Evolve had an event to showcase the garage and all the services offered. Large space that's easy to access. Food trucks and an incredible DJ/Tesla owner.. There were groups representing Tesla charging/ batteries, wind and solar power, a public utility and an environmental agency. Ample parking and a knowledgeable staff if fairly anxious management/ownership. They did their best to represent the range of vehicles that could be potentially served but it trended heavily toward Tesla. The shop also isn't set up for customers to wait but most services currently running require leaving the vehicle for some time. They claim to serve all EVs in all areas. None of the vehicles on display needed Evolve's services. I saw vehicles Polestar/Volvo, Volkswagen, Hummer, Rivian, Nissan, Mercedes (surprise), Lucid (new to me) Chevy and Hyundai . Nothing from BMW, Porsche or Kia (that I saw).The rest is my general feeling having attended their event: They aren't very interested in presenting a friendly atmosphere. It wasn't easy to interact with the technicians, sales or managers. I don't get the impression that the owners of EVs on display were interacted with much outside of displaying their vehicles by the Evolve team. The woman at their tent was very personable and encouraged folks to enter the raffles for free Evolve services and the free membership but couldn't answer specifics . When I would attempt to get answers from an Evolve team member they would walk away. I eventually got some questions answered by one management type person but no one wore name tags. I may have missed any opening speeches or talks. The event was clearly not hosted by "the faces"of the company.

Evolve was a great nearby option to have my Model Y repaired. That communicated all throughout the process. They finished earlier than originally estimated and beyond a great job on the body repair work; they did some unexpected light interior detail work. Hopefully, no one else backs into me for a long time. But if that happens again, Evolve is my first choice for looking to get it repaired.

Really amazed by the quality of the service and quickness in delivery. I got our car back 2 weeks earlier than the mention date. I was getting constant updates on our car as well. I highly recommend Evolve as the Tesla body shop.

I recently brought my 2023 Tesla Model Y to Evolve for repairs after an unfortunate incident with a deer. The damage included bent doors on the driver's side and some chipping of the paint on a rear panel.Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed a few concerns. The car was wet from rain, making it challenging to thoroughly inspect the newly applied paint. At home, I discovered dust on the back seats, muddy boot prints on the carpet, and a small paint droplet on the door's interior.I reached out to Evolve via email and appreciated their prompt response, offering to clean the car and sending me home with a loaner while they fixed their mistake.

I can t say enough good things about Evolve. My Model 3 was backed into back in early August, Tesla wasn t even going to take it in until mid-October. On the recommendation of one of their techs, I called Evolve and it was the best decision I ve made regarding the car.They had the entire repair completed within four weeks. A friend in had a similar issue at the same time as me, (though his trunk was so badly impacted he couldn t drive the car) and stuck with Tesla. He just got it back last week (late November).A few days after getting the car back I noticed an odd click in the front left wheel. The team took the car back in three times and scoured it before identifying a clip in the brakes that, while a benign problem, was making the concerning noises. I was incredibly impressed by the dedication to solve the question of where the noise was originating and to solve the problem when a lot of places would have given up and said well everything looks fine. A few weeks later, my 12v battery started going bad (almost five years to the day I bought the car). I called Evolve thinking I could schedule another day to come in and have it replaced but I was shocked when they told me I could bring it straight in. They had me swapped in less than an hour.I ve purchased all my replacement tires from NTB because they offered lifetime free tire rotation (something Tesla charges nearly $100 for), but I learned today that since NTB was taken over by Mavis, they re no longer honoring that agreement. I stopped by Evolve on my way to my office thinking again I could schedule a time to come in and get them done again, they took it straight in.These guys are the best, you seriously can t go wrong here.

Evolve was able to get my Tesla in for repairs way faster than any other shop. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional all throughout the process. They called almost daily and provided updates and were overall very easy to work with. I can not recommend them enough.

They did good work and had good customer service. Some of payment seemed off. Changing 3% more for using credit seems cheap to me. Some other things on the bill didn't seem to add up. Overall the work got done in a timely manner and looks fantastic.

One of my main concerns with buying a Tesla was what I would do if it ever needed repairs. I had read numerous horror stories online about long waits and getting parts. Evolve settled all doubts by their outstanding and speedy service. I am not a person who writes reviews but after dealing with Evolve I felt they deserved a review. Absolutely amazing. After the accident I was distraught because I just wasn't sure the car would ever look the same. I called orher places but when I called Evolve I felt like they weren't trying to sell me but they wanted to educate me on the process of putting my Model Y back together. I can't rave enough! As a first time EV owner, we were aware of the complications that could arise in the incidence of an accident due to the limited number of collision shops that are EV certified located in the state. We wanted to reduce our environmental foot print and own a novelty vehicle so we went ahead and took the risk. After only 5 months of ownership, we struck a deer while driving home. We were very distraught and the problem arose of where to go because of the EV specialty required. After some research, we found Evolve! The newest up and becoming EV auto center. Found out they service ALL EV auto brands. Not only was their service superior and timely, but we've never been treated so well by any auto service center. John, the owner, is a living encyclopedia concerning EV brands. He not only picked our vehicle up but also delivered it back to Dover. Returned my vehicle better than I ever had it! After an accident on Turo wrecked my Model Y, the guys at Evolve were able to fix my vehicle to a standard better than I even had. I truly would like to thank the guys over at Evolve, they have certainly earned my business for other changes I would like to make to my car. Nick is amazing, extremely helpful, and thoughtful. The specialist who did the work did a phenomenal job. Probably better than the factory itself. Drop off and pick up was facilitated easily, work done so timely and professionally. Better than going to the "dealer".
