I ve been using Fuel Automotive for years for oil changes. I also used them to replace a battery and replace a rear light that had burned out and caused me to fail inspection. Always great service from a friendly and accommodating owner, Herb. Just today I had all my tires replaced because of a slow leak in one of my tires that could no longer be repaired and that brand of tire was discontinued. This was a tire Herb had repaired a few years ago which enabled me to get a few more years out of that tire. It is so hard to find an auto service and repair shop you can trust. I trust Herb and Fuel Automotive. I m so glad Fuel Automotive is in Milton at a convenient location and I don t have to make the long trip to the Subaru dealership in Dover which always found something that had to be repaired in my Forester that I could never get out of there without a bill of at least a couple hundred dollars.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I been under the impression that whenever you walk into a place of business, that makes you a costumer or a potential costumer and you would at least expect to at least be treated as such, I m a General Contractor I stopped there to meet a client who was from the �rea after riding for over an hour, not having cell service and being in a unfamiliar area. I asked to purchase a water that was in a small fridge in their waiting area and was told by the lady there that the water was for their costumers,I offered to pay for it thinking she might not of heard that I wasn t trying to pay for it once again was told no, it s not for sale it is for our costumers, and was giving a look that was unmistakable, it s ashamed that we are in 2023 and their still exist so much hatred and such lack of empathy towards another human being simply because of they don t the way you do or because of the color of their skin, to deny someone water on a hot day and to look down on a person in such a way was despicable. I m glad I m not a costumer and will never be a costumer if you treat another human being that way I could imagine how you will treat my car.

Poor communication, they will tell you one price and when you pick it up they will give you another, plus we never figured out the route of the issue. We had driven the car off their lot 3 times, we didn t even make it a mile down the road and all three times the maintenance light came on. They basically have you replace parts until they fix the issue on your dime. In our case the issue was never resolved and we are out over $500.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Best shop in Delaware. Had a misfire with no codes and the Nissan dealership said it was too much fuel pressure making injectors 5-6 stay open.Ended up having fuel automotive install the fuel return system Nissan said I needed and didn t fix my misfire. Fuel automotive helped me out and gave me a very cheap price for installation. Brought it back a couple days to get 6 fuel injectors put in very cheap very fast and they found a vacuum leak for me! I ve been to plenty of shops between Dover to Rehoboth. Never had such a great experience with a shop, it was super easy to ask them any questions and setup an appointment. Recommend them to anyone looking for High quality repairs at a low cost.

Great service. I needed a new tire for my tuck while I was on vacation down there. He was able to have the correct tire there the next day and had it changed over in no time. Everything was clean and organized and they were very friendly!

I have had such great experiences both times I have had services done at fuel automotive. It is a small business that treats each customer and their vehicle like family. This past time my oil change, air filter replacement and fixing a nail in my tire was all completed on the house for being a Frontline healthcare worker! Exceptional service!

I popped in here randomly at the end of the day because of a random flat. The welcome and friendliness of the owner and employees was unmatched. Just so helpful and courteous.

Gave me an appointment for an oil change the same day, were ready for me when I got there (10 min early), done in 20 minutes and were super nice. Didn t try to sell me on anything extra like some places. Highly recommend

My husband's car broke down and it was towed, assessed, and fixed in a very timely matter. They didn't try to add on repairs and fees. Reasonable and reliable mechanic. Also, we have never been to a car repair shop that is so meticulous and organized. Fuel Auto hit another homerun! Changed my oil and found a major problem that may have seized my engine at any moment. They ordered and repaired the part, and ompleted the oil chamge within an hour. Thank you again!
