One of the most unnerving things for me is buying a vehicle. I dislike the "dance" between the salesperson and the finance manager, up until the time of purchase. I filled out the obligatory online applications and was surprised that a salesperson called me and told me that he was very interested in my vehicle. I made an appointment to come to the dealership, and I met him in person at the appointed time.I must say that this was the best car buying experience that I ever had. Shawn Davis was very calm, and I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. The vehicle that we wanted was ready for a test drive, and my wife and I enjoyed a leisurely test drive with Shawn aboard. He assured us that this was all about us and that it had that feel the entire time. We got a good price for our trade-in, and the vehicle we chose came in at a price that we were comfortable with.I would highly recommend Hertrich Ford of Milford, and if you want to have a positive car buying experience, ask for Shawn Davis. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a new 2022 F-250 from Hertrich Ford in Milford and the shopping and actual buying experience were both very good. Our salesperson was Christian, and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate the way he answered all our questions and did not try to rush us or pressure us during the period of time we were shopping for 250/2500 class trucks in the area and on-line and were trying to make a purchase decision.Once we decided to buy the F-250 at Hertrich Ford he made the process smooth and easy. He also spent quite a bit of time with me and my wife when we took delivery of the truck, helping us get our phones set up and working with the truck and the FORDPASS App, and making sure we were familiar with the features of the truck.

Had appt for 11:00 for oil change. Came back TWO hours later and vehicle was still sitting in same place we left it. Hertrich has lost customer loyalty. Never again.

This was my best car buying experience ever. My salesperson Christian Nielsen was excellent. He was friendly and thorough, and his follow-up was outstanding. Christian and Hertrich Ford charged me MSRP for my Ford Bronco when other dealerships either couldn t take my order or wanted $5000 over MSRP. Christian stayed in close contact, updating me on the various steps of manufacturing and delivery. After the sale, he went above and beyond by delivering accessories to my home that arrived after the sale.

Called service and was put through to a service writer. Got his voicemail and left a message. I have a 2021 F150 that my selling dealer has diagnosed as needing a repair that they do not have the specialist to do. I explained this in my message, asked if they had a technician that could perform the repair and if they would be willing to do this warranty work on a vehicle not purchased there. The service writer didn't bother to return my call. I would have appreciated a call if they were not interested in doing the work instead of being ignored. This doesn't speak well for the service writer or the business.

Hertrich Ford is by far a great dealership to do business with. I just recently purchased a '14 F150 from them. My salesman, Sheldon Scott, worked professionally, politely, with none of the sales gimmicks or sale pressure one might experience from a dealership. By far a great salesman I would recommend to anyone. The other salesmen are good as well. Mike in finance worked hard and diligently to not only get me approved, but to get me the best rate, term, and payment I was looking for. He got my interest rate cut in half while getting me the longer term, and the payment I want. My truck was going to need a radio which they already agreed to take care of and the service team worked with me to get that all taken of. By far the best dealership experience I've encountered ever. They treat you with respect and not like a sales number on a chart. Come check out Hertrich Ford, you won't be disappointed

This is our 1st FORD and we had a terrific experience working with Christian on securing our Bronco Sport. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. When we got our plates, we stopped into the dealership and Cameron was very gracious to help us by drilling the front panel for the NJ license plate. Terrific dealership all around!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Kugelmann at Hertrich Ford in Milford, DE in February of 2023 to buy a newly used F250. I have been in sales for 30 years and appreciate great service and am always thankful for a pleasant customer experience. Well, with Brian as my salesman and the Hertrich Ford team, that is exactly what I received. They outshined any buying experience that I have ever had. Brian even picked me up at the airport 2 hrs away, bought me the best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and drove me back to the dealership to finalize paperwork on my new truck. It was seamless. No pressure and an incredibly fair price. I am thankful for the exemplary service I received here from Brian (my salesman) and the entire team at Hertrich. They are the reference standard in what a dealership ought to be in my books!

Very clean and professional. When you re going in for service you re also given the option to make multiple payments instead of one big one at once, which has been super helpful for people like me. Everyone is always very kind there. It s pricier than other places, but it s the only place I ll take my Ford Fusion.

Purchased a used 2016 Chevy Trax from them 2 years ago. Turns out there was front end damage I wasn't informed about. The "excellent " warranty coverage actually covered nothing, and it was difficult getting answers about it. I have paid over $4000 in 2 years for repairs, for a bizarre combination of random engine problems. The check engine light comes on and off faster than the twinkle lights on a Christmas tree, and the codes are all random. Sometimes there's no code at all. Funny how there's no information about a vehicle's damage until you're trying to trade it in! Hands down, the biggest financial mistake I've made in my life.

I bought a car from here December 21, 2022 I was told that the car was in near perfect condition. It only had one owner, and that everything maintenance wise was supposedly up to date by December 24th, 2022 I was going to work and the car completely shut off on me and had me stranded at a light.Brought it to them, but the head mechanic at the time told me that because there was no check engine light that they couldn t look around and do anything about it.By February 9, 2023 both of the timing solenoids went out and had to be replaced, needed an oil change already, and had a faulty gasket (which needed to be maintained on today is March 24, 2023. And my whole motor is demolished, the timing chain popped, oil and coolant was all in the engine mixed up. And the car completely shut down on me, after putting in park. It won t even start, it s not drivable. I don t personall don t recommend to buy a car from here.

I want to give a shoutout to Christian Nielson as well as the financing staff who went above and beyond to get us into our new Ford Maverick. The Hertrich team at Milford were very friendly and patient with my wife and I while we were deciding. We are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to next Summer where we will really put the new truck through its paces.

Hertrich s is just fantastic! We were dropping off one of our vehicles and I needed to have our other vehicle washed. Mike, the sales manager took my whole family through the car wash because I had my husband, toddler and 2 ninety pound dogs with me! What a wonderful experience and we are so appreciative to have our vehicle washed for free because we bought it from Hertrich!

We can t say enough about our experience at Hertrich! First, this dealership is amazing. From brand new to used, they have a great selection of cars. Everyone had masks on for covid safety and we felt very comfortable. The service department is also stellar. We went there because we noticed a used car they had just gotten in on a trade posted on their website. Kurt, our salesman, was so knowledgeable about the functionality of the car, told us the highlights and changes made in 2018 to the model, benefits, etc. He was great - answered all our questions and you could tell he had so much knowledge about cars. After we decided to buy, he took us through all the paperwork with ease. It was a great experience! We encourage everyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck to start with Hertrich Ford & Lincoln in Milford.

My wife and I were very happy working with the Hertrich Ford team especially with Christian Nielson our sales rep. Christian was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our 2021 Ford 150 XLT Sport pickup purchase.We were also especially happy that Hertrich comes with a 7 year or 100,000 mile warranty on their pre-certified pre-owned vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

The service department of Hertrich Ford in Milford, DE is incredible. The Service Manager, Holly, and the Service Advisor, Jessica, went above and beyond to handle our service concern. The team, including the Technicians, worked diligently to diagnose and correct an electrical problem with the backup camera. Not only are they friendly and professional, they make you feel like family and go to all lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Want to say that my experience with Hertrich Ford Milford in Service and Sales has been fantastic. Beth and Chris in Service are my go to people. They are always very helpful and quick to get things accomplished. This past weekend I purchased a new Ford Edge. Brian Kugelmann was my Sales Consultant. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Brian. He made the usual long and dreadful experience a super nice and comfortable one. Brian has a great attitude and is easy to talk to . Very experienced in the vehicles features. 5 stars for sure.. More if they would allow it.

I ve purchased vehicles in the past from this dealer, but never again. I found a vehicle on their website, called and verified the price with both the sales person and the manager, and then scheduled a test drive. Only after the test drive was complete did they notify me of an addendum for an additional 27k. Very misleading, the manager blamed marketing and an inexperienced salesperson even though he verified the price over the phone.

I had to get keys programmed for my Mustang as I did not have a spare and couldn't do it myself so it had to be taken to a Ford dealership. The gentleman who greeted me upon pulling into the drive (sorry I didn't catch your name) was friendly and helped get me checked in. The advisor, Jessica, was polite and made sure we were clear on what I needed. They charged a reasonable amount for the programming process (I provided my own keys) and did a multi-point inspection as well. I was in and out in an hour, quick and painless.

I recently purchased a Bronco at Hertrich Ford of Milford. On Friday I went to purchase some accessories and to discuss a small issue with the finish on the hood. The General Manager, Kurt Ruffling approached me as I entered and went out of his way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. He addressed my concerns beyond anything I would have expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way it is managed.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience of buying a vehicle from Hertrich Ford Lincoln of Milford. I was in the market for an F-250 SD truck to tow our trailer. Using the Internet for car shopping for the first time, after researching dozens of trucks, I found a 2011 F-250 XLT with 21,030 miles and the complete towing package and a cap at Hertrich Milford. Their initial asking price was very reasonable. I contacted them, and spoke with salesperson Aaron. He spent about an hour on the phone with me, answering all my questions about the truck and its intended use. Armed with this info, we took a ride from southern NJ down to Delaware. Again working with Aaron, we took a nice test ride, where he explained all the features and capabilities of the truck. Back at the dealership, we discussed, and came to terms with, a very fair price for the truck and an equally fair price for our trade-in. We had asked for several additional items to be included in the deal, which they more than honored. Business Manager John worked with us and got us very good terms on financing and extra coverages, and GM Kurt was also very helpful in the overall process. In conclusion, this was a very positive experience. Aaron, John, and Kurt really helped us achieve our goals and requirements, and, at the end of the day, we came home with a great vehicle. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone shopping for a vehicle, or, in our case, if the situation warrants it, buying another car from them.....

After consideration, I must say excellent. Beth of customer service greeted me with much consideration as usual. Beth was able to fit my truck in a day early for service. As the engine light was on. During service the excellent mechanics were able to fix the problem. They even found that the problem was serviceable under warranty. Therefore my service was fixed perfectly and did not cost me anything. How wonderful.My highest regards to Beth and the mechanics at Hertrich Ford. I can hardly wait until It is time to purchase my next truck. I am sure it will be a Hertrich vehicle.Many thanks; Stan Walls
