Brad and his team are awesome! We can t thank you enough for the quick service, getting us in last minute, and your kindness (even letting us use your parking lot when we go to parades).Most recently I hit something and was thinking my alignment was off, I went in on a busy Sunday and the team here checked it out and saw it wasn t the alignment, but a fender issue they could quickly fix for me. I am so grateful I didn t have to wait to get in to a body shop and possibly pay extra money.We will always choose Firestone for routine maintenance, ect..Thanks again guys!

The Mgr/Partner was very helpful in diagnosing my car's problem and helped me with forward planning for ongoing service. He looked for options that would meet my needs within my budget. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. They offered relevant upsells, but were never pushy.I've used this facility for 2 vehicles over 2+ years (+ some covid gap) and have found them helpful, consistent and a good value. Service has not always been perfect, but the work hard to follow up and resolve any issues.stars: 4.5 rounded up.

I'm happy about getting my initial issue resolved, but I'm unhappy about finding another unrelated more expensive issue plus labor and shop fees. Maybe a senior or loyalty discount could help? Anyway Thanks.

I made an appt for 4 new tires, quoted $200 above online price. Price was adj to around $8 above online price. Truck was driven about 2 miles home from Firestone, parked until the next day. I got about 1/4 mile down road, truck lost power in intersection. Fuel spilling all over road. Fire co came out to clean up road. Fuel line was unclipped from filter. Hood only had been opened at Firestone. Fuel line WAS NOT BROKEN. Was able to be clipped back on to filter housing. READ AGAIN... HOOD ONLY OPENED AT FIRESTONE. FUEL LINE HAD BEEN UNCLIPPED. FUEL LINE WAS NOT BROKEN, WAS ABLE TO BE CLIPPED BACK ON TO FILTER HOUSING!!! COINCIDENCE??? I THINK NOT. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!! Luckily, I was able to get out of the intersection unharmed. Truck still smells of diesel fuel. Worst experience with any company, EVER.

A couple of months ago I has my brakes fixed and it was so expensive. Almost a month maybe after that my brakes are scraping again. I believe the job wasn't done properly.

Their services okay I guess, their employees are usually pretty helpful and knowledgeable. The service is sometimes slow though getting work actually done. And I don't know if it's just them or not but the prices seem extremely high for darn near anything and everything. But if you have the money that I guess they're a good place to go.

Worst experience ever! Drop off my husband F-150 for a tire change at 10:00 am with appointment. Called to check for status at 3pm and they said that will be ready around 4pm. Went to pick up the truck at 4:30 and wasn t ready. The technician said that they had issues taking off the wheel nuts. Well they stripped ALL wheel nuts and then they said that is common to happens and if we wanted to replaced them it will be $165. When I asked for the manager and they said that he was finished for the day and wasn t there. Then they change the price for $135. Are you kidding? So, they stripped all the nuts and we have to pay for something they damaged? Unacceptable, they should be responsible for their bad maintenance. They installed back the wheel nuts they damaged and didn t pay for their mistake. We had to buy new wheel nuts.

Not even a start should I put I call to ask a question generally I do my work but I can find to see what s wrong wit my axle so I call to see if they can check it an I do my manual work the guy laugh at me an said you want me to check it and you wanna do it sure self hahaha like what unprofessional never again.

They couldn't get results after running a diagnostic test on my engine but were helpful in giving me their opinion on what to do next. I have an older car, so no one is sure if that was why no results were given. There was no charg, which surprised me but was very grateful for.

I have everything done here whenever my good ole Casper needs a fix. Brad and his team are extremely friendly and trustworthy. The credit card Firestone offers helps with larger purchases, as it allows you to make interest-free payments over a 6 month period (credit card offers could vary!)My latest trip involved getting brand new tires. The entire diagnosis, installation, and tire alignment were done the same day and I went home a happy customer. (Tire purchased: Firestone Firehawk V2 All Season)Thanks again, Brad!-Eric

Firestone saved my weekend! Was on the way to the beach on a Saturday afternoon when I got a low tire pressure warning. Pulled over to find a nail in tire and could hear hissing. Found Firestone on Google maps as closest open tire shop and was able to make it over there before tire deflated. Despite being busy, they said they would look at it right away. Walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch and they had the tire patched by the time we got back.Thanks again for saving the day!!

I have had continuous good service on my vehicle here. Their attention to detail is good and prices seem fair. They will give you a price quote (estimate) prior to the work being done. If they find other issues they will bring it to your attention so you can plan to get it taken care of while your there, or when it's more convenient for you.

My car stopped about a few minutes away from this Firestone on my way home from the beach during Memorial Day weekend. Thankfully this location was open and was able to fix my car in a quick enough time to make it to the rest of my 3 hour journey. I also received a call 30 mins into my trip back to make sure that the car was driving smoothly. Thank you to Michael and Brad for making an unexpected experience more pleasant.

My family and I were coming home from vacation on a holiday weekend and got a flat tire. These guys went out of their way to pick up a new tire elsewhere and quickly install it to get back us back on the road. They are all so nice and I can t recommend them more!

I have terrible luck with tires and these folks always do good work.ETA: I recently locked my keys in my car by accident across from Firestone at the Liberty gas station. On a whim, I walked over to Firestone to see if they had any sort of device I could use to get my car unlocked. The gentleman walked over and used the device to get me in, and wasn't even going to charge me!

Horribly run business. My family has gone to this location for 10+ years and have never had issues. Have had tires rotated regularly by them and was told I d need 4 new tires, new break pads and new front rotors.I was told by multiple mechanics that I only needed two new tires new break pads and resurfaced rotors. The most recent times my tires were rotated my hubcaps were cracked, and scuffed by Firestone. The new management at this location is unwelcoming and unprofessional.

I had won a free oil change at a quarter auction for Firestone in Milford, de. I went for my free oil change and to get my tires rotated at the same time as I was getting ready to take a trip to Georgia. They found I needed new back tires and brakes. They Showed me why and suggested that it would be much safer for the trip if I had it done. They didn't push me to buy the most expensive tires they have. They didn't try to sell me front tires, but told me I would need them soon. They were so helpful and friendly. Zachary even wrote on the work order to check everything out because I was going on a long trip!! Was very impressed with everyone there. Will definitely go back for my front tires as well as anything else that needs to be done to my vehicle!! It means so much to be able to have trust in your auto mechanic and I sure do trust them all!!! And to think...it all started with a free oil change!!

Only charged $9.99 to check suspension & road test. Did a general condition check as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.Have used them for routine maintenance; good quality work much cheaper than dealer. They always explain the work and why. No mess or smudges inside the car. Have had a similar good result at other Firestone locations though DE is much cheaper than CT.Highly recommended.

Please consider this review more of a suggestion than a complaint. We experienced a time frame of 4 hours (1 hour and 15 minutes of which was waiting on site) for the replacement of 4 tires. (Car was dropped off at 4:00 and completed at around 8:00.) Was told very respectively that they were behind schedule, and that they were making every effort to hire additional (quality) help, but have not been overly successful at finding it. Additionally, there seemed to have been what I will refer to as a "misunderstanding" as to what the final charges would be when the job was completed. Note- I must add that, due to the inconvenience, we were given 2 voucher cards for free standard oil changes.So... here are my suggestions- Prior to setting up an appointment and dropping your vehicle off, make every effort to nail down a time frame for the completion of the project. If they can't give you even a slightly accurate answer, then that may raise a red flag for you. If they fail to meet the agreed upon time frame, then be sure to give them a review which expresses your discontent. Furthermore, be sure to get a clear QUOTE (NOT an estimate) from whomever you speak with. Make sure you fully understand what your final charges will be, and refrain from giving your signature until you and they are in sync with the agreed upon price. Would love to give them more than 2 stars, but I cannot.

Nice shop, decent location. Very busy recently when I needed tires. Called for appointment and they didn't have the tires I wanted but did order them for a next day appointment to have them mounted. Told I couldn't wait, best to drop car and they would have it done by end of day. I dropped car at 9 AM,. No call by 6 pm so I called. My car was next in shop. I told them I would just pick it up the next morning. They told me again they would call when vehicle was finished. No call that evening or next morning. I called next morning at 9 and they say car is finished. Went to pickup car. Printed a 10% discount coupon from their website for discount on all season tires. My tires were all season but they wouldn't honor discount coupon, state did not apply to my tires. Website also stated a rebate if you buy 4 Firestone tires. They state they are not aware of rebate and I am on my own for that. Lots of work and no discount at this Firestone Store. I love Firestone Tires and have used them for over 30 years but wont go to this Firstone store for Firestone tires again.

Have used this location for years and the amount of disrespect that answered the phone has made it to where I refuse to take my car there ever again. With everything going on and short staffing issues i am very patient but when i get hung up ok after being on hold for ever was strike 1 then when I call back and mention i was on hold but someone just hung up on me the guy got an attitude and stated "yea it was me and and im very busy just give me your name and number ill call you back" I chuckled and said no thank you I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Went ahead and called corporate to maybe share some insight so they can improve in the future ill take my car to I.G. Burton in lewes where I've always had excellent experience!
