Wanted to get hub caps for my sons car. $30 at Walmart but they looked pretty cheap. Went to Advanced Auto Parts in Millsboro DE 1/21/2024. Hub Caps were up high, went to the register and was second on line. Blonde girl behind the register said she'd come and get them, she never did, so I climbed up and got them. As I get register (Im standing there) the phone rings and she answers it. Now its my turn, but she felt the need to make me wait. Then I ask her if they install windshield wipers and she said yes but she had to take a call and ring me up first but then said "Anyone can install them, you can install them". Now I know I can but if you offer the service to do it with a purchase why would you tell me to do it myself. She had quite the attitude. On top of all that the hub caps which were $50, where just as cheap as the $30 Walmart ones. We put them on carefully following the instructions and two of them cracked , one noticably. Auto Zone next time for me.

The manager and associates here were awesome! They listened to exactly what I needed and were able to get me the right parts quickly. I would recommend to anyone in the area to go to Advanced Auto Parts if they would like fast , accurate and friendly service. Keep up the good work gentleman.

Do not use this store . They seem like they are on drugs. The man Danny that works there with all the weird piercings rides a motorcycle in 30 degree weather and takes it out on everyone else because he still lives with his mother at his age . DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT go to autozone much better prices and staff is professional and friendly

I went in to purchase a set of wipers for my husband's work truck.(.just a little surprise for him since I noticed they were skipping rains spots just a little). .the employee was so helpful and cheerful ...but that was no surprise because that's the kind of attitude I receive every time I visit...Very good prices...wide selection of automotive needs.....

Bryan is the man! Give the man a raise. Clocked out so he could change the spark plugs on our Kia since we didn t have tools. Great man and great service highly recommend this place!

I dealt with store manager Bryan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the price and they had what I wanted in the store. I will recommend milsboro advance auto to all my friends

Staff was extremely helpful but they are always busy. They spent 10-15 minutes working with me to get the right parts for my Jeep. They seem a bit under staffed to handle customer volume certain days of the week.

Ordered rotors for my vehicle on the Advance Auto website. Website said "exact fit"!! I picked up in store then went home and found rotors do not fit. Went back to store and had to buy more expensive rotors. I measured one of the two rotors before leaving the store. I should have measured both. I got home and found the rotor I didn't measure... had been opened before and, sure enough... Didn't fit (wrong part in box). Went back to the store and had to get another one.What really sucks about this is that it takes me 45minutes each way to and from the store so what should have been a 2 hour job turned in to a 5 hour job. All because of Advance Auto's deficiencies. No apology from the store staff... No sorry for wasting your time... No respect at all. This location needs some management training in a bad way!

I think it all depends who s working that day. I get it, most people who work on cars are not people person(s). Came in and didn t get any help, just brushed off. Listen if you don t want to work, go home and let someone who is okay with helping customers (job description). Staff can be hit or miss and that s why I give 2 stars. I ll just go 5 minutes down the road to Autozone.

Generally I get all my parts from this store. I'm really sad to say that lately the quality of some parts is pretty poor, I bought 2 defective items in the last week. They were both really time consuming repairs and the jobs had to be done twice obviously and do I get some type of compensation? No, not unless I am a business and even in that case I am only reimbursed half of my shop rate and the book time of repair. Well that still doesn't help me either way because I got a faulty electric switch so my customer is upset with me cause he doesn't want to pay twice labor. And I totally agree with him. So my question is = What is Advanced Auto going to do for me? Probably nothing. Well I can say if this becomes a consistent problem then I will have to do business with another parts place. Also your NEW employees do not have much knowledge if any of the automotive industry which is really important to me. Other than that, I shop here for all my automotive needs.

I go to Advance Auto Parts for all my cars needs my truck needs brakes and they were very knowledgeable on helping me find just the right thing to put on my truck and make sure I have all I need like the brake fluid and the springs and other things that I needed for my truck. I just give them the year make and model and they go in the back and bring out parts. They have very good return policy to unfortunately the parts that I was looking for they didn't have. But those were just some shocks so no big deal. They do not have public restroom there you do need to go across the street to Wawa. I go there for all of my truck needs Lucas gas treatment Etc. Seat covers for your vehicle, or car covers wax they have a ton of stuff there just ask

I don t know what kind of employees you have representing this store that answer your phones but your customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend had called because our car battery died and the only thing the guy had to say to us was well if you bought the car from someone else it s done we can t do anything for you He offered no other advice suggestion or comment. The attitude wasn t necessary either.

Problem solved! easy to get to easy to find the right part and exceptional staff especially Tim! oh and the UPS drop off is quite handy.

Horrible. Only one person working at the counter. Absolutely no help from anyone. Cashier was rude, and very unpleasant. Gave me a hard time about my reward points. Not good.

A lot of items overpriced and can be found nearby up to 50 percent less for identical items.Be a smart shopper and use your smart phone. 5 miles or 10 minutes can save you up to 50 percent less!

EXCELLENT... Brandilyn was extremely helpful; cold, drizzling rain, at dusk... helped me change the battery. I'm new to the area and of course this will be my auto parts store and recommend to all.

I was able to find a replacement socket panel for my Tahoe at 830 on a Saturday night. Dorothy at Car Parts located it for me at Advance.
