I just want to shout out a phenomenal young lady name Jasmine, she helped me with changing the bulb in my Buick Enclave, yesterday. She told me what I needed to do and assisted from beginning to end. I give her 10 stars. Great customer service and human compassion. Thanks again Advance Auto for hiring an awesome young lady.

Great spot for the longest lasting batteries from my experience, the die hard platinums, definitely worth the price and replacement plan. I ve only had to pay full price twice in the past 10 years. 1st one back when sears had them and only once since the die hards came back.

Manager was rude and not empathetic at all to my situation. I brought a part from a none link store in PA so they couldn t find the receipt in the system. All i wanted to do was exchange for the correct piece and he gave me a hassle when after researching advance and autozone sell different rand parts so there is no way it could have been from anywhere else or a scam or anything. Anyway he wouldn t exchange it and i had to buy a whole new piece which now i have a piece for my car i do not need. Will kot be shopping there anymore

Good selection of products moderately priced and maybe a little above average. The location is an absolute disgusting mess but the store was clean and well organized. The staff were very helpful and kind. I will continue to come here for my automotive needs.

Went in today for a car battery. A lulittle pricey, but they were helpful in finding one for me, and also helped me to with getting an online coupon for a discount, and also gave me money back when I gave them the old battery. Satisfied customer here.

They're pretty good. I liked them better when they did Diagnostics. They don't do anything anymore except for sell the product. I'm leery about this because I'm trusting their word ( they're not mechanics) instead of a machine about what needs to be purchased.

I went in on August 16th around 6:20pm and the female employee had a box of cigarettes in her pocket and was very rude. When It was my turn in line she answered the phone and yelled at the customer saying there was people there in front of her she had to take care of the hung up and was cussing. Then when I paid for my items she says loudly and rudely you don t have anything smaller then rolls her eyes.

Didn't even go here called was out on hold for 15 they pick up three different times and it rang then on hold again that long to be put on hold is crazy should have went to the store in person instead of calling if I knew I was going to be on hold for 15 minutes that's crazy won't be going here

Ordered online, drove to the store, drove home, wrong battery given to me. Drove back to get the one I ordered and paid for. Initially told they could only refund how I paid. Once I showed my paperwork stating I ordered the right one and only want to pick up what I paid for I got a "MY BAD". Not any apology. Very unprofessional store. Go elsewhere and save the grief.

I mean... If u want a guy to come and stand against the wall n have a conversation with you while you do your own battery installation whilst having to bring your own tools, then sure..go here...Otherwise just save yourself the trip unless you're in desperate need of oil

Just a bad experience at this store.Was looking for part. I was told they had the part. I called 15 minutes before close to confirm. The other store in Wilmington was currently closed. I asked the guy if they have it, id fly over. Gentlemam said "we close few minutes before closing, if you're not here in 10 don't even bother."I got there in 8 minutes. The guy spent well over 5 minutes looking for the part he said he had and couldn't find it. He was going off of what the computer said. And i raced over for nothing. Just a an overall bad experience amd waste of time and rude handling.

Went in and there was no apparent associate working and we needed assistancelooking for a car specific part. There was a girl wearing hospital scrubs, no store shirt or name tag, who said she worked there...but only said something after we asked if they saw an associate. She wasn't wearing a mask so we had to ask her to put one on. After a long ordeal to get a light bulb, we got what we needed. Got out to the parking lot and had a homeless woman begging for money at my car. If this wasn't the closest location to my house I would avoid it.

So I brought a battery late last week from the New Castle Avenue Location. The battery cost $159.99. I thought the battery in my car was bad. I hooked the new one up and it did the same thing. So I unhooked the new battery and reinstalled the old one. Cause it ended up being the starter. This store would not take the battery back cause they said it's an electronic device. Receipt ready and all doesn't matter. This location is an absolute rip-off

My husband dropped a battery off to get charged at 2pm. Called at like 3:40 to check the status said it wasn't done. Called again after 5 said it still wasn't done. Went around like 7ish & it still wasn't done. Went back the next day in the morning when they opened & come to find out it was never put on the charger.

I like all Advaced Auto Parts. I like this one in particular because I live just over the Delaware Memorial Bridge in NJ, and with the no sales tax this is a great place to shop for parts, tools and accessories. Also the staff here is very helpful and is willing to ho the extra mile to help you out with finding the right parts or helping you to swap out the more easy parts for you and will even lend you tools to do it.

I ordered a part on Friday, it was there waiting for me since Saturday. I was able to pick it up and get back on the road in about 2 min. Great customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I bought brakes from there and my brakes had a warranty . My brakes went bad within 3 weeks so I brought them back under my warranty and they tell me oh there had to be a defect. No that's not what your policy days. This is why I always go to auto zone ! I will never buy ANYTHING else out of this Store. And then he tried to down talk me because I'm a woman . SMFH the disrespect

Store was business as usual. Nothing stood out. Extremely busy with limited staff. Good service and quality products. More staff could enhance customer satisfaction.
