They say they are open until 10pm Monday thru Friday on the phone, being out where I have no 3, 4, or 5 G no wifi, no way to connect to the internet I'm on hold for over 2hrs waiting for parts to answer. The recording said that they are busy helping other customers so they give no indication whatsoever that they are closed. When I finally speak with management I get a reply "what do you want me to do about it, you (meaning me)should have been where you had internet". I'm sorry but some of us work for a living and can't help where our loads take us. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I would not recommend this place. Poor customer service. My husband works for a living and he's driving all day having to be on hold for most of his shift because his calls keep dropping isn't his fault and yet they act like it is.

How does one rate a truck dealer service place, really? They did fine. They changed my oil and took care of a recall on my RV. They had a waiting room with magazines and a TV. Place is a little hard to find, tucked away in an industrial park but Google got me there. Points off for not asking me what kind of oil I wanted and for the triple digit cost but hey, it's a dealer, right?

I developed a shudder in my 2014 ecoboost f150 and brought it in for service. The tech drove it for 10 minutes, claimed to have checked for engine codes and I was advised that i need a whole new transmission along with being charged for the diagnostic.I took my truck to a transmission place, they found 2 engine misfires and did not charge me.I changed the plugs and my issue was resolved immediately.I know dealers gouge people, but i would not expect to be told i need to drop $5k on a transmission when all that was needed was $50 in spark plugs.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I initially went in for an oil change which I later found out it was not done correctly! I then lost my keys and had to get them replaced! After several days, I was able to get the keys ordered and was told they would be installed the next day! The keys wasn't installed because supposedly they found roaches in the car and the technician refused to do the installation! After finally getting the keys installed and I left with my car, the check oil light kept coming on. The car kept stalling and cutting off! I called Bayshore and they told me to take the car to Sheridan to be fixed! I would have to pay an extra charge for something that I paid for at Bayshore Ford!Up to this point, I have always had very good experiences with Bayshore! I had intended on purchasing a new SUV from Bayshore Ford! That is out the window at this time!I will never deal with Bayshore again.
