Quick, efficient & great customer service. Certainly feel they do a thorough job & offer a variety of car care options. Sometimes I do get taken aback by the price of an oil change but the quality & not having to do it myself is worth it. Always look online for coupons or sign up to receive emails. It could really be helpful to your wallet.

Typically I take my Chevy Malibu to the dealership to do my service check-ups but I was in a jam and needed my oil changed sooner than my dealership appointment.The service here is extremely professional, kind, and convenient. I would give it 5 stars except that the prices were higher than expected ($138 for oil change and air filter). I pay significantly less at the dealership when I go there. And the "average dealership rate" they quoted on their screen for comparison was ridiculous from my experience.All-in-all if you need a quick oil change/service and you're willing to be up-charged for it, this is a good place to go!

Don't take It There, took My Car And Drained the Transmision fluid Instead OIL car Didn't Started Again AND filled Oil Over level Without Drained .... was A Mess ...... Manager Said Was Gonna Take Care Of It But never Will Get There again..... NO EXPERIENCE PEOPLE.....

Every time I take my car for an oil change at this location I always receive the best service. The staff is so friendly, they explain everything about the service to me and they are so efficient. I highly recommend this location and will continue to take my car here. I used to go to the dealership but the service I received there isn t half as good as what I receive every time I go to the Milford Valvoline.Service: Oil change

This was my second time there. The service was quick and staff was very nice and explained things that needed to be looked at based on your mileage. The area was well organized and clean. I will be going back when I need my next service.

The attendants were respectful and explained the computer tracking system that transferred all the service information from the dealership. That made it easy to see what service needed to be completed on my car. I would definitely recommend this location!

How do you get am oil change with a new oil filter and the filter has oil and dust on it I hasd an issue with a leak but if they put a new one in it would be clean or smeared if the guys hand was dirty I feel cheated I came while I was in Delaware ....im from Baltimore... this is at the direction of a unethical mgr

Alex, Cameron, Phillip and Gary worked together very efficiently to change my oil. This is my first oil change with my new car. I was nervous about driving over the drop area but they reassured and guided me in. There was lots of shouting, which I came to realize was them trusting and verifying the various steps they were taking to ensure everything was correct. Everything was verified by William. I come in for the fair and make it a point to stop here. I get my oil done new whipper blades. They check all the fluids. Check my tires air. This time I had them check my ac. And the prices was just fine. Didn't take long and. I was in and out. Will so go back

Just because they don't offer high mileage convention oil doesn't mean they should lie to their clients and tell them it doesn't exist. Also, telling their clients to be careful without further explanation doesn't seem like the right thing to do either. Ended up leaving without using the service.

Went there with the intentions of getting a oil change for my new car & came out spending $161. Very pleasant staff, Loved the visual overlook of everything the tech was discussing with me along the way. However although very pleasant, he was a bit pushy to get me to spend well over my original limit knowing my car was not in desire need of all of the services they were trying to provide that day. There are also no prices on the website so they can get you in there so they can push it on you in person. If the above complaints were addressed I d give it 5 stars.

Super informative and helpful. They were so quick it took me less time to change my oil then it did to check out at another store I had been to that day. They are the only people I trust with quick maintenance work with my car. The employees were very friendly as well.

I have never had a bad experience at this Valvoline location. They do such a good job with their services and always greet you with a smile. Making sure that your vehicle is taken care of is their top priority. You can surely trust them with your car. Keep up the great work!

I made the mistake of letting my wife go there for an oil change. Ridiculous mark ups and scum bag salesmanship. Not trustworthy at all. Just changed her wipers two months ago. So they did not need to be replaced however they said otherwise. They were just fine. $50 for a $10 cabin filter? Never again

Sat inside for 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Not the fault of the employee's as they were very busy, but why at 8am on a Tuesday morning there was only 2 employee's there is beyond me. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue here. First time they left a rag in the engine bay, second time my oil filter wasn't tight enough and I ended up with oil all over my driveway, and now they only have enough employee's to service 1 bay at a time. The employee's are always very nice, but I wouldn't call them professionals. This is the last time I take any of my fleet or personal vehicles to Valvoline.Service: Oil change

They were efficient and great for an oil change. They offered other great options but I must say it feels more about the sell than the actual "let me see what's wrong with your car" thing. Ultimately that's how we choose mechanics. I get it's a franchise, but chances are if I can't get out the car I'm coming for only what I wanted and nothing else

The very kind technicians at Valvoline re-filled the air in my tires at no charge when the low tire pressure sensor on the dashboard was showing one of the tires was low. I couldn't discern which tire was affected and so the filled all 4 tires!! And there was no waiting either. Fantastic and friendly service!!! I will definitely visit them again!!!

This shop is well run, and the employees are knowledgeable, and polite. I had one oil change, using a coupon from groupon.com, but haven't been back since. The initial charge was around $63, with the coupon. I called today for a price and was quoted $106, and a $10 discount. $100 is half of my old monthly car payment. I can usually get an oil change for around $50. As I previously stated. this is a good business. It just cost too much for me.

Very quick service! Went in for an oil change and was done in less than 20 minutes. You basically drive up and wait inside your car as they service it.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process as they were working on the car. A little more expensive than the other major oil change business in town but it was worth it for the speed and convenience.

I'll stick with their Dover and Seaford locations in the future. Their service was just as good but the location was confusing to enter and in a much too crowded location in the shopping center.

Team members were very nice, and super informative. They were able to make Honda suggested preventative maintenance and get me in and out in less than an hour for a job a traditional garage would have needed my car for the whole day. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very thorough. The mechanic explained the various service my Audi A8 L needed to function properly. Logan the service man and assistant were resourceful. They showed every part that needed service. Overall a 5 star performance.

I enjoy the convenience and the safety of getting my oil changed in a fast way. Absolutely want to send kudos out to jumani the gentleman who set up everything was very timely and efficient. Very intelligent man, good rapport with people and very professional. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully he will still be there.

I love the fast and convenient services at Valvoline. I love the fact that you can stay in your car and watch the techs. The tech communicates with you through every step. The only downfall is the price of the oil change...a little expensive if you ask me. The only way i would go back is if i had a coupon.

Overpriced even with a coupon. They don't fellow the manufacturer recommendation for miles between oil changes. They put every 3000 on the sticker to try to get people to come more often. Staff was friendly but you pay for the "convenience". it's sad when a dealership will do it for half the cost. They don't post Prices untill they already have you in the bay with your hood up.
