It says the store hours are 24 hours but when I go after 12 the door is always locked . The lights be on but nobody is in sight. I come in sometimes and have to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to come out of the bathroom

I stop here in the mornings for gas, lottery and often to use the restroom. The young lady Amanda who is always there is friendly helpful and you can tell she takes great pride in providing great customer service and keeping the store neat. Amanda is the main reason I continue to patronize this Shell station.

After a 5 hour drive on a Saturday late night, we stopped for gas. I went into the store and the place looked and smelled very clean. The young lady behind the counter was very nice. It s appreciated walking into a gas station convenience mart and having a sanitary bathroom with friendly service. Thank you!

This gas station is by far my favorite gas station to get gas and all my other needs in Milford. The gas is great and the service is excellent! My by far favorite employee is Melissa, she s always working her hardest and keeping the place very clean! It s hard to find great service like she always provides when I come in. I would highly recommend stopping here and getting your needs!

Extremely clean bathrooms, always spoken to when enter. Two of the girls are always there and have been there along time, they are pleasant and seem to really care! The blonde lady is always doing something around there everytime I stop! Love that she knows exactly what I smoke, And has them on the counter ready for me!! Service a ++++

Milford DE Shell is CLEAN, CONVENIENT, and their customer service is fabulous! Thank you Melissa for keeping up with the bathrooms. Having a toddler it is always a project stopping on a road trip for potty breaks. When we stopped, the bathrooms were SPOTLESS. What gas station do you know that keeps up with their bathroom cleanliness? Thanks for a easy, quick experience Melissa.

This place is my regular gas station now every since I came in the first time it s clean everytime , always have what I come there for, the service is great always getting greeting as soon as you walk in ,Shellie always remembers what I get and what lottery I play and gets me in and out quick and the bathroom plus store is always clean overall a great gas staton plus the card 5 cents off

Be aware. Went to the pump and they took out $140 for $37 worth of gas. I m guessing the pumps have been tampered with

Amanda, is a great employee. one of the best people I ve ever meet, her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of is very heart warming. I will be back to this location religiously!

Well I go to the store almost every day and there s this lovely woman in their name Melissa so respectful business savvy and professional upbeat with all-around positive energy I think shells has more than just a cashier on their hands....if given the opportunity to be her boss for a day I wiuld give her a raise she more than dessert it!!

Stopped here to put air in my tires. Unfortunately I didn't have any quarters (it's one of the places you still need money). Walked in and asked to gentleman to make change.He said, "No, I can't do that."Me: "I would just like to use the air pump outside"Him: "If you need change for something you go to a bank or somewhere else."Thanks

Melissa saved me 100% from a U-Haul nightmare broke down with a blown tire on rt 1 for 9+ hours!! Older and disabled with my service dog she deserves 10+++ stars!! 100% asset to shell and U-Haul!!!

I give star when Melissa is working but when Gail or Amanda or working I would get 10 stars those two girls do not complain I know there s only three of them that work there the other girl Melissa on the other hand complains about her hours when she s not getting enough then to she s getting a lot of hours she s always complaining wanting to borrow money saying she s wearing dirty clothes and complains about the other two girls I don t get it for someone who wants hours and get some then turns around and complains she s got too many I don t like going in the store when Melissa is there I really don t because she s always complaining about something about her workSo when the girl Melissa works there I don t stop the other two I will stop very pleasant very professional and the girl Melissa will usually works nights and mostly weekends except SundaySo I refuse to stop in there it s a shame I spend approximately $60 every day in that store and I will not stop there when she s there that s bad business in my opinion and I was a owner of a business she s not very professional she s always on her phone ignores customers were in there to get stuff and walk out and have a good experience with Melissa you won t be where she complains and wants to borrow money or complain to you ain t got time for that I got problems of my own I don t need her problems problems

Nastiest bathrooms I have ever used. Flies everywhere. The smell was unbearable, the toilets were covered in urine and there was pee all over the floor.

The machines ask you if you'd like to purchase a car wash. Be warned there is no car wash on the property; you have to go to a car wash down the street.

Went in for a loaf of bread.....every loaf had mold on it..... everywhere..... I took 3 loaves to the counter and told them about it... very disgusting... the shelf was still full of molded bread...I will never go back....

Love it, not crowded like the others and if u have there card u get more off the gas. Load the app and u get more deals....

If you have a fuel rewards card get 5 cents extra off and on Thursday's 5 cents so a total of 10 cents off.
