Both times AWESOME experience. December bought a Tacoma, today bought the wife a 4 runner. Both time Mike and Kevin made the process super smooth. Great guys to deal with. Sam in finance was awesome as well. I can't talk any on the shop as I haven't had to deal with them. But when the time comes, if my experience there is like it was in sales I'll definitely be buying from Milford Toyota again when the time comes.

Came for an oil change and 70k service. Everything was working properly before I dropped the car off. I was told the car is in good condition everything is working correctly. 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, my tpms light came on and now there is a clicking noise every time I drive. IMMEDIATELY I came back and they said I need to pay over $800 to have the sensors replaced! The sensors were never an issue until I came here!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Fast service. Friendly people. A little more than I'd like to have paid but had my car back within 24 hours running great. They even checked all my fluids and tires. Problem was bad battery cable and battery -- both needed replaced. Highly recommend

I now have the nicest car I have ever driven. We really were not sure what we wanted when we stopped into the Toyota dealership. Our salesperson allowed us to drive several options and Shawn got us into our new car in one day. It could not have been easier.

In many instances, service techs just seemed stressed by the number of customers. I did not feel like a priority. Was promised a trade in value on my Highlander, nobody ever called back with that number. I paid good money for the Toyota Care when purchased a Highlander in Florida, was promised it is good at all dealerships countrywide. When I got to Hertrich, they refused to accept the Fidelity plan. After oil changes my hood was typically not latched properly. Once after they inspected my car, it died in my garage 2 days later. Lots of talk, very little action that shows the customer they are the focal point of the process. Take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle today from Hertrich Toyota. My salesman, Mo Jabari is great. No pressure and lots of assistance. This guy knows how to treat you right. Mo is #1 in my book! This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased at this dealership all because of him. Thanks, Mo!

Wanted to talk to someone about purchasing a 24 Camry. Walked around the cars outside. Took photos of the price lists. No one came out. Walked inside, walked around showroom...no one approached me. One salesman was working with clients. Could see other guys behind glass. No eye contact.I am a woman who dreads the treatment that women get when purchasing a vehicle. I had hoped to get the information on purchase and trade in.Left with not even a "hello". Was advised years ago, "If they won't help you when you trying to give them money, it won't go well if you have a pro blem."

Mr Edward Morris Jr. was my salesman at Hertrich Toyota in Milford. Ed was very patient with me and he was willing to take the time I needed to make a decision about buying my Rav4. I was very happy with the experience. If you want a no pressure and easy going sales person Ed is your man. I am very happy with my 'new to me' car and am thankful that Ed was the man helping me out!

So I went to order a Maverick truck my first new Ford purchase ever in my life.The salesman was super helpful putting together the options I wanted; the problem happened at the end of filing out the paperwork he said Ford was accessing a premium on hybrid models and that it would be $5000 extra.I did due diligence and discovered the $5000 was a dealership premium one that was not stated to me clearing.FYI I don t pay dealership premiums so the deal fell apart because this dealship was using deceptive pricing which was not clearly stated.I don t know if this was a bad omen but I am going to another local dealership that is not trying to do a money grab.

Excellent experience from start to finish purchasing a Tacoma at Hertrich Toyota of Milford. Mike Lundin helped us quickly after we arrived on the lot and was patient while we figured out which vehicle worked best for us. We will definitely be purchasing with the dealership again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a Toyota.

This toyota dealership is advertising an 17 year old, used low mileage toyota tundra on their lot at a fair market price with no pictures posted online. I contacted the dealership and spoke to a sales person(michael) that told me several times during the conversation that this was a very popular truck and would be sold in a matter of hours. I asked for several pictures to be sent over, in which the sales person provided, and i agreed it looked in good shape and i was ready to purchase.Given it was a reputable Toyota dealership, I made the 5 hour drive the next morning getting ready to purchase it. When i arrived, it was parked out from only to notice that the rear quarter panel had been hit, and the truck in an accident. (picture of damage not provided by sales person). As i walked closer to the vehicle, i began to see the amount of rust damage done to the suspension, steering, tow hitch, wheel wells, front and rear bumpers where the rust was eating through these components. After I began adding up the thousands of dollars in repairs that would be needed, I realized this was not the truck for me.While the vehicle did operate, it did not receive a state inspection either, in which I received a story about how virtually all of their vehicles are inspected, but in this tundras case, they did not and it was being sold as is.This vehicle has been posted on the dealerships website is clearly a bait and switch truck. And while im sure that this tactic this dealership uses to their advantage to bring customers in, the salesman continued to remain so arrogant about this vehicle, i just had to leave the dealership and write this google review.One star for their used sales department being extremely shady and costing the customer several hundred dollars in driving time while having to take off from work on a tuesday for this "its going to sell any minute, rusted out vehicle".

We have taken our Toyota Camrys here for service since we moved to Delaware 3 years ago. Need to trade in one of our Camrys and buy a new 2024 car. Our choice another Camry. We dealt with Samuel Montalvo. He was great. Very patient as he explained how everything work.We would definitely recommend Samuel and Hertrich Toyota.

This is one of the worst dealerships I've been to. Salesmen and management try all of the dirty tactics in the book to try to rip the customer off. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was my first experience buying a brand new car as well as getting an auto loan (I m 25, don t have much variety in my credit history, and just started a new job so I literally had half a paystub to show). This was my second time ever buying a car in my name. I went in to buy a new car and was able to also trade-in my (at the time) current car. I made it clear from the beginning that I had a specific budget for the total price when buying and Jaime, the salesperson helping me, was very understanding and only showed me options that I specifically was interested in. When I decided no on a vehicle that I had as a possibility, he listened. We were able to narrow it down to a new Toyota Corolla sedan. Jaime and Dan (I met Dan during the paperwork process), helped get the price down to better fit my needs and help me get the best deal for my trade-in. Jaime did a great job showing me the different parts of the new vehicle, answering my questions, keeping open communication throughout the entire buying/paperwork process, and showing me the electronics of the vehicle step-by-step. I was approved for the auto loan, didn t need references nor a co-signer (thanks to my down payment and trade-in), with a better rate than I was expecting. Sam, in finance, showed me all the extra programs I could get with the car (which I was mentally prepared to turn down except the warranty), and before I said no, he already was saying that out of all the options, really the only one I would want is the warranty on the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, real, and listened. It all worked out very nicely.

After what was the most pleasant experience I've ever experienced in a car dealership, I need to post and acknowledge sales consultant Rocky Mickelson. She'sa pure, knowledgeable, polished sales professional with a off the charts personality and seance of humor that made the refi tedious sales process actually enjoyable. I highly recommend her.

We drove to this dealership just to test drive the new Grand Highlander. We were immediately greeted by Jaime Keyes. They did not have the Limited which was what we were looking for, but we were able to test drive an XLE. We were impressed by the vehicle and the options that were included. Mr. Keyes was able to work with us and offer us a deal we couldn t pass up. He is an outstanding salesman who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny Vincent for working with us to make the process smooth and painless. This was by far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson!!

I purchased my 2022 Toyota Corolla 1.8H Hybrid in April of 2022, it was painful to say the least. We are over 65 and was there on a Saturday morning, we were there until almost 5 pm. They took our old vehicle, but, we weren't offered anything to eat or drink, as a stack of pizza's went by. My husband is diabetic, the salesman never came back over to see if we were alright. This was the worst car buying experience, ever.We love the vehicle, hated the experience.. Next time we will go to CF Schwartz

My girlfriend and I walked in to Toyota here in Milford for an appointment for service, while we waited we decided to walk around lot to see what was available when we spotted a 23 GR86 that we fell in love with! Jaime approached us and without a hesitation let us inside the car and was a very friendly guy.We went inside and Jaime and Danny worked us up a deal we couldn t refuse and we walked away with a VERY hard to find brand new GR86!This is the second car thats been purchased from here and we ll be back for more!Thanks to everyone that helped us.

I usually don t do reviews but for this specific reason I will. Mike Stan is the worst salesman EVER! My parents were looking for a car to buy and I mean from the start of the process to the very end it was horrible. Starting off he rushed them to try and find a car as quick as possible. They were looking for a new 2024 Highlander and they made a new one because they wanted something with 0 miles. When we got there to see the vehicle we had a little bad news but weren t opposed to buying the vehicle. My parents just wanted to see the other options they had. He did not even want to go through the other options with us.After hearing the bad news his attitude immediately changed. He was absolutely rude and treating my parents as if they were ignorant. He said that he didn t care if we didn t buy the car because he had 10 other people in line to buy this car. He left us alone there and went back inside. He gave us a little test drive and was driving way too fast and we had a kid in the car. My father had questions about the car and he was answering the questions rude as hell. My parents were planning on getting the car but with his actions that they saw today it was a no go!!

Make sure if you buy anything you double check all paperwork. They'll screw it up if you don't and then they'll want you to fix it by spending more money. Incompetence at its best... you have to be very desperate to buy anything from them.Edit:I don't know if the customers on here who wrote good reviews were lucky or what but my experience with this dealership was absolutely horrible. They are literally screwing me out of $3000.Apparently Hertrich Toyota is not that committed to customer satisfaction because Hertrich Toyota did absolutely nothing to rectify the $3000 mistake they made. If you care about customer service, give me back the $3000 you took from me. So pathetic...It's been over 90 days since Hertrich Toyota of Milford stole $3000 from me. All they did to try and fix the problem was to tell me it was my problem. People, don't do any business with them. They are the most horrific and pathetic dealership I've ever seen.

I would highly recommend Hertrich Toyota. From the moment I walked in and met sales consultant Mo to the time I spent with Ella from finance, they were very professional. They aren t trying to sell you a car today, but they are trying to wow you with customer service so you buy your next three cars from them. Give them a try if you re in the market for a new car.

Huge thank you and shout out to my salesman Ed and the General Manager of Hertrich Toyota in Milford. My 4Runner that was purchased at a different dealership was having issues. It was brought in for service and it wasn't quite right after numerous attempts of fixing the issue. The GM made it a priority to make sure my car was fixed or get me into a reliable vehicle. Ultimately the GM and Ed were able to get me into a newer vehicle with more options and better reliability. I would recommend anyone to go see Ed at Toyota Milford for their next vehicle.
