It looks like this is cam towing and they are the worst, and most unprofessional company I have ever done business with! The driver that towed my almost new truck damaged the front hood, bumper and grill by letting it rub up against the tow truck on the trip to the dealership. He argued with me wanting to start it as soon as I met him because he was too lazy to use the winch and even after I told him there is no oil in the engine! He was on the phone with his buddy and stayed on it for 3 minutes after he got here while I was waiting outside the tow truck for him to finish his call. Then he misplaced the keys that I immediately gave him and tried to blame me. After the damage was done and I politely called the owner and she was as rude and unprofessional as he was. She hung up on me the first 6 times I called! She said she would review videos on the truck and then sent us a false insurance claim number and then denied ever towing it, but now she said it was damaged by the dealership. GM roadside assistance sent me to them and I will do everything I can to make sure GM never uses them again and I don't recommend doing business with them for nothing! I now have to take them to court for the damage to my beautiful truck!

DDM Auto Repair was a life saver! (I have no clue what the previous reviewer is talking about, it makes no sense, and I suspect he has this place confused with someplace else.) We broke down on I95 on our way from PA to NC. I called DDM as they were so close and explained our car overheated and died and we needed a tow and could they look at it right away as we HAD to proceed to NC. Their tow person arrived in abt 15 minutes, drove us to the repair shop, and the guys there worked tirelessly for 3 hours to get our car going. Unfortunately, as the tow driver suspected, our engine had blown. We had to leave the car there. I called a nearby car rental place and the owner's son volunteered to drive us there. We finally got to NC at midnight. DDM stayed in touch with us and repaired our car. We picked it up yesterday and it drives better than ever. If we lived closer, I'd make DDM my regular mechanic.
