Don t have many before photos but there was rim damage and scratches down the passenger side along with the front bumper damage from running over a tire.Overall the collision center was great and having the enterprise rental location there really helped make the process smooth.Communication was great with the exception of the receptionist. Upon drop off, I asked her if she knew how long the process would take and she handed me a pamphlet and said the process was outlined in the pamphlet. I told her I understood the process but looking for an estimate on how long the process takes and she sighed and said 2 weeks and acted like me asking for information was a bother to her. She was very unprofessional, but everyone else there was amazing.Quality of work was outstanding and the process was really enjoyable with the exception of the above incident.Would recommend this place to anyone needing at least minor repairs done to their vehicle. The car now looks brand new!

A huge thank you to Ed, Sara, Jen and all the crew. Even though it was cosmetic damage: mirror, window, door and trim they made my truck look new again. Hope you enjoyed the Banana/Chocolate Chip bread.

FRED HENRY PROVIDES TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This review was a good review. Unfortunately, I am updating this review due to really poor customer service provided by this location. Fred Henry was totally dismissive!I returned to this location because initially they did a great job on body work I had done on my jeep (Ron took great care of me, provided updates and finished the job in a timely fashion) naturally I came back as most clients do when provided with good customer service. I brought my daughter s vehicle in for body work and to replace a tail light and reflectors. I was working with Ed and he gave me a turn around time of about a week for the repairs to be completed. I didn t receive any updates so I called a few times and finally got the call the work was complete at day 8 . Great! So I come, pay in full (after getting a call from them to make sure I bring payment) pick up my vehicle only to find no one touched my lights. I go back to tell them and they apologize and say the parts were there and the tech may have just overlooked it and that they would have it ready for me that day.

Their staff handled my claim, they dealt with the insurances adjuster, making the process a smooth experience. My car was repaired in less than 2 weeks and they seem to have done a very nice job.

That did excellent work on my truck. They updated me on the progress of it along with any changes. The staff were very friendly, informative, and professional. I will take it back there again if I ever need to.

I was in a rear ender and had some minor damage. My insurance adjuster suggested this place for my damage assessment and repairs. I had my assessment which went smoothly and was very brief. I called later that day to schedule repairs and was asked to bring my car in the following Monday. After bringing my car in for drop off, they said they no longer had the paperwork I had filled out the week prior which I found odd and frankly made me a little nervous but I filled it out a second time and left my car with them. Repairs took a little over a week. I quickly peaked over the repairs and everything seemed in order before I left to go home. After closer inspection of the repairs I noticed one of my rear lights was still cracked even though it was included in the damage assessment. I called and they said to bring it back in so I drove the 40 minutes once again to have the light repaired. I was hoping for an apology or at-least an acknowledgment of their mistake but I didn t get that unfortunately.However, they were quick and it s also very convenient that they have an enterprise connected to the building for rentals.I would not go here again and suggest you go elsewhere too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Returned my bmw with disgusting oily dirty hand and fingerprints literally all over everything. It took me 3+ hours to clean. Punctured a hole in my interior. 2018 530i. I thought I was doing myself a favor by choosing I.G. Burton to repair my bmw but their tech absolutely disrespected my vehicle.

This is the place to go if you want unethical people robbing you blind in a vulnerable time, incompetent people taking months to finish something simple, thievish people magically "losing" or "misplacing" your belonging, and phony managers falsely promising to make things right. Even 1/5 stars is too high for these crooks!

Not even deserving to have a star we brought our car thinking they will help us referred by insurance this place is a big money maker, poor customer service and poor communication with customer. I will never recommend it to anyone especially my friends and family will tell my co workers not to bring their car here, they put us so much in misery after 1 wk of not touching car will tell us our car is total loss because they can't fix it plus the fact they let us pay almost $400 to transfer our car to another shop without explaining things to customer. This business very shameless. I won't let anyone go to their business after what we experience. PLS Save yourself from all the headache and money don't go to this place!!!!

After an accident that caused significant damage to the front and passenger side of my 2018 Chevy Impala I took it to the IG Burton collision center in Seaford. They did an outstanding job coordinating the needed repairs with the insurance company and located all the necessary OEM parts needed for the job.The bodywork, paint and mechanical work were all excellent. I was very concerned about the amount of damage but the crew at IG Burton delivered it back to me in as new condition.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Excellent team here! They repaired my bumper in less than a week, and it looks brand new! They also installed a new battery for me. Theresa at the front desk communicated with me throughout the week, updating me on the status of my car. Ron was so easy to work with and took the time to explain my quote and answer my questions about the repair. I would absolutely bring my car back here.

I would stay clear of this place. I went with them due to a recommendation and the fact that they were listed as a certified repair and paint shop for both Mercedes Benz and BMW.From having to call for updates after weeks of silence, calling again to remind them about the initial messages, adjusters notating requests that fell through the cracks, using mismatched taillights, painting the repaired portion of the vehicle the entirely wrong color (color code is literally printed under the hood), and now the icing on the cake... The repair work on the rear quarter panel is already bubbling.Mix in a myriad of other issues that would drive most people away right off the bat, I would recommend to look for another shop.

While the quote I received was relatively the same as other locations, I had to schedule a quote a month and a half out. When they finally got the quote to me, it was another couple of months before they would be able to start. That is understandable. However, when I asked about getting the quote sooner for insurance purposes, they were quick to tell me EVERYONE was scheduling out, and good luck. I called another business, and they said to come by anytime. Both the other business as well as Burton Collision only needed to look at my truck for 5 minutes to get the information for the quote.After getting the quote from Burton, every question I had took 24 hours to get back to me. Needless to say, I am going to get my repairs at another location. Burton seems to have gotten too big to handle the demand they have created.

The initial experience was good but when additional work was needed I was left hanging. After I brought the vehicle back in I was told the vehicle would need to go to the dealership for repairs and they would contact me after they arranged it. No calls from them even though I called twice. Very disappointed.

Worse experience ever. 2x I used this company for body work. First time 2 months later they tell me my key fob won't work. $600 later I replaced the key fob, it was working just fine 2 months ago. Here recently they had my car a month and a half for again to replace bumper. I go up there after getting the run around. Now my hybrid battery has died. Again they only had my car to replace my bumper. Poor customer service and instead of being honest and telling me someone messed up they lied had me without my car for almost a 2 months. This review is actually for a repeat visit. Based on work they did for me a few years ago, coupled with the convenience of having Enterprise Rental literally there under the same roof, I didn't take long to decide on them when I had yet *another* deer collision.To make a long story short, the repair took much longer than originally anticipated, and there was damage *beneath* the visible damage that took a lot of extra parts and labor. IG Burton Collision Center went above and beyond to get me back on the road, and they did it with stellar communication and customer service.Repair after a deer collision can be very frustrating and stressful - IG Burton went the extra mile to help make it less stressful for me, and I genuinely appreciate that.I would definitely choose them again (sure hope I don't need to!), and I can't recommend them more highly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my vehicle there after an accident. Never told when you expect the vehicle back. Once I did get it back there was paint over spray and runs, and the bumper is crooked. I hit a deer that destroyed the front end of my BMW. They got my car looking back like new. Ron made sure to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend! Took a new car there that had received damage to hood and bonnet (big rocks) Blown away by quality of work and I'm a "car guy" with extensive experience grading paint quality. They literally put on paint better than the factory did and the car was spotless when I got it back. Kudos for such good work in challenging times. Outstanding, competent, courteous staff!Due to a recent storm, my motor home suffered damage to the Mercedes sprinter body, and Airstream mirror, side camera, and awning a challenging situation for any body shop! Ed, the body shop manager, contacted Airstream, researched and estimated necessary parts, and, later, returned my vehicle in perfect condition, including a car wash! Communication from Ed and the front office were exemplary. Someone from IG Burton was in regular contact with me, throughout the process. The repair on my vehicle was satisfactory. The estimator and front office staff hardly speak to you or explain the repairs to be done or follow up on release. The site is remote of the new car dealership and in a very old building that was once the dealership. You will not get the fawn all over you experience that you get on the highway. Would I go back? Sure, but I'll be more aggressive and not expect much.

They told me that they where going to replace the side on my truck. Well since they didn't have the skin in on time ig Burton's decided by themselves without contacting me to fix my truck the way they wanted to fix it. I told them I didn't want body filler in my truck,what does it have in it now body filler so now the depression in the truck is worse. Never will I ever go there or recommend anyone to them.

Lady answered the phone. After about 15 seconds she said " Hello ". I had to ask if it was the body shop, I thought I had called someone's house by mistake. Then she obviously had no clue what she was doing

I got to know i.g. Burton body shop by way of my brother smashing up my SUV in Delaware. Nice clean shop honest hard working courteous employees. My insurance company didn't want to total my vehicle but i.g. Burton wouldn't go for it because their reputation was on the line it was only a matter of a couple thousand dollars but i.g.Burton stuck to their guns and eventually the vehicle was totaled. Wait till you see the pictures and I know you'll agree.
