Adrianna, Aaron, Noah & Georgie at the New Castle DE store were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, & honest from beginning to end. I received honest & affordable service with no wait on a snow day! Pricing was fair. In and out within an hour! I will be returning for all my tire needs & referring others. This is a great team and was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!

This store is amazing. I have had to replace a few tires and the service here especially from Noah is exceptional. Every time I go I feel like his personal customer no matter what. His knowledge and service are both exceptional and he is the main reason I frequent the store awesome guy you are lucky to have him.

Five stars for the awesome customer service. They make you feel at home. Especially in the waiting area... Nice clean shop. Professional and friendly employees. Reasonable prices. They were very helpful.One issue they couldn't work on. But they did recommend other locations and other shops.I would definitely recommend and I would definitely return.

By far one of the best experiences having my wife s car worked on. The staff are amazing! Really nice and very personable A+ customer service! Pricing is great I was pleasantly surprised when it was less than expected. I had oil change and tire rotation done with an appointment and they had me in and out in no time. This will 1000% be my new place to take my wife s car for oil changes!!!

Highly recommend this location.Great people! I made an appioment the day before they had plenty of time spots available. I came in Sunday the 21st at 10am. Walked in and was greeted by Adriana. She was so kind and professional. I come all the way over the bridge for this location since they are so wonderful. I have been to other nbt and had not great experensises. Noah worked on the car left it the same way he found it.

I love coming here for my auto needs. The first time I came in the summer and got a oil change it was the best price and the customer service was amazing. I have continued to come here for my other needs and they never try to push any un-needed services on me. I was told I needed brakes a year ago, I just now needed them. They continue to have best prices and are always so pleasant to deal with. My go to for all my service needs.

Awesome experience. I had and appointment for 9am. Arrived a little bit early, was helped right away. Adrianna provided excellent customer service and I got my new rear tires at a great price!

Omg I had a great experience with the Team at NTB they work with me and was very helpful on the tire service and the pricing was great...Thank You all...and in 4/7/24...I went back to get front tires on my truck...and Aaron/Adrianna and team took very good care of me today...I highly recommend coming here...and the prices are awesome...thanks to you all

Got a screw in my tire at 4:30 on a Sunday. The crew at NTB got me taken care of and even stayed late (they close at 5) to help me out can t recommend enough. Excellent staff and service.

The person who picked up the phone was rudeness and provided poor customer service. Consequently, I have no intention of bringing my car to this establishment. I courteously expressed my gratitude and promptly ended the call.

This used to be the place I exclusively bought tires because they came with free lifetime rotation and balancing, and this location in particular I always had great service. But, NTB has been taken over by Mavis and has cleaned out staff and won t honor that agreement anymore. Don t bother wasting your time here.

I got a bolt stuck in my tire and I got the warranty on my tires so I got a free tire, they didn't have the tire here for me so Noah had to run out to the kirkwood highway ntb to grab the tire, I recommend you bring your car here for service they got my car in and out and were very helpful. If you need hood tires and don't want to spend a bunch of $$$ come here definitely the best place to go!!! The warranty is much worth it THANKS AARON NOAH AND GEORGE FOR HAVING OUR BACKS AND TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY WIFE

I will never go to this company again! Not only did they put my spare donut on the front which should have gone on the back tire, after I paid for my new tire and had them put it on they just threw in the back instead of putting it where it belong they lost the device that tighten down on it. When I went back to ask them what happened to it I was told they didn t have it so I am out of luck.

This place has done it again! Late Night blow out on the highway and the tow truck took FOREVER to come. We didn't arrive at the store until 15 minutes before closing. Instead of saying oh well we'll get to it tomorrow like most places do they took me right in no questions asked and even stayed an extra 15 minutes past closing to make sure I could get home safe. Can't thank the staff at the Newcastle NTB enough they are GREAT!

Aaron and the guys stayed late to replace 3 tires, and align the car when my family and I had a flat on a road trip through the state. Extremely pleasant and professional, highly recommend.

NTB helped me when nobody else would! They took me in got me done in a timely manner, and even cut a deal with me when I was strapped for cash because they wanted to make sure I was safe. That means a lot these days and is very rare to find from a auto repair shop.
