always take my ford vehicle here to get serviced since I moved to the area and always had a great experience. All the service employees I've interacted with have been very professional and also friendly. In terms of pricing, I believe it's in line with what similar service facilities are charging. They have a large waiting area with plenty of seating. They also have 2 business center offices for customer use that I was introduced to recently and are very useful and convenient if you need a private area to do some work.

So many Ford Dealers are not servicing motorhome chasis it was great to get mine serviced at Hertrick for a major service ten years after its last major service by them. It sure is running better in so many ways after this major service and i am so happy with the work they did. Looking forward to our winter travels this year. Thank to those who did the work I appreciate you all.

Terrible service! Almost 2 weeks to install a new turbo charger. First they broke a bolt off installing it, had to wait several days to get that out. Then when working on it again they didn't have all the parts. The day I picked up they had not detailed it and the new battery would not hold a charge. Tried jumping it 3 times but had to call AAA to have it towed home. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED THERE!!!

Recalls were repaired. They also checked the brakes, tires, and under the hood check for fluids. I am impressed. They didn't do anything or say anything else was wrong. My car is good to go!!

Just got my oil change there was told I could use my ford pass points. When I went to check out they said I wasnt verified and I had to pay. Call ford pass customer service they said I am verified the dealerships have a special number to call when that pops up.

Ms Pratt was very nice and made me feel comfortable i use to go to Georgetown de for service on my Lincoln MKS no more Milford has my business now. Thanks to Ms Pratts
