I had them do warranty service on my truck related to the timing cover leak. After I got the truck back the MIL was illuminated with code P420. I looked at the sensor voltages and deduced that it had to be an exhaust leak before the bank 1 02 sensor, as I have a hard time believing that either an O2 sensor or catalytic convertor would fail at 35,000 miles. I scheduled another appointment to have then follow up where I told them that I thought it had an exhaust leak. I waited while they ran diagnostics and when they returned they said I'd have to bring it back and leave it there for a day. That I probably had a failed cat or ecu but they needed time to run tests. I went home and crawled under the truck and within 30 seconds found that they didn't properly reattach the exhaust pipe to the catalytic convertor on the bank 1 side. They had crossthreaded the manifold stud and ran it too far in, then crossthreaded the nut on to the stud as well. Which had left about an eighth inch gap on the right side of that coupling. I had to cut the stud flush and drill through what remained of it to clamp the coupling together with a bolt. I don't think they ever checked for an exhaust leak since it was pretty obvious and not obscured behind any other part. But why would a bunch of technicians listen to some redneck with a $20 diagnostic scanner. Considering that the initial repair involved removing and disassembling the engine, and that they managed to damage two very accessible pieces of hardware, who knows what else could be messed up. But overall they were polite and accommodating. I just wished I had gone somewhere else.

First time here for service, so look for a follow up review.Friendly staff. Clean setup. Upscale looking facility.My coverage info from NJ dealership was in their computer, however, we had to tell them to check for our extended service (not in the same computer system, tsk, tsk) which they found.Their online service appointment system is a bit dicey - I had to call to make the appt (no problems at that point). Expect to wait a week or 2 for routine service or to leave the car for a couple of days for immediate issues. Common for this area, but slow as compared to what we got in CT.Overall, a good experience so far.

Experience was ok. Just a issue with service guy. He turned my lights off n did not turn them back to auto n that night I almost got hit head on due to lights not being on n vehicle was new to me n I did not know how to do it.

Okay place, they do great service there but I have had a bad experience before. I was going to but a truck and one night they said $30,000 I said give me and day and I ll give you a answer. I go back the next day they said $34,000.
