Top notch customer service. We were in and out same day. Starter malfunctioned and we were stranded. Got towed here and they were helpful from start to finish. No issues no complaints. If I lived in the area, I would use this one.

Over pricedGuy told me 1200-1400.00 For brakes and rotors. There was nothing wrong with the rotors.Then 780.00 for front and back break pads on a 2016 Honda civic.Top of line brake pads on line run around 150.00-200.00.So I guess the 580.00 would be for labor.Then charged me 56.00 to look at the brakes.Never will go back for anything

Went in for an alternator replacement on my Toyota Camry while on a road trip. They got me in and fixed the issue in a timely manner. All seems well until my Check Engine light came on mid trip. This was the first time my Check Engine light came on since owning my car. I called Anthony and he was very dismissive of my problem, saying that it could not be them that caused it. I was hundreds of miles away already and he offer no other solution than for me to drive back to the shop (which was not feasible). I had to get the problem checked out by another local shop and it turns out the vacuum hose was not plugged in and that s why the Check Engine light was on. The way that Anthony talked on the phone to me about my problem really turned me off.

I went into meineke because I smell something burning. I knew it was oil. So after 6minute I was charged 100.00 to say that I had need a ring or gasket replace a $ 700 dollar job. I may be a woman but I am not gullible. I feel that the diagnosis was not creditable. It was not projected by any machine nor did it take enough time to check out.My invoice check in time was 11:51 am til the time it was received the 1200 pm. I feel beast about returningDebbie V.

Anthony assessed the problem I was having and proceeded to order the parts. When the parts arrived, the mechanic expeditiously started to install the new rotors, calipers, brake lines & pads. They did a great job - but things were a bit rocky related to the cost of the repairs. My local Meineke was booked until next week so I pivoted to these folks. When I called to explain the desired repair we discussed my situation at length and I agreed to bring my truck in the next day for service. This is where things got squishy - after dropping it off I received a call with the estimate. It was a 4 hour job and that means expensive - but what threw me was I was told the labor rate was higher because I brought my own (very difficult to source) OEM parts - This floored me and nearly halted the job, but after some discussion I was extended a Veteran's discount - bringing the overall estimate in a bit lower and at a level I could live with. I admit it was a tough job and the Meineke tech did a great job.When I came to pick up the vehicle I saw no posted signs about labor rates period - let alone with bringing your own parts vs, them sourcing the parts... I will continue to be a bit sore over this, but can't argue with the work quality... I recommend these folks for sure...Service: Exhaust

The service was great......just hated that it it was a complete rear brake job plus the amount it cost but brakes, calipers and rotors were worn out. Again great work...will go back for the front brakes.

Mr. Anthony was genuine. He took the time to explain and show me what he was talking about. Made recommendations on the care of the vehicle. I will definitely go to Meineke in New Castle, DE again.

Meineke is the last place you should take your car. My brakes were starting to make noise on Thursday morning and I made an appointment on Friday at Meineke because my mechanic was busy that day. I get to Meineke and ask the guy if my brakes will be more than $200 because my mechanic said I should get brakes done for around $100. The guy in the office said yeah, man brakes aren t cheap anymore . He never even gave me a price range. He just told me I had to PAY $56 JUST TO LOOK AT MY BRAKES, but if I get the service done at Meineke they would waive the $56 . After 10 minutes he quotes me $518 for new brakes and rotors. He never took me in the garage to show me my rotors and why they needed to be replaced. He never told me if it was front or back brakes or both. HE JUST EXPECTED ME TO TAKE HIS WORD FOR IT AND WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULDNT AFFORD THAT TODAY THAY I COULD FINANCE.LONG STORY SHORT I paid the $56 and got out of Meineke as fast as possible. MY ACTUAL TRUSTED MECHANIC REPLACED MY BRAKES FOR A TOTAL COST OF $100 and HE SAID THAT MEINEKE LIED TO ME ABOUT NEEDING NEW ROTORS, they tried to take advantage because I was worried about the noise the brakes were making. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCHEME AND I WOULDNT BE SUPRISED IF THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS WITHIN THE NEXT FEW YEARS. Im telling everyone about my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MEINEKE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT EDUCATING YOU ON PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. THE GUY EVEN TOLD ME IF I DONT GET WORK DONE ASAP THAT I WOULD NEED NEW CALIPERS TOO WHICH WOULD COST EVEN MORE MONEY. THIS EXPERIENCE MAKES ME SICK JUST THINKING ABOUT IT

I come in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in within 15 minutes, took care of the leak and I was out in less than 45 minutes. Very professional and all around nice people.

First there was a cost to look at it. Needed to replace bakes and rotors.. Used coupon 51% off brake pads (only saved $50). After repairthe car right side had new noises, rode roughly and the right tire felt like it was falling off when you hit a bump. It was not like that when it was brought in. Returned to shop, they spent 10 minutes on the car making adjustments and the tire did felt tighter but still was noisy and rough. Took it back about a week later. Mechanic do not know what the problem was or where the noise was located. Out of $700, I will take to VW service to get it properly care for. I have two other cars that needs brakes but not from Meineke!I will not recommend!Service: Auto brake replacement
