Delmarva RV is a one stop shop. From excellent sales to answer any and all questions to outstanding service. They go above and beyond whether it s a repair or warranty work. They handle everything from start to end and make it extremely easy for the customer. Also, they have an awesome selection of parts and supplies available on site. First Class Group!! I m speaking from personal experiences over the years.

I had an incredible experience at Delmarva RV! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like part of the family. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. I felt like I could trust them with anything, knowing that they would handle it with professionalism and care. Unbelievable, unbelievable is all I can get out. How your company, specifically Cross flat out lie about what his company did or I should say didn t do when all it would have taken was some empathy understanding and pride to make the situation right. Instead, as you said on the call we need to make a profit . I have the entire conversation so can say you lied on your response to the review posted. Delmarva was informed on day one of all the issues, with photos, texts, witnesses and emails for backup. In fact, several of your staff had been notified with the back up and we have responses as to how there is nothing that they can do now that the camper is sold and how it is a warranty issue now. A warranty issue within 24 hours of the purchase? Why wouldn t you want to make the buyer whole? He wasn t asking for anything extra or of higher value. All he was looking for was a replacement camper that didn t have all of the challenges the camper you delivered had wrong with it. Same camper, just one that isn t falling apart and leaking. What kind of customer service is this? I don t want to get into a social media dispute with you, but you are not a trustworthy business owner, and I say that based on how you have treated Mr Kline and his family. You have not told the truth, you have tried to transfer blame off to the manufacturer and the buyer. Let me ask you, what purpose would Tim have to be doing this? He is missing out on taking he little ones to the shore for heaven s sake. Why would he but himself through all this stress and cruelty. He isn t asking for anything other then a functioning camper which is what he was told he was buying. Delmarva may not have manufactured the unit, but they represent the manufacturing company by selling their products. You had an opportunity to make this right, but you chose not too. I could not and would not in good conscious recommend Delmarva ever again. If this is how you treat a buyer of your lower cost campers I wouldn t want to put anyone else through something like what you have done to Tim and his family. This family owner business should be ashamed, I know I am ashamed to have ever dealt with Delmarva and I am horribly ashamed and disappointed that I ever recommended Delmarva to Tim or anyone else. I will not make that mistake again.

Poor service. Warranty work doesn't exist. Left my camper for repairs. I went to get camper after they had it for 8 months. I was told it had been repaired. I found there were parts had been removed like they were using on other campers. The work that was supposed to have done was not done. They billed my insurance company and was paid. I took camper to another company, I was told that the work had not been done. The insurance company totalled out the camper. They requested the money back from Delmarva Rv that they had been paid for repairs that had not been done. I do not recommend this company for anythingCheck better business web site before you decide to have a terrible experience.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! Thank you to Roadie & Adam for making the process of buying our camper a breeze. Also a big thanks to all the guys who took the time to show us all the ins and outs of our camper and getting it hooked up! As first time camper owners, this was a huge plus! We love our camper and look forward to working with the staff again!

From the moment we waked in we felt comfortable. We were greeted right away, but never pressured. Jim was a big help looking for the used TT we saw on the website, and he showed us anything else we wanted to see as well as giving us all the information we needed to make our final decision. Dawn in the parts area was so friendly and offered to help us with anything we may need in the future. Adam was very informative in the demo, and even the dreaded paperwork signing was made enjoyable by Roadie. He was like visiting with an old friend. Thanks to Jim and all the management at Delmarva Rv in Milford! Great experience!! They had the model I wanted and we worked numbers with my trade and made an appt to come back and pick up once new camper was prepped. I came in for the appt and they were ready for me, went over the new camper with me and had my trade in taken off and the new one hooked up and ready for me when I got out of the business office. The whole process was done in about an hour. Awesome job guys!

What an amazing experience!! From Eric our salesperson (aka Jet) to Josh and then Roadie the finance person this was the best purchase experience we have ever had!! Very knowledgeable and no high pressure! The best part is we agreed to the purchase via texts and then just went did the walk thru along with full explanation of how everything works and signed the papers! A true 10 star experience. Looking.forwars.to summer at the beach!

I purchased a Jayco feather micro 166FBS fromDelmarva RV. It was at an off site sales event at the Harrington raceway and casino on June 3rd. The salesman was on point when we described our camping style to show us this particular camper. I did note there was a couple of things I noticed at the time that were points that needed to be addressed at pick up. They also included in the deal furion rear and side cameras. The other items were cover missing from awning arm. Cover on furnace was out of place and a keeper for gas quick connect for griddle and jay table was not landed and hanging loose. We were scheduled for delivery on June 14th. We did the deal signed the papers inspected camper. The side cameras I was promised weren t installed, one of two side tables was missing, no remote for tv. I was promised all would be fixed or provided including griddle. I wa informed that during pre delivery inspection furnace was found to be bad. Was told a new one would be provided A few days later I went to follow up and a box of stuff was found. The side table, packaging for remote but no remote. Outside tv mount was there as well but I was not informed that it was included. I was told on that day remote would be ordered by sales!! That s when the operations manager informed me that the fresh water tank was leaking and was discovered before the sale and I suspect before the sales event. To view leak belly liner would have been loosened. Later I found that not only was it loosened but it wa snot put back properly and the keeper for that hose previously mentioned was part of that. Also the liner was cut. Not in any form with purpose but jagged and haphazardly. The operations manager call them kindergarten cuts. The heater was destroyed trying to get bad board out but they continued to insist that they would not replace whole heater. Also same with liner. And all this stuff I was owed had not been ordered well after delivery despite them knowing as the told me of some of this stuff. I checked with Jayco as dealer as have 2 weeks to claim warranty for delivered to dealership campers. None were filed. The heater was likely bad but they ruined it to the point where I had to send them the furnace manual from manufacturer to show no mods to cover in safety section. So finally I am getting a heater and a belly liner and other items of concern including fresh tank. On June 29 I scheduled a drop off appointment. Don t be deceived by that language as it does not mean in the shop even when the operations manager herself told you different. I was also told by Lisa the ops mgr that April was my go to for communications on statuses and whatnot. There is not a single person in warranty, operations, sales , service in the management team that is trustworthy. Alm I heard from management Diane to service she edulwrs was how it was always someone else s fault and no one told the other of any issues, status etc, and they certainly did t tell me with out me asking and having to send e mails to all managers and owner who by the way not once answered or acknowledged my concerns. It is now august 18 and I just got my camper back after I verified all the work that I expected was either done or I had opportunity to do some myself. And fridge didn t work and had to be reset. The kippers blind the comped me was installed wrong and they broke a retainer and had to replace frame and blind. And the drawer that all the fresh tank plumbing is behind was falling apart. Th slides are junk but I had to find it. It s funny the operations manager said your camper is ready. It was far from ready as I had yet to check the work. They knew I was coming and yet my camper was not even up front. So the best day buying. A camper from them is the moment you fall in love with your next or first camper. After that you will get excuses finger pointing and frustration but no valuable communication. Owner is unresponsive to emails. All about the money!! When they get it you will have to fight for any issues needing correction.

Went in window shopping. Was immediately greeted by Nick a senior sales rep. He was so thorough and professional and personable. He asked all the up front questions he needed to gather info and directed us to the perfect fit. We haven t purchased yet but when we do, I know we will go through him! Such a nice wholesome family man who knows how to sell without selling or being pushy. Highly recommend this company for all your RV needs. And they even do tags and title work and an orientation after purchase. Will be back for our first and last RV purchase to tour the country soon! Lots of new and used selections. Go check em out right on N Rt 1 north of Milford.

Lied to me about the travel trailer I bought. They said it had no water damage. The water damage was well hidden and covered up. I discovered all this when I got it home and did a thorough look through. But they will put at bottom of this review that I walked through before I bought it and I signed a as is paper. But that doesn't cover up the fact they lied to me. I'll never do business here again. Be careful if u shop here.

I spent a few weekends traveling the couple hours to Milford to look at units with Nick. That process was fine, however once I signed the papers and took possession of my camper, everything went south. My camper was delivered with no keys and an old spliced power cable. I reached out to the salesmen to let them know of the situation, and the only option I was given was to drive an hour and a half north to pick up a cable and one set of master keys. From then it got worse. Within a week when the whole family was down my wife tried to give my daughter a bath and noticed that there was a hole in the tub, water went everywhere. Also noticed that the roof was leaking and that the entire bedroom wall was taking on water. Also a leak behind the wall in the shower. The bunk beds were then noticed to be broken and unusable as was the dining table that fell out of the wall onto my toddler. This was sold to me as a brand new 2023 model. I reached out to Nick and Gm Lisa and merely got the run around for a few months. Finally I made the trip down there and spoke with Adam, who was no help at all. I was informed that all they could do for me was "trade in value" at a $5,000 dollar loss for my current camper. One that I just bought from them! Also when asked if they could give me a better price on a new unit do to the problems so far they refused to budge. At that meeting they agreed to take possession of my unit at the end of camping season on October 31st for repair. They kept to their word and picked up the unit. However months went by with no news. I reached out and found out no work was done, they simply had the unit on their lot and said they can't do the work that needs to be done. We were informed by "one of the owners" that they "need to make a profit" on this unit and can't just allow me to exchange it. The whole time I was in contact with the manufacturer as well who now has towed it to another dealership for repair. I spent a year trying to get Delmarva to at least do the honorable thing and make this right, but all I got was the run around. I was lied to, avoided, made false promises and in the end they walked away with $24,000 of my money and gave me a lemon. I can not and will not ever recommend Delmarva to anyone. Stay very far away from this place. They proved that making money not relationships with customers is their number one priority. It's a shame to see a large company this way.

The staff at Delmarva rv made the experience of buying an rv fantastic. Jim was a great salesman and answered all my questions without hesitation. The staff was very helpful when reviewing the rv and there continued service has helped us even after purchase.

My wife and I bought a Springdale travel trailer from Seth about a month ago and we love it! Taking it out for the first time this month! We were his first customer as a new salesman! Thanks Seth you did great and kept in contact even after the sale to make sure everything was good.

Highly recommend Delmarva RV Center!! My husband and I personally dealt with Jet and Adam and by time we were done, felt like family! We went in the first time having 0 knowledge of what we wanted/were looking for. They were very knowledgeable about their inventory and provided great suggestions within our price range and did not try to sell us anything higher than what we wanted. We took about a month to decide and never felt pressured or rushed by these guys to make a decision. This team truly wanted what was best for their customers which is hard to find today!! Also, we did our due diligence, shopped around, and couldn t find anywhere within a 500 mile radius with prices even remotely close. Once we finally decided and picked up our camper, we had a full tutorial/walk through of every single function in the fifth wheel, they ensured our hitch was properly fit, and checked everything once more before we pulled off the lot. Could not be happier with our decision to use Adam and Jet and will be back in the future!!

1st Thank you Delmarva RV for being a standup business that stands behind their product and customers!Now our experience - When looking for our new "Home" (100% of the time RV living) we went to Delmarva RV in Milford De and met a young man Eric AKA "Jet". We are sure glad we did. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to make sure we found the exact unit we needed and for the right price. We must have looked at over 25-30 different campers and he knew just about everything abouth them all,and if he didn't he give us the give me one minute and ran off (Jetted) literally and came back with the information needed. And when we settled on a unit we liked Eric went into hyper Jet mode making sure that everything was 100%. We had an offer in front of the manager signed and heading out of the doors in about 2 hours. See we bought our camper and wanted to take it with us.(right now) So Eric set it up checked everything and made sure it was road worthy. Offered to wash it too. And as you would expect the story stops there, it does not. After we got all hooked up and ready to roll he came and told us that the stabilizer in the rear needed repair. After we got it home and setup he called to let me know when the repair guy was coming to fix the unit and has been very vigilant,stayed on top of the repair through out the completion. Very happy to have met Eric and will guarantee I will return to do more business and also send friends and family to see him and the Delmarva RV family.Everyone from the front office to the back office to do paperwork were just awesome.And can't forget Mike the service guy! Shout out to another person who goes above and beyond to make sure things are 100%

I called Delmarva RV Center to inquire about some warranty work on an RV we purchased in Pennsylvania. What I've learned is you should buy local in case you need repairs. Lesson learned. Even though Delmarva could not do the repair work, Lisa, in Service, spent some time with me on the phone and gave me 4 numbers for mobile techs. She also gave me some tips on how to navigate the repair/warranty process with the manufacturer.Lisa is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have dealt with since living in Delaware. Based on my interaction with her, we will definitely look to buy our next RV from Delmarva. She's that good!

I had the pleasure of working with Jim. Though I didn t purchase anything, he was very patient and did not pressure me through my decision making. I only changed my direction due to family circumstances, not because of the selection or the service that I received. I will still go back to them when and if I decide to purchase. My family just purchased a used RV (our first) half way across the country and we brought it home to DE this week. First order of business was winterization.The team at Delmarva RV were awesome. Lisa T. took my call, explained the process and scheduled the appointment. Mike, lead tech, was great, as he not only completed the service, he educated me on the process on how to be sure I keep the rig safe from issues over the winter.While on-site, Lisa also gave me some great tips as a first time motorhome owner.Needless to say, Delmarva RV Center will be my first call when I need anything for our new camper.

We had been having issues with both AC units in our Grand Design Imagine. Grand Design sent us replacement parts and Delmarva RV installed them for us. The new parts didn t correct the issue so we took it back to them. Lisa and her team tried everything they could think of to duplicate the issue but couldn t make it happen. She didn t give up and one of her technicians finally figured it out. Lisa kept us informed throughout the whole process. Thank you Lisa and team for your patience, being persistent and fixing our camper!!

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Is there a rating lower than 1? In the 2 years I've had this camper, it has spent several months on your lot each year waiting for warranty service. The service department's routine response to status calls is "maybe next week. It should go in next week." But it never does. Why schedule appointments if it won't be worked on for months? The last time we got our unit back, it was in worse shape than it went for. Any chance you can make the payments for the time YOU had my camper?

Eric was a great salesperson and everyone there was helpful and cared about what was best for my family, we ended up making a last minute change to make sure that we were going to be safe on the road even though it meant DelMarVa possibly losing out on the sale. Everything worked out perfectly, things were done correctly and safely and we have a new RV we are taking home!

Had a great appointment for winterization for our travel trailer. Mike the technician was very nice and was so careful to wipe up any drippings from the antifreeze. And we didn t get the roof inspection guys name but he was very thorough and gave us some tips for future cleanups. Great experience and loved the drive through winterization this year!!

Scott and Court were great!! We are hours away from Delmarva RV, but Scott held the camper for us, so we could drive to see it. Scott's customer service was top notch! Court went over every detail of the RV, before we left the lot. He was thorough and very helpful. We would make the trip again to do business with Delmarva RV.

In the market for a RV trailer for some outdoor adventures and my visit to Delmarva was easy and fun! The salesperson Scott was informative, and helpful yet did not pressure, He genuinely wanted to get me into the right one for my needs, and the selection of options is second to none.
