Don't bother looking anywhere else. These guys are the best. Every person in here is friendly, hardworking, and helpful. I went in looking for a new vehicle, my salesman, Dave, took me on an extensive test drive through different conditions (highway, backroad, neighborhood) to ensure I was able to get a feel for the vehicle. Dave and Joe (GM) sat down and talked through numbers with me and took the time to explain everything in detail and went out of their way to make sure I was able to get into something I loved at a price that was right for me. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and the price I was paying. Even the gentlemen from service that took the sticker residue off the window was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable!This is the place to buy a car! They have great inventory and exceptional customer service. Not pushy, you do not get the run around, it's a comfortable environment to make the best decision for you! Go pay them a visit!

No point in having the online apppintment scheduler service by email since they will not get back to you at all.Update: Turns out troy was calling the wrong number a number i do not recognize, and you are better off taking your car to newark chrysler because i brought my car in for metalic grinding noise when i started my car coming from the front of the car i was very descriptive that i heard the noise coming from the front possibly a bearing or bad pulley and they said a tech said they heard a noise that could be like what i stated from the driveshaft. And the second thing i brought my car in for was my headlight was not working and intially told me the structure of the headlight was broken and when i asked for clarification the service writer stated the wiring was the issue which is confusing all in all they wanted 4k for all this some reason they claimed the headlight was not covered under the lifetime warranty so i denied service and took my car to newark chrysler and they covered the headlight under warranty and said there was nothing wrong with my driveshaft it was a simple bad tensioner pulley so yeah stay away.

Do not use the Service Department!I feel like I was treated the way I was because I m female and they think I don t know anything about my vehicles! Mark and a manager called me a liar, claiming my wheels and lug nuts were much older than I claimed. They continued to service my vehicle even after encountering an issue and did not consult me before continuing. Now I have broken lug nuts that could of been avoided had they of consulted me, I was sitting right in the service waiting area the entire time! Also the service tech told me that had he told Mark he couldn t do the tire rotation he would of gotten into trouble. All I know is I brought in my vehicle for a simple service and before leaving brought up the things that were not right, but according to them I m a liar and they treated me as if I didn t know anything. Yet they want me to go buy new lug nuts and they will put them on for free umm, if ya didn t break them then why offer a free service. I was arguing with Mark and he was hell bent on the fact they did nothing wrong and said if I didn t leave that they were going to call the cops on me. If you did nothing wrong then why are my lug nuts broken now? They also messed up my after market radio, screen won t work, I had to do a manual hard reset on the system and set it up again, but it worked when I arrived and when they drove it into the shop? I verified it with the service tech. But they didn t offer any help on that at all because once again they didn t break it .Noted to add, I ve been bringing both of my Jeeps here for years, not the first hiccup but first time I was treated as if I knew nothing and first time I ve been called a liar about MY VEHICLE! I know how old parts of my vehicle are, and those tires/wheels/lug nuts were brand new January 2022. Just because it s a 2008 model does not mean everything on it is 2008!!I d appreciate if upper management gave me a call please. Mark in service should know who I am. He threatened to call the police on me.

I m from south jersey and I was looking to purchase a Dodge Charger 2021. After checking few dealers around I ended up building my toy in DE at Carman Dodge dealer. It was outstanding to deal with the salesman Corey Diaz. He was very responsive, very easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. Overall, 5/5 and definitely worth the drive to DE!I highly recommend my friends and family to this great place.

Michael was so easy to work with and definitely not pushy! We went in knowing what we wanted to get and he got the deal done! Quickly too! I wasn t sitting there for hours! We were impressed and would also recommend you going there when you are ready to purchase a vehicle.

I found the jeep that I wanted in a different state. And with no money down and no solid commitment, Joe and his team got that exact jeep and had it at his dealership within 10 days.Joe explained every aspect of the deal in great detail so that I felt confident in my purchase decision.The level of customer service was exceptional!

Last week I went to purchase a new car, and can I just say Mr Anthony Haywood came outside to greet me walked me inside and then inquired about my needs. Excellent customer service before stepping inside the dealership! That s how anyone should be treated. He listened to my needs wasn t pushy at all. He really helped me find what I was looking for. Made my process stress free and easy (grace and ease) Mr Anthony made sure I understood my options went above and beyond to make sure all my need were met for the Jeep and the financing part. Despite of a small problem I keep having with my jeep overland.. the customer service is great.. they really know how to take care they customers.. they was very friendly and caring.. I would recommend again just gotta be careful and mindful about the car you choose.. used cars is no telling what can be wrong with them.. but the staff handle problems accordingly.. I had to bring my jeep in a handful of times for the same problem but the staff gave me loaners to drive so my life dont stop, being a mother of three kids. And if they dont have loaners they have a shuttle van to drive you to where you need to go..

I had an appointment to have a safety check done my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee. The running boards were damaged at the shop my wife and I didn't notice at the time we picked the car up when we went back to tell the service manager about the damage they denied it happened there and told me to file a claim with my insurance company.

The best car buying experience I ve had. Randy did his best to be upfront and honest, answering all my questions. Joe did an exceptional job dealing with the banks. My payments are affordable with no money down. Afterwards I felt good and clean. I didn t have any remorse. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

This place needs an overhaul. The people here don't so what they say. When they say we will call you that really means , we will never call you. Took over 2 months to get something scheduled. I get something scheduled finally and get it back and car is filthy and problems are worse. Never took my car to a dealership before where it comes back with more problems then when it got there

I recently went to Carman (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and got a great truck. This had been my first time buying a car at a dealership and the staff was super helpful. Troy and Joe helped me find a truck that far exceeded my expectations at a great price. The whole process was super easy and I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. I brought my car here back in December for a new engine under warranty. It is August and I have yet to receive my car. All I get is the run around when I call. They never reach out to me with any update. They also have not even offered me a rental in the last 8 month. This is by far THE WORST customer service I have ever received and will NEVER EVER bring any car I own here ever again!

The entire staff at Carman Group was phenomenal. Starting from Brett, who responded to my inquiry quickly, set up for me to meet with Troy, and John in the business office. Everyone was happy to be there, helpful, and service oriented. They were patient, kind, and easy to work with. This is by far one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. The best deals are made on the golf course! I ran into Joe at a charity golf tournament and told him we were interested in a new vehicle. After visiting the showroom, and being introduced to our salesman, Kevin, we found the perfect vehicle for our family. Kevin was phenomenal and not pushy at all.This is our 4th vehicle purchase from Carman and I can honestly say the experience gets better every time. Joe, Kevin and John (or Jim) were all so nice and easy to work with.If you are interested in a Chrysler vehicle, definitely go to Carman, they re the best!

Back in December 2017 I bought a 2009 dodge journey. Very well price worked to get the payments where I wanted them, they even stayed a lil after 9 in a snowstorm to get the deal done. Only bad thing was the heater only worked on one side. They fixed it for the winter. The winter of 2018 same problem. That is only reason not 5 stars.

Salesman was Michael and had a great experience! Spent a long time searching for a Grand Cherokee and they were the only one in hundreds of miles that had all the features I wanted in a color that was interesting! They know how to order their vehicles the way customers actually want them. Michael walked us through the process and explained everything thoroughly and the manager Joe stopped in to check on us and chatted for a bit. Good people. This is the second vehicle we ve gotten from them (first was a limited run Ram 1500) and we d definitely continue to make the drive for great experiences. Very happy with our purchases!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Carman Jeep, or about how fantastic the service was. Everything about getting a new car here surpassed my expectations. Joel set me up in my new Compass, and went the extra mile to make sure I learned everything about my new car and all of it s awesome features. I knew I was buying a jeep that day, where was the only variable. Tom MacQueen and Bob Weiss from Carman made it easy to purchase my jeep from them. How? They were low key, not pushy, calm and worked with me in meeting in the middle where we both won. I will be back...kinda a jeep person ;-)
