support a local dealer. Lu has made this a family and friends business, both his so sons, wife, and daughter help with the company. He helped me get the lowest rates and worked w what little money I had for a down payment and I ve never been happier. Both my ford focus AND my current Toyota RAV4 were/are amazing. Will forever do business here and recommend my friends and family to them.

If I were you DONT GO HERE!! My boyfriend and I got a car from here in 10 days engine light came on they fake fixed it! Engine light came on the very next day let them know they finally got the car in the shop and guess what car needs a whole new engine because they sold us a car with a cracked engine block. Now we re stuck having to put money towards a whole new engine when we didn t even have the car for 2 weeks. Shoot we didn t even have it for a full week until it started doing crazy stuff and they re not taking full responsibility like a real car dealership would. I can t believe this company. We both work with two young kids and they don t give a damn!! I can see if we had the car for months but no literally 10 days guys !!! Their customer service is great until you put your name on that dotted line and then they don t give a damn about anything after!!! Not only that it was even a hard time to get a loaner car from this place. To top it off within those 10 days we asked to just be put in something new and they wouldn t do it. Even after talking to the bank they said it was up to the dealership to even cancel the loan so we can just get our money back that we put down and go elsewhere but they said it was impossible when it wasn t. They just didn t want to do the extra work and they knew what they put us in. I m telling you they are very nice people when you meet them you would think the things they say are truly genuine but it s not. I know it s tax time y all and I m screaming DONT DO IT!!! It s a setup.

This is my 3rd car I have gotten from prado and I must say I have no complaints. I love my cars and had no issues and if it was an issue it was fix immediately. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy or finance/lease a car. Thank you prado

Great experience visiting Prados for a vehicle both my wife and I purchased a suv great customer service very friendly and what I like the most is they never try pushing a vehicle off on you therefore you can feel good about your purchase I would definitely recommend going there if your looking for your next vehicle and not trying to break the bank.
