Wish I had before pictures!!! My 4 year old decided to use chalk on my car. Well it had scratches all down both sides...my poor car. These folks fixed it up real nice! Very friendly staff especially the 2 ladies up front! I wish their detailing wasn't booked so far out but that is just a testimony to their excellent work! So glad I've found this company close by

Excellent customer service when having questions about my car and getting estimates. The prices are reasonable and Abby is really caring and will take good care to meet your needs for your vehicle. I had my 2017 Dodge Truck detailed at Clear Definition this week. I'm very satisfied with the job they did on my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable and the intake staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Looking forward to doing business with this company again soonHlf

They came highly recommended and I had seen some of their previous work. Unfortunately, I do not feel the same,as my windows were still dirty and there were still scuff marks (not scratches) that could have been helped They did call me to ask if I wanted additional work done on deeper scratches however I expected some of the scuff marks to be gone regardless. I did pick the car up after hours or I would have mentioned it to themUPDATEI certainly appreciate the answer below as well as the phone message that I received. I do however feel that my issues are not just that my "windows were not clean" I clearly submitted pictures of white stuff left on the outside of my car and the inside of my car not cleaned all the way as evidenced by the armrest on the door. I will take responsibility for not understanding what detailing really means at Clear Definition and what I should have expected. I did decline more intense work however the fee charged (which is twice as much as other competitors) I thought should have included a thoroughness that I did not receive.I will contact them for resolving this.

Grant came to my house to repair some dings on my 69 camaro, did a excellent job, looks great. .He is very professional, with great prices. I will definitely recommend him, if you have any autobody needs.

Had a fairly large tree branch fall on the roof of my car and these guys took it in went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. You would never know anything happened to it. The staff was friendly and service was GREAT! Even gave my baby (F150) a nice little detailing. I highly recommend them! And I rarely leave reviews, that's how much I was satisfied! If you guys read this, THANK YOU, YOU ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL! Morpheus thanks you too

Excellent customer service. Fast, efficient, quality work. The women in the office are very friendly and keep you updated with the progress. The car was fully detailed when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend them.

My 2022 BMW M440 convertible got dinged on rear quarter panel. A standard paintless repair tool would not work due to lack of access to the interior of the panel. Grant was persistent and did a thorough and professional job utilizing the right tool with a glue gun to pop the dent. Excellent! I recommend them highly.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called Grant at 11am, he told me to come on up so he can see the ding on my back door. He immediately took me and said he could easily remove the ding. While I was there Grant even took out a more difficult ding above the window by the roof. By 12:30 everything was done! He was a pleasure to deal with. I worked with Grant over the last month to remove a pesky dent I created in my truck. Overall from start to finish Grant overdelivered.His competitors locally never called me back or messaged me after multiple attemptsClear Definition called me, did a phone review, came to my house, and gave me fair pricing.The work was done at my residence which saved me hours with my busy schedule.I can't tell there was ever a dent on my truck and its black exterior.Grant also showed me and was cool with me watching since I have a general interest in PDR and Auto Detailing.I was so impressed I lined up a ceramic coat installation for this winter!Save your time do not bother with the other Sussex County PDR specialist and detailers and go with Clear Definition!

hello, I came in for a detail maintenance today 5/23/23 know. The job was awesome. It looks just like it came from the show room for the Honda dealership. and I m going back Thursday of this week to get my daughters car detail. After a snowy snafu, we had a dent repaired (body work and paint) and windshield replaced. The work and service were excellent and consistent with the highly coveted five star rating. I will highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends. This place is awesome! The full auto detailing package was so worth the money. My 11 year old car looks practically brand new, the ceramic exterior coating was a really nice touch. Cherry on top was the way every employee was super friendly and extremely professional. They re affected by short staffing, just like every other business, but they still make it their number one goal to give the same quality to every car regardless. I had a shopping cart hit the driver side door of my truck and it put about 3 or 4 good size dents in it. I took it to Clear Definition and they got me in within a few days and took all the dents out of the door. I was more than pleased. I also had them wash my truck and they did a fantastic job at that too! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for sure. James and his crew did an outstanding job on my 2018 Volvo. Paint correction, ceramic coating and wheels. The work came out awesome!!. These guys are true professionals and know their business. Great experience with the clear definition no paint dent repair team. Dent wasn't in an easy spot and the team found 2 other smaller dents and repaired them too! Made my appointment, got in fast, and had it back by end of day. Highly recommend
