Someone decided to break into my car and steal my stuff. I called Mike and was able to get this fixed quickly. His services are the best in Delaware. I don t want to call again haha but if someone decides to break my glass again I ll be sure to give Mike a call. 10/10 service, price, response time. Highly recommend.4/22/24. I had to call my man Mike again too fix a window on the same car. Same great service and response as always. He has my business for life! Great guy!

Awesome service! I work M-F so most places are closed or closing by time I m off work. Mike pulled right up to my job in Milford and replaced my front car window. He was quick, excellent service, good quality glass, and best price around. Highly recommend!!

This guy is amazing and professional. We got a car that didn't pass inspection because the windshield was cracked. He was working a job in jersey and couldn't come out to us but came out the first thing in the morning the next day.He gave me a quote for $300 but only charged $280.Which is amazing because he came out to us and performed the service in under an hour, it was like Hi, lets get to work and done.Super nice and not an over charging jerk like the other places i called. So if you have glass issues I totally recommend reaching out to him before anyone else.

KMAK deserves even more than 5 stars. I received quotes for my 2018 Sienna windshield replacement for $600 and up to $1000 from multiple companies. KMAK did it for $385 within an hour or so and I didn't even have to bring my car anywhere. Prompt and honest service, amazing price, what more can you ask for? It's been a week since the windshield has been installed and it looks and functions just like OEM. I'll definitely be referring KMAK to anyone that needs any type of auto glass.

After shopping around to get my back windshield replaced, KMAK was literally the only business that knew what I needed to have done, actually answered the phone/responded to texts, and gave me a firm price for that job that didn't seem to fluctuate with the day. I was really starting to lose my sanity with the other big names in the business. Luckily I found KMAK because he was also the only one that would come out to my work to complete the job too. Top quality.

When our car window broke, we were lost on where to go. Called Safelite and they told us that they would be here within 3 weeks, then we found Mike on Google and gave him a call just to see. Within 1 day he came by and fixed the shattered window for an extremely great price. Not only that but he was also able to install our window regulator as well. Amazing service at a timely and affordable price. Great guy and will be ready to call him the next time an issue with our windows appear!!

Car got broken into overnight, window smashed. I called Mike at 7:30am, he answered and scheduled with me immediately. Window was fixed by 12:30pm. His prices are about half of what safelite charges, and he showed up same day, while they couldn t get there for 3 days. Can t say enough good things about this small business, definitely call him first if you re shopping around. So thankful!Service: Auto side window replacement

Mike came out today, same day and repaired my windshield undercutting the price of Safelite and their scheduling! He was personable, funny, and efficient. We plan to work with him for our food truck windshield as well. Very good service, I wish I could give more stars!

So, I called and made an appointment at safelite, and arrived on time at my appointment, but when I arrived, they told me I had to leave my car and I'd get a phone call at the end of the day when my car was done.Not going to happen, my car is a Shelby, not a minivan, and I'm not about to leave my Shelby there for the entire day, knowing that one, if not all of the people that work there are salivating at a chance to take my car for a joy ride.After I called safelite corporate office, they switched me back to the location, and was told the same story. Bye bye safelite, I'm not going to make an appointment, and have my car sit there all day.So while in safelites parking lot, I called KMAK Auto Glass, and felt IMMEDIATELY like I was being taken seriously.Got a quote for an OEM windshield that was more than $100 cheaper than safelite, and to put the cherry on top, it was going to be done at my home, no leaving my car all day anywhere. So I scheduled for the next morning.Tech shows up, immediately gets to work.Before I knew, it was done.Seriously, how does safelite stay in business when there are awesome companies like KMAK Auto Glass out there, dedicated to TRUE customer satisfaction?KMAK Auto Glass has my business forever!

Had a horrible experience while traveling on the interstate in New Castle (Accident debris blowing out my windshield). I was in a real jam and Mike from KMAK answered my call at 7am and picked up a windshield and came and replaced it. Professional! Expert! Friendly! Compassionate! I felt like I was in good hands the minute I had him on the phone and couldn t have been happier with the service and replacement which got me back on the road. After having excellent service from Mike on my personal vehicle, I knew I had a go-to for windshield repair. My co-worker got a busted windshield a few months ago in a case of serendipity shortly after I had mine done, and Mike took care of it the next day. I've since gotten my general manager to use KMAK for our fleet of service vehicles and it was the best move we could have made - had 2 windshields replaced yesterday in no time. Nobody is more timely, competitively priced, or convenient.Don't waste your time with the corporate chains - this is a Delaware small business that runs circles around them.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Mike is the way to go for windshield replacement, cracks and leaking. Its his business, so he really puts the extra effort in to make sure the customer is satisfied. Unlike working with Safelite which can take days, Mike can help you sooner and provide better quality. He replaced my husbands windshield and fixed a crack in my windshield and both times we have been extremely happy with his service. Thanks Mike your the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! My car was vandalized I called the same day and was able to get my window replace the very next morning was quick and easy and they came to me the price was amazing!!! Any chance I highly recommended

I called late one evening, Mike called me first they the next morning, needed windshield replaced, he gave the the best price out there, and was mobile scheduled me for the very next day, was very prompt, very professional, very pleasant and neat doing his work, and also had a good sense of humor, he explained his work, his warranty, completed job within an hour. I definitely would recommend this company.

Mike was such a blessing! Superb, fast service, he replaced my drivers side window glass after it had been smashed. He worked hard to get me the best price, and I saved a lot of money choosing him. AND he was very professional and thoughtful of COVID during the service, always wearing his mask and calling before approaching the door. I just used KMAK Auto Glass for the my first time. I needed a same day, back window replaced for my Explorer replaced and Mike(owner) went above and beyond. I reached out at 11:30am and everything was done within 3 hrs! I had reached out to other companies first and I was quoted $200.00 more then Mike's quote. He was very helpful, gave great detail and very friendly. he also made sure my truck was clean out from any glass that he could get to. On her first day of work, my daughter backed into a truck in her company's parking lot and blew out the back window of her car. While she reported for work, I called Mike at KMAK and explained the situation. Mike was the best! He rescheduled a number of other jobs that he had scheduled that day to focus on fixing my daughter's car. By the time she finished work, Mike had replaced the back window. It was as good as new. I 1000% would recommend. I called Kmak at around 930ish am. It s now noon the same day and he has came and left. It s done! He came within a couple hours, i was charged over $200 less than safelite (who didn t have appointments for over 2 weeks) and did a great job fixing my windshield. He was super friendly and personable from the time i picked up the phone, until the second he left. Super cool guy. Had Mike out last week to replace the front windshield of my daughter s 2004 Honda Civic. He was the cheapest estimate I received, came out that same day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He would be the first guy I would call for any future vehicle window services.
