I absolutely hate to leave a good review for these guys, mostly because the word will get out about how good they are and it'll be difficult for me to get an appointment. The employees of Buckley's are phenomenal! They are ridiculously attentive and know exactly what they are doing. Sal is an incredible service rep, he treats you like you're part of his family. He returns returns phone calls and answers questions as promptly as possible. If I could give this business 10 stars I would. But don't tell anyone

Excellent professional and friendly service. Provided detailed information on services needed and recommendations as well as routine maintenance. Very thorough. Appreciated getting my questions answered easily. Very easy to get an appointment scheduled online or over the phone with good follow up and reminders. My highest recommendation. Thank you!

My first visit with Buckley's Auto Care and I was very happy with their service! I was looking for a new shop in the area for an oil change and they did great with a full synthetic NAPA oil. Sal was very accommodating, kind and efficient helping me with my appointment. I was able to use the coupon I received in the mail, which is how I found out about them! I love the emailed receipt with photos of future maintenance and issues on my car! I greatly appreciate that Sal gave me a ride back and forth!The 1 star deduction is for two suggestions:- Need a large sign out front or on roof of the house that has been converted to Shop!?- Need a customer friendly, comfortable, professional registration area, even create a Waiting Room with coffee/snacks as some of the other shops in area do have...Thank you!

Because I have recently moved into the Millsboro area I did not have any idea where to take my Audi Q5. Thank goodness I found the Delaware Reddit on line community who stepped up to assist me. The Delaware Reddit platform helped me find a reputable, honest and trustworthy auto repair shop in Sussex County. The Delaware Reddit community platform came through in a big way sending me to BUCKLEY S Auto Care in Millsboro De. I found Buckley s had countless positive reviews and feedback on Googlereviews. From my initial on-line experience scheduling my appointment through reserving a courtesy car, to getting my car looked at, evaluated, and being given an estimate and the work completed. I was treated like a VIP client. Greg, Jackie and all the mechanics at BUCKLEY S were so helpful. My Audi Q5 is running like it s brand new. My thanks to BUCKLEY S for a job well done.

Grateful to have a local auto repair shop who are friendly, professional and genuinely care. Had an emergency with my 2019 Jeep when the battery died. Jackson kept me informed throughout the charging/starter system testing. Happily, only the battery needed to be replaced. Thank you Jackson & Jacki. I appreciate your help and will be a returning customer. Highly recommend Buckley's!

This was my first time at Buckley s and I am now a life long customer. Sal was very polite and courteous. He explained every step of the process and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need at this time. I will recommend to my friends.

I brought my 2013 Mazda to Buckley s for brakes and service for the first time. Their service included a full, soup to nuts auto check.They did the repairs on the rear brakes and identified some suspension issues. They didn t push the suspension repairs be done but made me aware of the need.They also noted that the front brakes were wearing but still had some life to them.My past experience with auto mechanics would have included the front brakes as part of the job and jacked up my costs.I highly recommend Buckley s and will be using them for future auto repair and maintenance.For honesty, knowledge and workmanship at a fair price, use Buckley s as well for your own vehicles. You ll actually pay the bill with a smile.

I took my blue 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Buckley Auto Care in Millsboro and it was the best decision I could have made. I started out speaking with Jackson who was understanding and helpful. He turned me over to Sal who was amazing.Sal talked me through the entire process. He was patient, answered my questioned, kept me informed and was very professional. You need money to run a business and pay your workers but it wasn't about the money. The place is about making sure they get your automobile running and back on the road. I will never take my Jeep to the Jeep dealership again. Last but not least. I have lived in many states and a few countries and I have never seen such a clean place and neat and clean workers. If you need fair honest prices with quality work give Buckleys Auto Care in Millsboro a call. I'm glad I did. And my husband wil be taking his Jeep there from now on. Thanks Sal and Jackson.

I m fairly new to the area and I will definitely be returning. Buckleys heard my concerns about my car and they were honest about what work needs to be done and fixed my car quickly! The customer service was great! 5 stars in my opinion!

Sometimes it pays in more ways than one when you deal with smaller independent family owned businesses. You get quality products and service in a friendly atmosphere, places where a lady would be encouraged to bring her Silky Terrier!You DEFINITELY received the "Stryker Seal Of Approval" and also 100 gold stars from this old teacher!

Overall service was fine. Price slightly higher than expected. Had oil change and changed filters. Quoted price on tires, but didn't give specs that I asked for. When I looked up tires on Tire Rack found price was fair, but quality of tire was very poor. Also, they didn't tag windshield with "next oil change reminder". Small item, but useful.

Finally found a repair shop I like and trust. Jackson is the best. Kept me informed every step of the way. Jacki was pretty awesome too. Both very professional and fun. I'm not 100% sure of the mechanics name (I believe it's Matt) but he thoroughly checked out everything that was wrong plus more. So thank you Matt (?), Jacki, & Jackson. I appreciate all that was done and I will be a returning customer (not too frequently though). If anyone needs work done on their vehicle, you need to head here!Wanted to write another review, but I can only edit this one it seems. Brought a second vehicle in to Buckley's for repair. Once again, EXCELLENT service! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Not sure who my mechanic was this time but whoever went out of their way going over my Highlander. Jackson (service advisor) was with me every step of the way explaining what needed to be done. He's awesome and knows his stuff. Seriously readers, this place is THE place to go for all your automotive repair needs. I thank my lucky stars for finding this place. Check them out!

My experience was great despite the repair could not be accomplished there but it was not anyone's fault. Jackson was honest enough to say my vehicle needed to go to a Lexus prepared facility for which he assisted me in locating one. The maintenance also completed at your location was superb and I feel very safe now driving. I will be a long time customer for sure. It is difficult to find a shop to trust and I felt nothing but trust there. Thank you and I will see you again for the upkeep.

The great team at Buckleys saved me money on my last service visit. I had my truck at the dealers shop when I was told that I needed a complete brake service at a cost of 1500.00. After Buckleys team looked at my truck, they determined a front brake repair was all that I needed to get me back on the road. They saved me over 700.00 dollars. I would not take my truck to any other repair service other than Buckleys. Thanks for the excellent work I get every time I come to your shop. Thanks again. Richard M.

My 1st visit but Greg and his guys took care of my 2000 S10 for an Oil Change and CEL diagnostic. I appreciate Greg's candid and straight forward approach with my estimate. I plan to use Buckley's again for my other vehicles.

Great first experience having my wife's car serviced here and they took the time to explain everything and give me a full examination of the vehicle. Answered any and all questions I had .i plan on using them for my future car care needs. I have no problem in recommending them to friends and family.

Made early appointment for Monday morning 8am we arrived 7:45 and they were ready for us. We waited for our preventative maintenance and they were done within an hour. Friendly courteous service. Very happy will repeat.

The staff at Buckley s Automotive provided excellent service. I m very particular about my vehicle and who works on it. Everyone working here was so kind and helpful. My car was dragging a heat shield or plate from seeing a different mechanic up north and we were down at the beach. They saw me 15 minutes before they closed and were so kind in fixing the undercarriage of my car so the plate no longer is dragging. Thank you so much!!!!

I made an appointment to receive an estimated quote for repairs needed. All went timely in a professional manner. However never was I told there would be a $76.00 "lift fee". The car was maybe 15 minutes on the lift. The $76.00 was a separate charge over and above the estimate. I should have been told this upfront. Competive shops in the area do provide estimates without this upcharge. I paid the charge but will not be back.
