Very amazing experience and was the least stressful car buying experience i have ever had. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 V6 limited last month and it is the best SUV I have ever purchased. The car had only 80,000 miles when i got it. The condition was excellent and the staff were really caring.I never heard of Blackshire until i found my new Rav4 online on a website called "Auto Tempest." I was looking for Rav4s like this one i got here, and this car had the best price and lowest miles. Other Rav4s had 20,000 miles more in my state and wanted $3,000 more. This is why i took the trip to Delaware almost 2 hours away to get it.The staff were friendly. They were really patient with me on the trip and saved the car i wanted to purchase to look at. My recommendation is look online first and make sure you decide what car or truck you want to get first before going. If you know what vehicle you definitely want they will make sure to give you the best experience possible. Thank you to the friends of Blackshire Motors for this amazing SUV and great experienceUpdate 1/18/23I had this 2011 Toyota Rav4 V6 for 5 months already and i love this car more and more each time i drive. I recently did some modifications to it. A month after getting it i changed out the Interior lights with new LEDs. Recently now i also replaced the low beam, high beam, and fog lights with high quality LEDS on my own and immediately this car feels more brand new then ever before. Considering the amazing deal i got, you can create a new car on a budget. This spring i plan to take it for a full body detailing to clean up the SUV even more. This is the best vehicle i ever own. Very easy to work with and very honest, with a lot of patience. I liked the customer service and felt like they were very straight forward. They didn't pressure me and were willing to let me bring the car to a third party mechanic to check out. I would definitely shop with them again.

Have purchased 3+ cars from Mr.Faz over 4 years , family friend, true to his word . Real person real review , have never had issues and any questions or inconveniences he solved or handles it quickly. As a young professional looking for a car that gave me bang for my buck and reliability, Blackshire Motors delivered! The staff was friendly, and knew their stuff. I only gave 1star because it wouldn t allow me to use a 0!I called & have gone to the dealership because my driver seat won t move up but instead turns to the right and that s not normal. Fazal refuses to fix the problem but instead tells me that I have to buy a whole new seat!!! This isn t my problem to fix! It s his. There is no spring in the motor that controls the seats movements! His mechanic removed it snd never replaced it! So I m driving sitting too close up to the steering wheel and sitting on a pillow because I cannot reach the pedals. Then I found out that the entire wheel baron tire & rod assembly on the driver side is completed cracked and while driving the car my tire almost flew off while I was on the interstate!!! This damage was there before I was sold the car and nothing was mentioned to me or my husband. This is also not my issue but it s the dealerships fault.I feel like once you trade or buy a vehicle from them, they seem so nice and friendly but as soon as something goes wrong, he & his staff turns into nasty human beings. He is not friendly as he portrays.I am currently talking with my attorney and I ve filed a complaint with the BBB and my insurance company!I wouldn t advise my enemies to buy a car from them!!!!

I recently bought a Toyota Camry, have to say it was the best purchase i ve ever made. Staff were super kind and welcoming, great and fast process. The manager Fazal gave me the best options and made me feel confident in buying the car. Would definitely recommend for everyone looking for a good car.

I appreciate how kind the owner was, he was very understanding towards my credit score and was trying hard to find me the best possible way to get a car. I didn t have the funds to pay immediately and he was patient to help me find a better installment plan. I recommended this place to my nephew as well

Blackshire was a pleasure to work with. Before traveling to DE from NJ I called to ensure the car was still available. When I arrived I was greeted by Krystal/Crystal who remembered me from the phone. She tossed me the keys and told me to go have fun. My experience flowed with ease from the start. I made her an offer and paid in cash. The process was quick & simple. I did however return to finalize some things but here's where I meet the "famous" Fazal. I read a lot about him in the reviews unfortunately Fazal wasn't there when I purchased but he sincerely thanked me for my business multiple times and offered to assist if iverall a surprising and good reason I became dissatisfied.

Purchased a vehicle from them in November of 2022. Vehicle had numerous issues that the dealership wasn't aware at the time of the sale, but worked with me to get them resolved, taking a loss in the process. Was very easy to work with, very satisfied with results and vehicle.

I recommend Blackshire motors to anyone looking for a reliable car. Staff is extremely welcoming n helpful for anyone looking to purchase a car. I purchased a Ford focus fiesta and I am very satisfied with the service they provide. The prices are great. The cars have low mileage. Before driving off with my car I got a full detail cleaning . The car runs smoothly n I am very happy with my purchase. I was recommended by a Friend who bought two cars from them n now I recommended to others as well. Any repairs the car needs they get it done right away. I had a Great experience purchasing my very first New used car from Blackshire motors. My Fazol is a great car dealership. Check em out.

Blackshire motors is the bomb . I purchased my Dodge Challenger from here. Fazal the manager and his whole team made me feel welcome. The whole process was fast. Fazal made sure I got the best deal. He made the financing process look so easy. Fazal has the best selection of vehicles to choose from. Other dealerships better watch out because Blackshire motors is taking over new castle Delaware.

Hands down best service I have received. I was pretty unsure about what I wanted but with the attentiveness and guidance I received, I was able to walk out with a car that I love! Leased a car with this company early 2015. There was an arabic gentleman who i supposed owned the location and a African American gentleman who did the paperwork and drove a jeep. Being that I was young and in a rush, I feel as though they saw $$ coming. They put me in a suv style vehicle which ran good up until I started having problems. I'd take the car up there and they would have a short gentleman with glasses also arabic speaking say " it's fixed,its fixed but it only was a bandage to more problems which I then fix on my own. Finally after a cracked oil pan the car went, of course I stopped paying on a car that didn't work and the supposed warranty didn't cover what engine issues had occurred. I called them to see if they could help which they said no I would have to continue paying. I voluntarily surrendered the car. With all that said... I feel as they sold me a lemon being as the car had sat and collected some dust (which they did detail and clean)with the state being a no lemon law state the odds were never in my favor. They work with credit acceptance who are non caring and frankly are just there for payment and will sue. Because of this I will never recommend doing any repurchases with them.

The manager Fazal was extremely helpful, and kind. His service team handled the issues I spotted before purchasing my vehicle. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED into buying my vehicle which was a huge deal for me. The experience was very quick for the credit approval with a great deal on my Used vehicle. Nice selection of vehicles on his lot as well. I went back to get my tags and he had more nice vehicles making me wish I could afford another vehicle lol. Great dealership and amazing experience all things considered.When buying a vehicle always look it over and test drive it. Which I did. I love my purchase of the Nissan Pathfinder. Especially since my family is still growing. Thank you, and your sales team for the purchase, and professionalism. Stay safe everyone. Sorry I took a while to post this review. Busy stay at home dad life with a young new addition to my family. Now we have plenty of room in my new vehicle to grow or stretch lol. I purchased two cars from Blackshire. Price was reasonable and the cars had no problems. I felt comfortable enough to buy a 3rd car. This car had some issues, but Blackshire stood by his warranty. He even went beyond what was actually covered by the warranty until the car was in top performance. The owner is truly a man of his word. I highly recommend his establishment.

Went to look here for a car that would accomodate my fairly large family. They had a wide variety of vehicles and were trying to work with me with my price range and credit. Both employees I met ( one was the owner) were incredibly nice and not pushy at all. I did end up finding a car elsewhere that we liked a little more, however I would 100% recommend Blackshire Motors.

Bought a van from there n a week later the check engine, AWD and the trac off lights came on. They claimed to have repaired the issue n it turns out they never did. So many promises were made n were never kept. They are not people who keeps their word. I recommend you not to trust them!!

Fazel is an honest business man. I had no complaints with my first purchase. After i noticed minor flaws he came down on the price. When it was time for my 2nd car although I looked around I just knew I would end up at Bkackshire. I was right and so glad I went back. Im sure their upcoming auto shop will have quality work as well.

I had a great experience here at blackshire, they treated me well and all that worked there were on one accord. I got a great deal for the car I been looking for, plus many other benefits. The car was clean and it rides smooth with low miles. I would definitely recommend them. They will try their very best to get you what you want.
