Recommend by a friend, I gave these guys a shot. The guys are courteous, professional, and truthful. The work was done very well and I will be giving them more business in the future.

I had visited this place again since I had a good experience in the past. This time its a horrible experience. I had my car in for a bent rim I went on Thursday(10/24/19) morning at 8:00 am I have waited for an hour and there were two people that have been helped who were in after me. Finally they got in my car and started inspecting but another guy (Mark) I guess was very serious that the mechanic did not take my vehicle for a test drive. Then the mechanic was assigned to another car. Then I had to wait half an hour for that manger guy to Mark to inspect my car and take it to test drive. After coming back he had mentioned to me that my rim was bent and need a new rim. Then I asked him to change the vipers and this was the worst job ever. This guy doesn t even know how to change vipers which is the basic thing and they screwed it up. I just noticed my vipers today and they look bent and not cleaning my whole windshield. Never visiting this place again.

First off, these guys don't get enough praise for constantly being under the gun with a bombardment of customers back to back. They were slammed yesterday from 6am with people waiting for them to open until I came in at 11 to get my exhaust fixed. The best part is that even tho they had so many customers already and many more waiting they were more than happy to deal with my car. Yes I had scheduled an appointment but still, it was a custom job and not something they had to do.Curtis was the mechanic that did all the work. He was really cool and explained what he thought would get the end result that I wanted. I thought going into this that this would be a simple Exhaust Flange Gasket but unfortunately it was not that simple, as you can see from the pictures. Either way that didn't deter Curt. He cut some of the old pipe off and welded new in place. Now the car doesn't sound like a tank running down the road lmao.The wait wasn't that long either, and the waiting area was pleasant, nice and cool and had TV. I didn't get anything but there's a soda machine and restroom. There's a bunch of seating and you can watch as your vehicle is being worked on.In closing the price wasn't bad for what needed to be done. I will definitely be going back next week for an oil change. I would happily do this myself but of course my apartment complex doesn't allow the residents to work on their vehicles

My car broke down on my way from Ocean City to home, NY. Thank god we ended up stopping near this place. They were excellent, fast, so polite and welcoming, and very well priced. Being from out of town, they very well could've charged me 3x's the amount and I would've had no choice but to pay it. Instead they gave me a fair total and my car drove home perfectly! I've never had such a positive experience at a car shop before!

Call this morning they said come on in when i arrived they pulled my car right in done my oil change let me know I needed some fluids top off they took care of that for me and even checked out my fuses that I had concerns about everyone was in good spirits very welcoming fast in and out great service

MIDAS SAVED MY DAY!!! After having a devastating experience at Valvoline, (they ran out of the oil I needed, told me to go to the start to buy my OWN oil, and did not off me a discount or expedite my service ..they told me to get in the back of their long line .ABSOLUTELY INSANE) I was in a rush to find someone to perform my oil change.So I found this Midas on Google (spoke to Mark) and they had me in and out in NO TIME! Wonderful staff and amazing team! And the oil changed was even priced better!! Will surely be back again (and PLEASE do not waste your time at Valvoline Instant Oil Change ..it was an instant disaster .)Service: Oil change

My car brokedown on my way to Virginia from NYC. The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly, efficient, honest, and got me back on the road as quickly as they could.My serpentine belt came off along with the tensioner. Quick fix and I didn t have my tools on me. Definitely recommend this place for any car maintenance needs

The shop was filled with many customers on a very busy Tuesday morning, but the Midas team of professional mechanics was able to flush, refill, and test the brake hydralic system on our Nissan Altima in less than 50 minutes. Midas on North Dupont Highway provided excellent service, high quality workmanship, lowest price, and is the best value in northern Delaware. I ve been going here for years. I recommend everyone I know to go here. Mark and Matt both take care of me every time I visit leaving me satisfied and happy. Quality work this shop does for sure! Best of all they have integrity and they make me feel valued as a person which is not my experience anywhere else. I drive out of state to this shop because I know they take care of me. Worst customer service. Just go anywhere else literally this road alone has tons of mechanics heck I am not a Of pepboys but it's better than this place. Please do not waste your time. Also I forget his name but this one tall guy talks down to you and just blantenly ignored me so I can only assume because I look poor that's how I am treated badly like I can't afford to be there well guess what I can't you charge way too much price gauge much, but you do not have to treat me like I am dirt just because I did not know how ridiculous your prices are.

I've taken cars here for at least 15+ years. Reliable service is always given. The management has been consistent. The rates are good. If you live in - or near - New Castle, use Midas. I'm sure will be pleased. I know at least 6 other people who would tell you the same thing

My first time going to this location due to having a bad experience at the Kirkwood Highway location. This place has great service, they re honest, straight to the point, and fast. Essentially, my routine maintenance took about 30 minutes (48k miles). I will come here again for sure.

Ive been a customer of this shop since 2002. Mark and Ernie are guys and wont cheat you on the price. Ive trusted them with 8 of my vehicles over the years. They tell you whar you need right away and what can wait. Great place. Highly recommend them.

Ernie and his staff are wonderful! I needed significant brake work done on my car and it was very reasonably priced. This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I will be making this my go to stop for any vehicle work. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. They always answer the phone. They are thorough with their observations. And give you the most information possible. They take the time to explain what parts you need, how long they take to replace. And what the parts actually do. They are a little pricey compared to other places, but they get the work done properly and efficiently.

They tried to scam me for some front pads. I went for an Oil Change and the guy at front told me my front pads were at 5% and my tears at 40%. That would be pretty crazy considering I had just changed them like 8 months prior. I pulled one of the front pads off and there was maybe 5% gone not 5% left. Bunch of jabronis.

Expert mechanics knowledgeable in all you need for your vehicle. Friendly staff like Mark who won't try to rip you off by offering what you don't really need or do any work that was not authorized by you the customer. Has not changed service is still a priority.

Good work but the prices at the end be outrageous at times. Cost me $220 for a coolant flush and fill, new heater core hose and a metal clamp. Good thing is they gave me a $70 refund, realizing how high the price was for the job they did.

I really like this Midas, I recently purchased a 2009 Kia R�o (used) and needed some work done. The guys here looked over the car for me (free), told me what I needed done, and got it done quickly. They really explain every detail and gave me great prices for the work I needed done. There was one incident once but it was fixed for FREE! (I gave money still because no labor should go unpaid). I definitely recommend this Midas location in New Castle, Delaware.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

So I called trying to get my truck looked at. One location charged me $100. I hung up and called this location and he charged me $145. For the SAME thing. I don t like that at all. Bad experience VERY VERY BAD

I like Mark a lot he's a very nice guy. They do a great job just a little expensive but worth it and I don't have to have an appointment . I do recommend MIDAS.
