I had the best, if not THE BEST experience in buying BMW from I.G. Burton BMW of Milford. My wife and I are very fortunate and thankful to be able to have multiple BMW over the years, and we bought from various dealerships, but I.G. Burton separates the rest above and beyond. Their Sales & Finance Team, especially Nate, Jay, and Joe made our purchase seamlessly. Nate was very polite and had a lot of patience answering a lot of my questions. Jay, the Sales Manager, spent the time in entertaining my toddler as we went through finance process, and Joe went through with me all financing process and there was no hidden rate and no sales pitch; whether or not you're buying the protection package or whatnot. There were no hidden fees, cleaning fees, etc. on the vehicle itself. Nate drove 6 hours total in delivering our car and Jay bought few Hot Wheels for my toddler who loves Hot Wheels. Never we had such experience, a small detail that goes long way. Nate and Jay - we'll remember this forever, and we will be back. Thank you.

My overall experience with BMW service was excellent. I was working with Andrew Cline, Service Advisor. He was very professional and knowledgeable in getting things done efficiently. The level of customer service was superior. I also was working with Vince from the Alloy Wheel company and the overall experience was great as well.

I had my first visit on 3/5/24 at the BMW service center. I am soooo happy that I took the drive and the chance with this company. The ladies who greet you and take your information was friendly and knowledgeable. My service representative Andrew was professional and friendly he made me feel like a valued customer. Car was service in Jan 24' Went in to get an oil change after I left I noticed that I didn't have new service sticker for mileage to come back. I called in the service guy Andrew assured me my car was serviced. April 3 oil light is on, no leaks check system oil is almost at minimum and service alert says I need an oil change because it have not been service and is overdue for oil change service. I knew that they took my money and didn't do the job. I have own my bmw for 5 years and have never had this type of service in Wilmington. Just moved to this area. I will be reaching out to Corporate. This place feels sneaky like they are trying to damage your car so you will purchase a brand new one with them. It's not going to happen.

My car was serviced for the 10,000 mile check up. Customer Service was good and attentive. The only negative I can say is I was asked if I wanted the car washed and I said sure, and I noticed they did not do the top of the car. I had all kinds of dust spots still on the sunroof.

The only reason I m giving one star is because I have to in order to leave a review. I lease a MINI and since there are no dealerships close to me, I called the service department at IG Burton BMW to see if they could do a normal 10K mile service on my car, and since BMW owns MINI if it would be covered under the warranty. The woman I spoke with said yes, she actually put me on hold to ask someone in the department as I asked her to double check, and pulled up my VIN and could see that the car is under warranty. I made an appointment, drove over a half hour there first thing this morning, only to be told that they can t perform service on MINIs under warranty, they can change the oil but I would need to pay for it (which is pricey on these cars). Since I was given bad information by their employee, they could have even offered to do it anyway free of charge, or even to meet me halfway but nothing. Really poor customer service. My car payment every month goes to BMW. Perhaps train the employees to give correct information and I would have gone to the MINI dealership in Annapolis in the first place.

I gave four stars because the one hour process took over two hour without an update. Nothing is so important to a customer than having being informed or updated on a situation. All in all the service was good! 4.5 stars is more appropriate!

This was my first time using IG Burton. I moved here from CT. I requested my car to be picked up and the driver got lost and showed up two hours late. I did feel bad for him. I asked for my tires to be rotated and was charged $120 which I didn t understand. Twenty dollars of it was for equipment? When I had my car serviced in CT last year, I was charged $50 for tire rotation. I don t understand the price difference. I guess each dealership is different. This is my fifth BMW and my lease is up next year so we shall see how it goes. My technician was nice when we talked on the phone. The only thing is that I don t pay my bill online with a credit card. I prefer to pay by check. Thank you.

First time buying a BMW wouldn t recommend any other dealership everything about my experience was fantastic.I came to the dealership knowing the car I wanted.They had the car detailed and cleaned on my arrival time.I had the pleasure of working with Bob who was my associate during the process very people friendly person and also very helpful throughout the whole process. Made my purchase very easy.If you are in the market for new or used vehicle this is the place to stop.

Had the pleasure of working with Lane Methany to secure a dream car of mine. He was and continues to be a huge help even weeks after the purchase. Personally delivered my car. Checked in to see how I was enjoying it. Worked with a body shop to have a blemished repaired at no cost, handled the state inspection, had a rental car for me during the process. 10/10 recommend

HORRBILE! We were in the area for the day visiting before heading back home and started to have issues. We immediately got the vehicle towed and made local hotel arrangements until they opened the next morning. Customer service is atrocious! Don t bother to bring your BMW to get service!!! Service Advisor CRAIG LEVINE is incompetent newbie that relocated from Westchester County, NY and is racially prejudice making unprofessional statements to my wife well I didn t know if you could afford it when asked what are the recommendations from the technician. Craig sadly does not know what he s saying in regards to recommendations, BMW parts cost/labor and explaining what your vehicle overall needs are. He expressed to my spouse and I that we needed to bring our BMW back to get on another computer diagnostic device that would cost us $600 to tell us what the problem was with our vehicle. If you pay for diagnostic that should tell you what is wrong with the vehicle. I have never heard as a long time BMW owner it needs to be hooked up to different diagnostic device. They don t offer videos from technicians like upscale BMW dealership does and no loaners. If you want poor service then come here they make a bad name for BMW and I had made a complaint to BMW North America for this egregiously awful experience.

Today I had the best experience that I ve had buying BMW s yet. I.G.Burton BMW was the only dealership that had the X5 M50i in the spec I wanted. I drove three hours from NY and had a wonderful experience. Asena, made the sales process extremely easy. She was accommodating and honest. Everything was ready for me upon my arrival. I even had a great time with finance. I have purchased new BMWs from dealerships very close to my home and never had such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would advise anyone looking for a new BMW to go to IG Burton BMW, no matter where your home is.

My first visit here was for service on my 10-year old 328i. Getting an appointment was very easy, and I was really surprised and pleased I was able to get a loaner - that's a very good sign. At every step, Andrew was awesome. He kept me informed, was very clear about the estimate and hit it right on. There were no surprises, no "recommendations" for expensive things. Just straight forward, factual, reliable and high integrity.I've owned BMWs for 24 years, and this is my litmus test. If your first interaction with a dealership is service and you're treated like this - they're trustworthy. When I'm ready next year, this will be the first place I shop. They've earned my trust.
