My experience as a single woman going into this car dealership to buy a good used car. So Ethan helped me with the car test drive everything I was happy.. until I started to drive home 45 minutes, Day two there was so many problems with this car I wanted to leave it on their lot. Because I financed it through another company they wouldn t even take the car back, but it was such a good used car they honestly said they do not know how to cancel a contract.. so if I leave it there, I would lose down payment the car, and it would destroy my credit.. before I could even make my first payment, I had to pay $150 to get the car diagnosed.. The car needed a front alignment, some of the lights wasn t working, speakers were messed up and the filters I posted a picture and a few other things cause you can drive the car it s not a lemon . The part that hurt me was when I test drive the car. I didn t think to bring tools to check the cabin filters, drive extra fast to see how the car felt, turn the radio up loud to make sure the speakers were working properly Like I said Before I even made my first car payment, I spent more than the payment to make the repairs.. a good used car you spend Good money for should not have to make repairs the first month. not saying they re not a good car dealership I m just saying take your with you if they did it to me, they did it before they ll do it to somebody else sell you a good used car with surprises.

My Car!!! There s not enough good that I can say about how awesome the process with buying a car from My Car has been. From the second we pulled up to the second we left, it was the perfect experience. Ethan was the perfect salesman. No pressure, straight forward, honest and super kind. Not your typical sales guy! That s what sold me! He went out of his way to give us the time and space we needed and he got the job done with ease! Car buying can be the most stressful experience. But if you are looking for a great place to buy, My Car is the one! Hands down! You won t regret it!!! They even stayed open til after close just so we d walk away with the best deal possible!Thank you Ethan and Adrian! You have an entire family of customers for life! We will be back!

The best service i had. Got me in and out. Worked out the best deals and quotes with me that they can. Made sure i left in something i wanted and not just any beat up old car. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Ethan and the fine folks at My Car made my experience purchasing a vehicle super easy without any hassle. When I first arrived there was a small issue on my end and I explained how much my family and I liked the Ford Fusion Hybrid that was listed at their lot. They worked everything out and made sure I was able to drive away with the vehicle I wanted. The test driving experience was painless, any questions I had were answered. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. I would highly recommend My Car for your next vehicle purchase and remember to ask for Ethan he's very friendly and professional. I spent 2 weeks talking to Ethan about a specific car finally had the chance to come up and see it again and he then wanted no interest in helping with anything car was overpriced. Overall the only good experience was meeting the dog they have at the place.I took my money and time somewhere else and was able to find the same vehicle with more features and etc even cheaper!So thank god for having me dodge a bullet with this place.

I had a great experience with My Car, Ethan and his team. From the beginning they were very helpful and tried to make the process as seamless as possible for me. When I arrived I already had a car in mind that I had looked over online so we test drove it and I immediately knew it was the car I wanted! I would recommend.

Excellent dealer in the NewCastle DE area. My experience here was flawless and stress free, Ethan helped me as soon as I walked in and made me feel like family by hearing what I needed on a car and making sure I received the best deal that I could afford. They were Friendly, to the point,answered all my questions and were informative. Ethan is a super cool dude as well as helpful. They made sure I left with what I wanted in a financially comfortable way. Adrian was more help than I could imagine, super nice, to the point , more than informative. He even suggested ways to make financial longevity with my loan more manageable! (I really like him) I'd definitely do business with them again

Great buying experience, comfortable process and no pressure. Friendly & welcoming atmosphere. Ethan worked with us to get the monthly price down and was patient when we were being picky. Our favorite part was the furry mascot, Maps! Leaving in a beautiful & clean new suv!

Highly Recommend ! Ethan was great to work with. My son had his eyes set on a specific car and Ethan did everything he could to get it over the line at a fair deal. Not forceful with his approach to get us to sign, unlike your typical car salesmen. He kept us well informed along the way, as well as clearly elaborating on the next steps forward. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. Ethan take you so much for your honesty, God will bless you and reward you abundantly. I had gone to 5 different auto sales and never liked their services, it was like my dream come true when I met Ethan.
