Good workers create a good business and that attracts good customers.Justin & Anthony never disappoints. Any questions or concerns I have they always help me out , they treat me like I m their daughter . And shout out to the ones in the back who work on the cars too. They make it feel like a good family environment to be around.

I love our local Meineke. I use their Lewes and Milford locations. The staff are topnotch. They're open, honest, and actually look out for their customers. This visit is my second to the Milford location. I believe the gentleman taking care of me is named Anthony and he's awesome. There is a younger man at the front desk who is completely incompetent, so do your best to avoid him.(Note: on my first visit I dealt with the younger guy and he made me believe my car had serious issues, going so far as to say he couldn't let me drive it if it was a "safety issue". Turns out they just got behind and didn't have the car ready at the agreed upon time. Instead of just saying that he had me stressed out all day thinking I was going to need to buy a new car. SPOILER: there was nothing wrong with my car, at all.)

Incredible service! The people I spoke to made sure to get me taken care of. I asked for them to mount tires and they squeezed me in right away and took care of me as a service member. I'll definitely be coming back to this meineke for all my auto needs and I'm fully convinced to go here now over other places.

These guys were awesome! I took my car in because I thought I needed brakes. They could have put new brakes on and charged me hundreds of dollars and I wouldn't have known any better. They called and told me the brakes were fine and even showed me pictures of my current brakes. Such nice, refreshing customer service. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. I'll definitely be returning for services! Thanks Milford Meineke crew!!

Anthony was very helpful. Answered all of my questions and even looked further into some issues I was dealing with. Been to a lot of shops around Delaware and this is the most honest one I've been to. Staff does a great job of making you feel welcome and are happy to get your car back on the road.

All around excellent experience. Their competitor wanted to charge me almost $500 for something that didn't even need to be fixed. But Anthony came to the rescue with exceptional service and kept me updated with what was going on with my car. Definitely going to be the only place I come to for mechanical work. Thanks guys!!

The service I received at Meineke in Milford was second to none. My service was managed by a guy named Justin. He was outstanding - earned my trust 100%. I m not going anywhere else.

I love this new location! Justin Brown took care of me on 3/25. Easy to talk to, didn't try to make me feel that I didn't know what I was talking about and was very considerate. Looking forward to continuing working with Justin and his team in the future. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Anthony and the Milford Meineke team were absolutely amazing! I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They were also very communicative from beginning until end. We will definitely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Such caring and trustworthy people. Since they ve opened, I ve visited for many different reasons. Oil change, tires, sensor repair etc. always less priced as compared to the designated dealer and work is done quickly and efficiently. The entire team goes above and beyond.

Very professional. Very helpful. They arranged for Towing to the nearest Honda dealer. It was Friday afternoon and they worked until 6:30 p.m. to accommodate me. Very reasonable price. If I lived in Milford they would be my regular service people!

I had a great experience with Milford Meineke!! Casey,Brandon, Anthony and Justin were amazing! I needed emergency help with my vehicle! They not only saved my day but also gave me a loner car and had my car fixed the next day! They are a great bunch of guys and will recommend their services always!

I ve got a vehicle bought from a one owner they didn t do the maintenance on the vehicle . It runs and drives amazing, just needed a little TLC parts was all original on the vehicle. They took their time with the vehicle and took pictures of the car and took pictures of what work or damage needed repaired . Keep your honesty and integrity keep it 100! Thank you ! Long as you keep that up I ll be a returning customer! Only reason not a FIVE star , I m not perfect and things can happen . No one perfect in this world !

Anthony, Casey, Jimmy and Justin are the absolute best! No matter what kind of vehicle you have, this crew will take care of you. Everyone is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and super communicative. I cannot say enough positive things about this Meineke. If you re looking for help with your car, THIS is the only place to go!

Unfortunately didn t get the gentleman s name. I stopped in for some advice on parts and the gentlemen was able to help me out terrifically. I had my car torn apart at home and had walked to the store for advice so the gentlemen took me to the parts store and gave me a ride home. Didn t try to screw over a customer, just helped a guy out. Judging by the one employee, you can trust these guys to work on your vehicles without overcharging. Just a good soul helping someone out.

Casey and Josh were great! Had a quick but immediate need and they got me in and taken care of without too long of a wait. The Meineke in Lewes was our go-to for years but we moved from Lewes to Milford and while we still went to Lewes when possible having the one now in Milford is fantastic.

Easy going workers that got the job done well. In and out without any troubles both when I dropped off the wheels/tires and when I picked them back up. I'm new to the area and I'll be using these guys for all my tire needs.

Had an appointment for an oil change . Justin the service advisor was very pleasant . They had me in & out in what seemed like 30 minutes . While being really busy . Will definitely be back . Thank you to the team for a quick & pleasant experience .

Great customer service really take care of you and your money. Other car places will steal every penny they can from you these guys are very much so here for the customer. I absolutely would recommend anybody to come here.

1st time i came here was on a accident because my tire popped right next to the shop so i pulled in to put my spare on and keep it pushing and buy a tire another day . 2 young men came outside (Daniel and his side kick) asking to help and I told them no because I didn t wanna pay anything and I kept being rude telling them I can do my tire by myself but they insisted that they would do it without anything in return so i let them and I ve been back here 3 times ever since that day for car services. Everyone I ve met here is so nice. They ll get you right.

I visited this business for service that I thought was needed on my vehicle. After my vehicle was inspected, I was told that I actually did not need that service at this time, and I wasn't charged for the inspection. I was so grateful for the level of service and honesty that I was given. The staff was wonderful, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I told all of my friends about it, and I will be making this my regular go to auto shop.

I have been having my car serviced and maintained at Meineke for a few years now. I was pleased that Anthony Lewis is at the new Milford location. He's always up front about what needs to be done and takes care of me all the time. All work is always done in a timely manner.

The experience was great. I had message Justin ahead of time and he gave me a estimate on what it could possibly cost and they executed it all within one day super happy with the service will highly recommend all my friend and family here, Justin and his team are amazing

Milford De. Meineke shop very efficient! Noticed a grinding noise while braking, called Meineke and had an appointment within the hour! Had a rear brake fixed and on my way within a few hours. Price very reasonable.

I went there for the 1st time for an oil change and tire rotation. They were friendly. They did a great job at the best price in the area. They weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need - no hard sell.I used to go to the Meineke in Lewes, but I stopped because they were aggressively trying to sell me things I wasn't looking to buy.

Thorough, prompt, and very helpful in answering all my questions. Anthony Lewis was the person who helped me. Had to have four tires replaced and I was in and out of there within 48 hours. Highly recommend this place, seems like they genuinely care about their customers.

Took my car to be fixed at Meineke in Milford. Wow - so glad I did!Great service, above and beyond, and it even cost less than they estimated, plus they stored my car for free while I was out of town.
