I came in with an undiagnosed issue that prevented the defroster from blowing hot air. The issue was quickly diagnosed, customer service/communication was excellent, and the issue has been totally resolved. Thank you to everyone at this company. Went to Parts plus for oil change and hydraulic pumps for back door of my Santa Fe and once again Rich took care of my car in no time.been going there for years and Rich is no.1.thank u again Rich as always u check all the boxes for Maintenance.and great service.

They were great. My grandmother has been coming here since I was a kid. They are very informative, variety of products for your vehicle. They told us it would be an hour They where finished in 30 minutes

They've handled all of my car maintenance for the past eleven years. Good prices, honest technicians. Rob, the lead tech, is the absolute best. I would never take my cars anywhere else. As a matter of fact, after moving put of town, I now commute to Delaware from New York for all of my car maintenance because I know I can trust them to do a good job.

Great mechanics. Rich and Rob have been taking care all of our family cars for about 20 years. There has been nothing but great service since the day that he started to work on our cars. I personally do not trust any other mechanic to work on my car other than Rich and Rob. When you leave your car there you can guarantee that the work is going to be done well. We've known Rich for a number of years, even before we knew he owned a shop. Rich is an honest, hardworking man who runs a quality business. He's been honest with us about what work needs to be done. He has been able to figure out what the issue is and take care of it in as cost effective manner as possible. He'll make sure your car is worked on properly. He won't push unnecessary work. You can bet if he suggests something, it's a needed repair.

It seems like whenever we take our car in of late for an oil change there is another expensive repair, like the condenser for the air conditioner.Today we had new tires installed and I noticed the silver center piece was far more scratched up on 2 of the wheels, they cost $432 to replace. Rich was saying it happened with hitting a curb, I noticed it after the installation. I really don't appreciate shelling out a lot of money for work and then other parts of the car being damaged.Service: Tires

Took my car in for an alignment and 4 tires installed that I provided, work was done within a few hours and for a decent price. See Sally at the counter and she will take care of whatever you need.
