I have a lot of experience working on cars, but I don't always have the time or patience to do the job myself. So in those cases I bring my cars to One Stop, and have been doing so for about 3 years now. Their prices are extremely fair, they do great work, they never try to unnecessarily up-sell me on stuff, and they are good about staying in contact with me with updates.If you just need a solid, honest local mechanic, you can't do much better than this place--they're really fabulous.

Needed a new starter put on my car. Called One Stop and they worked with me to get my car in as soon as they could. Had my car towed there and it was fixed by noon the next day. Very reasonable price for the job done and very good turn around time. Will definitely be going to this shop in the future for any work I need done to my vehicles.

After a very stressful week all I have to say is THANK GOD for One Stop Auto Shop!! They exceed 5 stars!! I can not thank Bobby and the staff enough for coming to the rescue when I didnt even have an appointment they took my car right in to inspect found the issue and had it fixed by the next day! Ive always heard great things about this company and got to experience their amazing customer service myself! 150% recommend this shop! You have my future business thats for sure!!

I'm very thankful for One Stop Auto Shop. They had an opening and called me first thing Friday morning to inform me of it. I had a situation that came up and realized that I missed my appointment on Thursday morning . Called them after the fact of my mishap. The young lady that answered the phone was very understanding but couldn't accommodate me then. I rescheduled for Wednesday. Then I called back around 4:30pm on Thursday and a very nice gentleman picked up. I informed him if they had any openings on Friday please call. He took my name and number and said if they have a opening they would call me. That's why I'm thankful for the Shop. God bless you all.

I was traveling through the area from my. My wheel bearing went out in my truck. I called aaa and one stop towing showed up. AAA gave a 2.5 hour eta and the tow truck driver showed up within a hour and a half. The driver was super friendly and knows how to do his job. I know the up s and down of this job. I was a tow truck driver for 18 years and the driver was amazing. If I could give a higher rating than a 5 star I would. I recommend this tow company 110%

My husband hit a stump that was in the middle of the road and just so happened to be about 20 feet from this auto shop. He saw some metal hanging and wanted to make sure it was ok to drive home another hour or so. They immediately put the car on a lift and fixed something while also ensuring him it was safe to drive home. They did it all out of the kindness of their hearts for no charge which they didn t have to do but was so nice. They deserve all the business in the world!

After losing the left front wheel on my Dodge RAM. I called One Stop Auto Shop. With in minutes they had a tow truck there to get my truck. The next day I received a call with what needed to be done, what the cost was and how long it would take to fix. Everything I was told was right on. The truck now drives better than it ever done, since I bought it a year ago. They are the best shop I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to everyone.Service: Auto maintenance

I had a tire blow & they came rather quickly & changed tire & pumped up spare, back at shop. Discovered a leak of power steering fluid, they looked at it, found the problem & ordered parts. Five days later i dropped off vehicle & 2 hours later they delivered my car back to me, as that is my only means of transport. They did a great job, in a timely manner, & was able to keep the cost reasonable. I am grateful for their help, knowledge, & efficiently. Great job!!

Quick, cheap, and painless process to have cars worked on with some very knowledgeable associates. Worked on my girlfriends car and talked to one of the mechanics while we were there. She talked to them over the phone and told them exactly what she wanted and they delivered on that and more. Checked everything including the battery and replaced the battery at only the labor costs, which is unheard of from most places I have had my car worked on.This place came as a recommendation and did not let me or my girlfriend down. Great place to have any car, old or new, serviced and worked on.

Just wow! Took our car in to diagnose a very finicky problem with the heater working intermittently. They kept it for two days, driving it, diagnosing and trying to make it stop working so they could figure it out. We needed the car so decided to pick it up and bring it back when the heat stopped working again. After working on this car for two days, they told me there was no charge since they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Even though they spent how many hours working on it! Just a nice group of honest and kind people, a family of mechanics who do the right thing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a major breakdown Saturday. I live in Smyrna. Broke down on Smyrna Lepsic road. I have a membership in AAA . Called them. Long time on the phone. Not gonna get into a lot of details about the call. Wasn't happy . i lucked out though. Maybe 10 minutes later if that a tow truck showed up . The drivers name is Willie. Awesome is sometimes an over used word but Willie is beyond awesome. 5 stars isn't enough for this man! Professional, and one of the nicest most compassionate people you could ever meet. He understood my situation , calmed me down and took care of me. I hope no one is ever in the situation I was in but if you're lucky enough maybe this incredible man will be the one that helps you. Thank you Willie. You're the best of the best.

Bobby and his team are awesome. They communicate with the customer and do a great job. I had exhaust modifications done on my Mustang and one of the parts failed. Bobby replaced the failed part quickly without a hassle. This company is the bomb. I have used this company two times now and both times the drivers were very careful with my truck and they came right away.They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company if you need to tow your vehicle.

Alternator went out on me while headed to vacation. Called One Stop and they gladly said they'd take care of it no problem, towed her there and they had her ready to go before I had to head home. Friendly, affordable and fast!

I stopped at muffler mart to get a estimate on getting my muffler and exhaust tips installed. The lady was trying to charge we way to much for this job. On my way home I stopped by One Stop. Bobby was a cool guy and down to earth. I had one request and he was like no problem. Will most definitely be back for more upgrades on my truck. Thanx One Stop. For good Honest work....

They were kind,efficient, and there customers services was on point. They fix my problem on my care without no charge. There the auto repair shop to go too in the Milford , DE area if you have a problem with your car.

Called today to have a custom exhaust done. They said they could not accommodate me until Thursday, but to bring it in and they would try to get it done ASAP. Got a call three hours later that it was done. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

More problems with this same guy from 9 months ago again today. Backs out in front of me in my development after I got my daughter off bus then throws his hands up and runs his mouth. Obviously company doesn't take action against its horrible employees. When I called lady didn't seem to care. I wouldn't hire them cause he's the main one they always send. Horrible company.Driver has no respect. Pulled out in front of me then flips me off. I get out of vehicle driver smells like weed and starts cussing at me. Called office about it but lady didn't care. Will never spend money at a business that is run like this.

I had one place tell me that I needed over $1500 one time, took it to one stop and it cost me $150.00 not $1500.00 Second time another place told me I needed over $3000.00 in work done to my car. I took it to one stop, and all I needed was an alignment $89.00. I had given One Stop the paperwork on what I was told was needed, they had every opportunity to be dishonest, but they weren't. I trust them, they are the hard to come by Mechanics we all search for. I can't say enough good things about One Stop and their employee's.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Finally found our go-to auto repair shop/person! We've used Bobby & his shop off & on for a little over a year now and we've decided he's the only one we'll use from now on. Our most recent dealings with the dealership have opened our eyes as to how much we were being lied to & ripped off. Dealership said I needed front & rear brakes/pads, just resurfacing, and exchange of the brake fluid...to the tune of over $700! Called Bobby, got my car in quickly, he found that my rear brakes/pads were fine & did not need replaced at all, but my front needed a new rotor, not just resurfacing. And it was all done quickly and reasonably priced! You can't ask for a better shop in my opinion!

My son was on a trip from Ohio to Delaware when his car broke down on the weekend. AAA towed to One Stop Auto. We called first thing Monday when they opened explaining the situation. Joe and Diane were exceptional. The car was fixed, they picked up my son from a nearby hotel and had him on his way before noon!! Absolutely outstanding service. Being from out of town and helping us with this situation in a timely manner with exceptional service at a fair price was exceptional. First class service in a first class way. Milford is lucky to have this business in their community.

I called AAA and had Greg come out to tow me out of some water logged grass. He was to me in less than an hour and had me out of the grass in less than 20 minutes. Super nice and easy to work with. I ll definitely be calling them if I need anything.

I've been dealing with Bobby for over 5 years as he services our work trucks and just recently needed a tow and some work on my personal vehicle. I have consistently had honest, well priced and prompt service at One Stop.

Brought my truck in on a Tuesday a.m. and had brakes and an air filter installed. When I called Tuesday p.m. to find out if vehicle had been serviced, was told that my tailgate had been scratched and they were going to repair it & they would let me know that day or the next, which they did not. So when I called, they said they needed a couple of more days. The end result was a week and a day later to find out that somebody backed into it from another vehicle so I guess you could say my car was in an accident. Would NOT recommend this shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance
