They were packed so the "10 minute oil change" was more like 40. It's still faster than anywhere else. My only actual complaint is, I came here for just the oil change. I didn't want my lights checked or my windshield wipers or anything else. There was no option to skip this process. They just started asking me to turn my lights on and blinkers. I complied, but was annoyed. Could have saved everyone time if you just had asked.

The mechanics did a great job. Tommothy wascourteous and explained the whole process of care for my vehicle. I also appreciate the $15 coupon I received by mail to use towards the service. I would highly recommend Valvoline, Millsboro location. I drove away well please.

Reply: Pulling ahead someone who was there before me wasn't the issue at all. I can really understand that but at the same time, you are pulling someone else who came after me so I guess everyone should get treated differently?But thank you for the response.Needs to know better how to accommodate customers.I was requested to let someone else pull in ahead of me in my lane because they were their first and have been waiting. Later, someone else who came 15 minutes after me got pulled in ahead of me while I was still waiting. It's pathetic and frustrating when you are a regular customer who brings their all family cars there and be treated like this.

Always get my oil changed at Valvoline , it s always very quick and I don t have to worry about the hassle of doing it. Timothy and Tom did a wonderful service, they were very nice . Definitely another great experience

A VERY long wait - in fact, 2 cars that arrived after me were in the garage before me. I pulled in 10 minutes after the person who was after me. The manager placed me in line but disappeared when his friend pulled in. I wouldn't normally care but I was there over an hour for a 10 minute oil change. This is not the service that I usually receive at my home store.

Lightening speed! These folks have set the bar for oil changes. I used to go to the dealership for my free oil changes but it was always a 1-2 hour ordeal. These folks will have you in and out in under 20 minutes. If it came out that they weren t even changing your oil, 1) I wouldn t be surprised because they literally are that fast and 2) I wouldn t even be mad because everyone here is always so nice.

Not impressed with this Millsboro location.Technician had an unfriendly attitude, he communicated they were out of a common oil filter, as well as the tire rotation lift was not operating. And they charged me for a filter I did not get in my oil change!I will not be going back to this unprofessional business!Services: Tires, Oil change

I requested basic oil and was given better oil. And, while I was getting a radiator flush, a Manager and employee were having a workplace issue discussion that should have been done in private. Customer- and quality- focused. The location I visited was formerly Castrol Premium Lube Express (I had been a long-term customer of that company). Very convenient & much quicker than dealing w/ a dealership. The technicians are knowledgeable & friendly. They always have coupons. It was my 2nd time going there got oil change. I will be returning.

Excellent service, the guys name was "Ryan" he gave me a milage count and was totally honest about getting an oil change or wait till later, he even put air in my low tire for free, will definitely go back to the one in millsboro, Delaware

I had the privilege of having Dale, Natalie and one other tech who s name tag I failed to read, service my vehicle. Everyone was super kind, friendly and they were very patient with me which I appreciated very much. They didn t mind my asking questions and they gave me pretty satisfactory answers. They have a pretty good system going. Thanks to the ones under my car too. Keep up the good work crew!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was no wait. Spent probly 20 mins there. They try and push upgrades and sell you things you don't need (unsurprisingly). A conventional 5 quart oil change was quick and $55 which is reasonable these days

Busy, so a bit of a wait, however many people are traveling for the holiday. Quick one I got in. Full synthetic change. Battery check showed "warning", but double checked it and it's good. Replaced torn rear window wiper. Had 20% off synthetic oil change coupon. All good!

I like these type of places that you're in and out relatively quickly, and can stay in your car. Very friendly service. Would give five stars, because it's a little expensive, and for the price I don't want to be hammered with so many add on offers. They should probably ask you first if you want to hear about their other services, or recommended maintenence. Other than that, great job!

2nd time here. I had a minor complaint after my last visit (oil cleanup underneath my other car) and they were very understanding and attentive to my concern. Both times I was offered great, friendly service at a fair price. I'll be back, thanks.
