Very very helpful service . I can not thank Cam enough for all his help. He explained all the parts I needed clearly, he made me feel welcomed and understood me at the same time as I explained my situation . He gave me his honest opinion & made suggestions , when I asked questions. I felt grateful and satisfied with my experience!

The crew here is always helpful! I needed wipers for my 4Runner. 24 drivers side 20 passenger. Drivers side went on easy. Passenger side had me thinking I was an idiot. Went back into the store and the clerk could tell I was not a happy camper. Turns out I took the wrong 20 wiper. Easy exchange and 5 minutes later I m set. Thanks!

On my second attempt at the store all I wanted was a bulb for my running light I gave my Vin number make and model. The gentleman was nice but he had no clue about what he was doing. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere.Very frustrating I won t be back.

Good as any auto zone. But they fail to notify you when your order arrives as they state they will. Also numerous people behind the counter and people online and they will just watch you with open registers

In general I like AutoZone, the Millsboro location has always done be right, good service. They offer a 10% military discount, just ask and have your ID.

My car battery died. They checked the battery for free. I purchased a battery and it was installed in 5 minutes. Many thanks.Since the new battery was installed, my car kept wanting to stall. Almost stranded. Returned next day, they installed the wrong size battery, and overcharged me. They only reason for 2 stars, is Jim who found the errors and corrected them. Jim has excellent customer service skills.

Went there for a battery for my lawn tractor. They had one but they wouldn't give me a warranty because they looked up the wrong phone number for my identification. Got frustrated trying to straighten it out, so I left. Bought a better battery with twice the warranty down the road for twenty dollars less. I guess the clerk did me a favor.

I came in looking for a part with my car broke down. I walked 5 miles around town to all the other parts store, and these guys were by far the most helpful. They were able troubleshoot with me and get the part in same day. Even better service than the dealer! A+

The guy that helped me was amazing. I didn't catch his name though he is a bilingual manager. Without his help my day would have been ruined. I came here from advanced after they didn't even try to help. I wont hesitate to drive the extra distance next time.

I would give 0 stars if I could and if it weren't for the young woman working there that didn't want me to have to wait for another employee, she was very kind. The man I dealt with was not, he made sexist remarks about the woman that made me very uncomfortable. He should not be working with customers until he's gone through some kind of sensitivity/harassment training. I will drive the extra miles to the next autozone if I were visit another again.

I must ve come in on a bad day since most of the reviews are positive but I did not have a great customer service experience at all. I had come in looking for an error code reading on my car. I already suspected what was wrong but came in for a reading just to be sure. The man who I spoke with just grabbed the code reader and started walking outside without saying anything to me. Once we got to my car he tried handing me the code reader and asked if I knew how to use it. (No I don t, that s why I am here) he is now blatantly annoyed that he has to do his job. Once it does the scan he just unplugs the reader and walks inside without saying anything to me. Once I lock my car and find him inside he prints out the report and just hands me the paper. Doesn t say anything. Doesn t say what the report is suggesting. Doesn t say he s finished. Just hands me the paper and pretends like I am no longer there. I had to ask him if there s anything they can do to help me fix my car. Only then did he give a suggestion to speak with someone else in the store. I would slightly understand if they were busy with other customers but I m pretty sure I was the only other customer in the store.

These guys get a five star review. Needed help with windshield wipers on a 20 year old car and also a new 4 year old car. Not only picked them out but installed them for me. Will return anytime I need something

I wish I had gotten the techs name but we showed up 5 minutes before close at 10 pm to get a headlight bulb and I figured I would put it in tomorrow... but the guy who helped us didn't even hesitate to offer to put it in even though it was late and dark and going to be after hours. To say I was impressed by his work ethic is an understatement! He did the job quickly, cheerfully, and thoroughly.

I went to millsboro auto zone today to get a new battery and wiper blades. Christopher hastings installed my battery and wipers with no problem. He did a great job. I always come here for my vehicle replacement equipment and always will. Thank you for the great job Christopher

Great Staff. Very honest. I wasn't sure what parts I actually needed and knew I needed others. Employee walked me through the process saving me a bunch of money that would have been wasted. I came home, installed everything. Works great! Thank you!

Great job! Super nice employees! Pulled in and needed a new battery, younger guy with blonde hair and glasses helped us immediately. There were some issues with our battery and the connections (I have no idea about any of it unfortunately), anyway he called in some back up and got us all fixed up! Thank you guys!!!

I had this situation where I call the store and one of the associates named Lane ordered the wrong piece because he neglected to read the instructions on the ordering process so upon arrival the wrong piece was at the store but thank God for Dominic he helped me out tremendously and was so humbled about doing so he went above and beyond to help a customer like me who knows nothing about vehicles he even went as far as making sure that the piece was installed on my truck correctly before I left for vacation the next day! You don't find this type of generosity anymore I bless the Lord for people like Dominic. Lane I will be praying that you learn to follow through with things from now on!!Be Blessed & Merry Christmas
