Although the painful experience of a total loss made me start searching I can honestly say working with Doc and the nice man Sam at White Marsh Nissan who personally recommended me to Preston made this so seamless. Sam believed they would be able to cater to what I needed from my vehicle more right now in my budget. With the rental time-crunch after the settlement Doc really saved the day! Very promptly after hearing my story reached out and urged me to look at their inventory again because there s new stock.BOOM 2020 equinox premier that checked pretty much all of my boxes. I was very appreciative of Doc accommodating to my very busy schedule and still following through on everything. Doc even surprised me with a better deal even though it honestly was a good deal from the beginning. I m so excited to feel safe in my baby!Shoutout to Chris in Finance for explaining everything clearly and entertaining my 11 year old when he was honestly a bit antsy from the few hours the process was.Aaron wants to mention how much fun he had on the test drive and that he had a good time despite long errands typically being very boring to him. Aaron and my husband sign off on all of this and had a great time! We actually have an appointment to come back and look for him now! Thank you all! We re already coming back! (:

Great Experience. No pressure. Terrific Selection. Jonathan B. was very knowledgeable and patient and Renee in Finance great to deal with. I am a long time Jeep owner and working with these folks has been great. Still getting to learn all the ins and outs of my new Wrangler 4xe. It is my next Jeep adventure.

Highly recommended these guys , the whole team is very welcoming and patient. This team does not pressure you & are very good with talking numbers. I wish I could remember everyone s name but thank you to EVERYONE they all help in some way. Special shoutout and a very big congratulations to Ray Lingo for his first sale! I absolutely love my jeep wrangler and I m so glad they were able to help me get my dream car.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for my salesman Mike Morgan. He made buying a vehicle incredibly easy. He was professional and talked to me as if we had been friends for years. He took the time to make sure that I got into a vehicle that I was happy with but more importantly, a payment that I was happy with. If you re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you talk to Mike Morgan.

A year ago my sister was shopping for a car and I was with her. She happened to get Court as a salesman but she was in love with a car from another dealership. He was so nice that we actually felt bad not buying from him. A year later I purchased my own vehicle and this time was so happy that I got to do business with Court. He just has a great personality, I would definitely bring my family back to him. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Very nice people to deal with. Met and exceeded our expectations on finding the right Jeep Wrangler (High Tide model) for the right price. You wont go wrong talking to these guys, especially Scott Zelinski. He was great to do business with and treated us well throughout the ordering, delivery and out the door processing. I ve added some pics of our favourite rides. The last one is ours we picked up at Preston Jeep!

We have bought many cars over the years but this was one of my best experiences. Mike Morgan was friendly and professional. He was honest with the sale of our Pacifica and the whole process went well. He and staff even stayed open late to complete our sale. Mike went out of his way to come in on his day off to go over all the new dashboard gadgets. 5 Stars!!!

Courtney was my service attendant. I had recently purchased a chrystler 200 series with several transmission issues. I brought the car in to the dealership and the friendly staff there was able to fix my major issues with the transmission at a fair and reasonable price. The also were able to give me a step by step breakdown of the work they did when asked and gave some great helpful tips on future maintenance too. Courtney was a great service representative, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. Also a special thank you to Danny who was very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing up any concerns I may of had regarding recall delays or available parts.Thank again. You all really saved my Summer! Highly recommend this place for its customer service and attentive care to its patrons.

I had an amazing experience with Preston Ram of Millsboro! I live on the other side of the country and purchased a truck from them that was listed on Auto Trader. They were awesome to work with from start to finish, doing the deal and financing over the phone and even working with the shipping company to transport my new vehicle to me. Jon, Danny and JB, thank you for going above and beyond for me! It was a pleasure working with you guys! I would definitely recommend using this dealer.

I don't write reviews unless I'm impressed. Hands down the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Dominick Grebe was friendly, knowledgeable and got us in and out the door! I will recommend them to anyone and will be coming back for our future vehicle purchases. All around great experience and I wish I could give more stars!

I went to Millsboro CDJR looking for a potential new car for my fiance and Mike Morgan made my car buying experience a breeze. Not only was he very helpful at answering all the questions I had about vehicles and different finance options but he was able to help me find the right car for my fianc�. She is absolutely in love with her 2017 Audi a4 we purchased from Mike. I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new or used car. He was a joy to work with and I will be using him when I m ready for a new truck!

Dominick Grebe was the best salesman ever!! He was super helpful and explained everything in detail to help us through the process. We went in kinda knowing what we wanted and he talked us through the differences between the trucks and made sure we were comfortable in each truck. He was so great we ended up buying two cars from him.

Everyone has been very helpful. I have the 2017 All new Compass after previously owning the new version 2002 Escape for 15 years. The Escape had bugs as any new version is likely to have, but served me well after all fixes were addressed. There was a known issue that I encountered after putting more mileage (just turned over 40K) on the Compass moving to Delaware. After working with several folks to wrap my head around it, the Preston group worked with me to come up with a resolution. Please pass my gratitude along to everyone.

We first visited in order to learn about the current Hyundai lineup. Greg was very helpful, with no pressure tactics of any kind. After returning home, we reviewed our favorite vehicle (Tucson), and submitted a proposal, which was eventually accepted. The final sales process was also most helpful, and again, there was no pressure to purchase the "add-on" packages (additional warranties). We will visit again.

I was stranded in a town well away from my Preston dealership in Maryland and they recommended I call their dealership in Millsboro. Cortney, in service, was wonderful to work with. She kept in contact with me throughout. I have always received superior service from Preston in Maryland. Preston in Millsboro Delaware never missed a beat They care well for their customers.
