Great and friendly service! Matt got my car in the same day to replace all 4 of my tires after I had a flat & needed to replace the other 3 anyway. Highly recommend this location!

Great customer service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using them for my auto needs and repairs for about 8 years, and will continue to do so. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service!!!New customer, I was greeted as soon as I entered. Great conversation during the wait. Awesome pricing, and a complimentary air freshener was attached to my invoice when I got back in my INFINITI. Was there for an oil change and tire repair. I will be a long standing customer and so happy I found a competent repair center so close to my home!Call and schedule your servicing today, you will be all so pleased!

Had a flat late one night so I had my car towed there. I dropped the keys in the overnight drop box and they called me first thing in the morning and explained everything so I gave them the go ahead and my car was literally ready like maybe and hour or 2 later for pick up!!! Professional fast and very friendly! Definitely recommend! The only thing I would say is it seem just a little costly but I don t think it s just Them.

First time here for oil change. Customer service was good, waited in lobby for work to be done. Price seemed reasonable and will likely return when needed.

I called Ocean Tires because I got a flat tire and was trying to see if they are able to get me in on the same day. The person who answered the phone is very nice and checked if they have the tires for my car in stock. It was a great experience and James did a great job.

They over tighten my nuts on each tire and now I have to pay to have them replaced. They also said I needed my front shocks replaced. I took the truck to the local Ford dealer and Ford service tested my shocks and said my front shocks were fine.

I made an appointment and they took me promptly. They found a leak in my tire and fixed it very reasonably.Ryan was very helpful and showed me the condition of my other tires but was very low pressure and recommended they be changed in the near future but not on this visit. Highly recommend.

James S did a great job repairing my tire that had a staple in it on 12/24/2023.We had to drive to north Delaware two times that week on 12/25 & 12/27.Many thanks to him.

I met the owner today. His name is Ryan. He runs a wonderful shop. Ben worked on my car and he did a fantastic job. These gentlemen were courteous, fair, truthful, and helpful. I recommend this company. The price was very reasonable. I just want you to know if you need an oil change or tires or anything done on your car and you live in Millsboro go to Ocean area tire for Ryan.

Excellent service! I stopped in unscheduled with an oil leak. They took my car right in and James diagnosed my problem quickly and got the gasket changed and oil replaced in no time. As a Realtor I spend a ton of time on the road and my car is my number one priority. Thank you so much! I will definitely return for future needs.

Showed up for appointment and was taken care of right away. Tire install didn t take long, after the first day my wife noticed pressure going down on left from wheel. I went to check and found valve stem leaking. Of course it Sunday and this tire center was closed. Had to take wheel to another tire center to get it fixed.

I want to shout out a 5 star to the boys at Ocean tire Millsboro. They have helped me several time. The staff there is always kind & helpful. They truly are a group of people that care about helping our community. They are always happy to put air in a tire when needed. I will repeat myself but this staff is a 5 star going above and beyond for this areas tire needs. Keep up the outstanding work & public service.

Quick, personalized service. Was getting oil change and tire rotation. The tech found a nail in one of the tires and promptly repaired it. Waiting area neat/clean/comfortable. Overall a great experience

Very friendly and informative. Had the brakes replaced. Took most of the morning. They were also thoughtful enough to provide transportation to and from my home. Would definitely recommend.
