I bought my equinox from ABC auto in 2020 I still have it done nothing major but oil change and brakes, If I ever purchase another car which I plan to do soon, I hope they do trade in because my equinox still runs smooth. Might I add > JEFF is the man of cars !!!

Don t waste your time at this place. Jeff acted like I was a nuisance to even be there to look at a car. I bent down to pop the hood latch to check engine out. As we left my girlfriend told me he was shaking his head behind my back while I was looking at the car. Stay clear my advice is to visit a dealership that appreciates your business

Sold us a lemon car didn t even last 3 days during those 3 days we went back and forth fixing the car. Jeff bad communication bad attitude he robs people money. We needed our car fixed and he told us he would fix it when he was done WE had to call HIM to catch up he told us the car was good and ready when we got there it was worst then befor it couldn t even turn on he won t even refund us our money and we had a 3 month warranty..

I bought a 2006 bmw 530i from here as my first car all seemed good but I was excited since this was my first car,they told me nothing was wrong with the car at all and the only issues were cosmetic and they kept repeating this anytime I brought something up, since I was excited I overlooked major issues like how they were so shady and have a no return policy and how they knew very little or at least didn't tell you much about the vehicles. I bought the vehicle for $4600And was happy for the first 2 minutes. Immediately after getting the car I was shown how little they care about their customers. They sold the car with less than 1 mile worth of gas and a bad battery and they did not care . Boy do I wish that was it. The car needed so much more than what was told, I have had the car for less than 5 months and I have had to spend an absolutely ridiculous amount on it I had to take it to get serviced and they told me I would have to spend over $11k to get it up and running like how it was supposed to be , I needed a whole new suspension, new ignition system, and I most likely had a blown head gasket or bad piston ring because out of nowhere the car started producing an immense amount ou white plumbing smoke. I regret even looking that place up on google. Steer clear of this place

Jeff the best guy!! He spent a lot of time with us, showing us the best car options to buy, in the end we bought the Mazda CX9 2012, for an excellent price.Just go and ask for Jeff.

Please be careful. Sales rep, Jeff, told me I had to fill out the application before I could even see the car I had initially came for because he wanted to know what I could afford the car was $10,000. Not sure if it was because I m a)young b)a woman c)black or d) all of the above but I did not appreciate the way he represented this establishment.

Great buying experience!Got a good price on an SUV and our salesman, Jeff really knew his stuff. Review may update if the car blows up though. Edit: The car lasted less than 6 months. The salesman didn't deceive us about anything, but I'm taking a star away for that. Probably should have just sold it for scrap like we did.

Two stars because when my sister purchased her car 2019 she pretty good service! Despite the physical building having ceiling leaks and needing to be remodeled. They worked with my sister but Thursday when I was here with my nephew the Honda Pilot had visible rust on the frame( huge no), dents on right side, battery was 2019 and had some Oxidation, Serpentine belt was loud upon turning on, the key fob was taped together, only the driver door unlocked even when pressing the key fob multiple times to unlock, together outside of the Obvious frame damage these repairs would cause over 2 thousand with today's inflation. However, my nephew still wanted to test drive the car and purchase with cash that day but couldn't allow him to. I saw there was a nail in the tire and the TPS ( tire pressure light was on). We didn't even bother telling the Caucasian man/sale rep about all the repairs needed I just handed him the keys and said the rear tire had a nail and the tps light was on he processed to tell me there is no need for tire pressure sensors in cars anyway. No car manufacture will ever just puts items into a car just to put them there costing the manufacturer additional money. Like I expressed to him after 2008 it was Mandated by federal law all Vehicles sold in the United States had to have tps sensors because a fully inflated tire helps with emissions by allowing cars to get better gas mileage as a license trained professional automotive technician I know this however he lied and said this ridiculous to me thinking I didn't know any better because I am a woman. He ignored my sister when she tried to tell him about the good service she had years ago when she purchased her car, he did offer to inflate the tire or check it just argue there is no need for them. Please train you sells reps

So far having a horrible experience. Bought a car that only made it 37 miles the same day before coolant and oil was leaking from the car and being told that it was a sensor. Waiting to see how the situation gets handled and I have no problem reevaluating my review but idk how a sensor can cause so many problems.Update: The problem was more then a sensor. The sales place upgraded my warranty and extended it. It took them about a month to return the car and about 2 temp tags later to mail out the title. A lot of waiting went on but finally things are right and my family loves the car.

i Brought a 09 Volkswagen Routan from there on 6/8 and by 6/21 it cut off in the middle of me driving, Thank God i was at a stop sign and not on the highway. it will not start back up, the battery is charged and all. I called ABC auto and Jeff the supervisor told me that it was my fault that the car stopped working. And he told me too enjoy driving my lemon. I called 6 different shops to try to get the car fixed with this warranty and not one mechanic will touch the car. I do not recommend anyone to get a car from here. I asked to speak with the owner on numerous occasions and still have not spoke to him

We had a wonderful experience with buying a truck for my son. Jeff was so nice. No pressure like a typical salesmen , was very informative and made it a very easy transaction along with a 90 day warranty on all major parts. Would totally recommend them. Thank you Jeff for making this special for my son.

Drive by don't even look at a car from there. Purchased car and 6 month warranty for teen daughter 12/26/2020. On 1/2/2021 I took car to be looked because felt driving funny. $1500 later needed shocks/structs, front axel, and few other things. Also found out tires were dry rotted, they had sprayed a gloss on the tires so you readily couldn't see. I filed claim with warranty and only got $369 back. I contacted Jeff and he said nothing he could do. I sold car myself. So I still had 3 months left on warranty, which in contract says I get reimbursed for unused warranty time. Call Jeff, knows nothing about it. Contact warranty company do paperwork myself, they send credit to ABC, now 3 weeks later still waiting for money from ABC. Jeff knows nothing, says will contact Mike his boss, Jeff refuses to give me Mike's number. This is $270 refund. He had no problem taking my money, all in cash, to purchase car and warranty. Next step is contacting warranty company again and telling them he won't refund, then trade commission.

Awful!!!! Brought a car from this dealership and it didn t even last a month!!!!! It didn t pass inspection, Had to replace the turn signal switch, muffler system, outside light then the transmission went all within a month. We weren t even told of the issues!!! Though we didn t pay much for the car (though at least 6 months of driving time would ve been nice) and it came with very Low miles; considering all the issues it makes me think they are resetting the mileage s somehow. We didn t even receive the hard tag before the car transmission went!!!! Told them of the issue and all they did was apologize!!! It s all about the sale to them. They clean their cars up to make them look presentable and drivable when in fact they are not!!! Save yourself some time, headache and money and go Somewhere else!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!!!!!

Was helped by Scott a couple months ago and withheld my review until everything was finished with. Overall happy with my purchase. There were a few problems with the car, but nothing unreasonable for the price that I paid. Registration, tags, and title were ready by temp tag expiration. My biggest complaint was resolved quickly and fairly satisfactorily.

Bought a 2004 Honda Pilot. Best used car I have ever had. Jeff was great, the car is fantastic and we couldn't be happier with choosing ABC! Do your OWN research so you can choose the right vehicle for you. It is not the fault of ABC if you purchase a vehicle that is prone to certain issues and that issue arises after your purchase. Read, research *then* buy.

Lied about the cars year. ABS in failure as we discovered when we scanned it due to STRONG ABS failure symptoms. He said buy it & report it to ins repair in a few days. Thier free ins doesnt cover it better upgrade and as a known issue i doubt they will cover repair. Car is NOT safe as it is at all and and further NOT inspectable. Dishonest and near criminally inclined.DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING. He had NO issues trying too sell us this dangerous uninspectable and very costly repairs somewhere in 2000 dollar range to a 17 yo girl we were buying for. Your life and honesty does not matter to him.

BUYERS BEWARE... Can't give them a good rating.... Business is Business. 3 strikes... Within the first 90 days, Water pump and thermostat went. Wasn't covered by the outside warranty plan that they give. Scott went above and beyond to get the water pump fixed... Now the Turbo is gone and fortunately it's covered under the 90 day plan... Poor follow up on getting the Car tagged and currently without tags...

So called 12/3/21 330pm about a green charger still have yes ok need vin for carfax. Coming down sat to look at okWRONG get there 1114am 12/4 where the car its gone really drove 2 hrs with 9k ? Then as i am leaving we sent it to auction .might be able to get truck why i called to say i was comimg to buySAD dealership

Do not buy a car from here I repeat do not I had a car April 27 it is now July 29. My odometer read 142 miles when I got a history I said 227 something miles on it i ve been struggling going back-and-forth since April that was a switch out From the first vehicle they refuse to fix. Bottom line you re taking people s money and they re changing the miles on the dashboard very unprofessional and fraudulent. I pay way too much money, DO NOT GET UR CAR HERE I will only have it for three months they are a fraud and scam! Living proof

Had to replace my Kia Sorento transmission since it's damaged. I had to change the breaks, shock observers and boot is leaking. Warranty sucks since the max you can use for any damage to the car is 2k, after that you pay full price. Very bad experience, had better experience buying from Facebook.

Mannnn where do I start? I got an 06 DTS from them. The day I came to pick it up I waited at least 2 hours for them to get it Inspected (which they didn t because it isn t inspected, which I found out today when I went to get my hard tags). So they lied and said they were getting it inspected while somebody was just riding around in the car that was basically already paid for. Been having issues with the car since I got it. I was told majority of their cars have oil leaks (mine does) and they don t care. Not to mention the high interest rate on the piece of s*** car along with the fact that I ve been getting it worked on pretty much since day 2. Then they had the nerve to rip the tint off the car I m guessing for the fake inspection and I had to pay to get the tint glue removed BEFORE I could even get it tinted myself. Then, once I went back over my paperwork. The car I have was like 3k, their was another for like 5/7k but that was the performance one. Why does my paperwork show that this is the 5/7k car when it s not? They SWITCHED THE PRICE ON MY PAPERWORK. It s just a lot of fraudulent activity going on here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

This place is notihng but a rip off and scam! Helped my daughter buy a car last October and paid $5 grand for it and had to sink another $3 grand into it because it kept breaking down. Well now the transmission is shot! We have to buy another car in LESS than one year since her purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DISGUSTED WITH THESE CROOKS!

Went up and checked out a car that I was interested in. Waited for the owner to get back to me. 2 weeks later and I got nothing. Sent an email thru the website for more info on the same car and, again, nothing. It would be nice to get a response from SOMEONE, seeing as how I was referred to y'all from a family member to come here to begin with.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from abc auto. I purchased a vehicle 6 months ago and still have yet to get my title from them. Found out that they sold me a vehicle with a lien on it. I've paid them and still have yet to receive anything from them. I'm now on my 4th temporary tag and still getting the run around from them. One day I get a call that I can come get the title that still has the lien on it and take it ty tag place in PA and they will give me a check sense I paid them for tags and title and my husband drives 30mins down DE for them to tell me no now I have to wait even longer. I'm hiring a lawyer. They are doing some shady stuff at this place. Just go somewhere else
