Make sure you already know exactly what you're looking for before you come into this location. Idk what high-school drop-out they had working on 1/22/24 at 19:04. Information provided from my receipt. That guy is an absolute moron. He either purposely made me buy the wrong light bulb, or he doesn't know how to read the computer correctly. I asked him four times to make sure I had the correct light bulb for my car. "Yeah! That's it!"Well, it wasn't. Make sure you physically removed the part from your car to show to these idiots.

I'm not one who likes working on my car but the AutoZone here in Milford is hands down the best, and friendliest, group to help when I need it. Very appreciative of their knowledge and quick service.

Lesson learned, if you car battery is sounding sluggish, Check your receipt' from date purchased ! get in right away, don't wait weeks as i did.When i purchased my battier i wrote on receipt warranty time frame till expiration; 3 1/2 free replace 5 1/2 prorate. my battery is 3 yrs 8 months 2 months'''over'.. Day i went in,the Store after checking my battery didn't have my battery in stock' next day could have, i asked how much to replace ? employee said its still under warranty ' it's free'next day, i go in my battery was in. however the employee kept looking at the computer, she asked another co- worker, look, then a third worker also got into the conversation. trying to figure how to to the transaction. Seemed that all 3 were saying before C-19 the battier had a longer warranty. Then now; So the time frame i was giving' Aug 2019 is not honored. i had to get the prorated' Now if that isn't enoughManager of Milford Delaware' Not pleasant,she is rude to her staff in front of customers. i asked what happen to customer is always right? She raised her voice, said NO the Customer isn't always right. i had to say you don't have to have that tone' she just kept being the snobby woman she apparently is' told me i can call the 800# on my receipt well the only 800# i have is agency trying to sell you medical alert device.i know i wont go back' into the Milford location as long as that woman is managing of the store' if you can' call it managing' i know good work ethics is unheard of' anymore' This is what we are allowing into our work force' Good By Customer Service '' A 'thing of the past!Now with that being said,,,,Dover store, Rout 1' Very Very Nice, 3 gentlemen' Manager is David,,, Lesson; You act professional, pleasant' you will have good staff' and repeat customers !

I visited here on a Wednesday night, I know that not everybody who works there is "trained" on the register. However, I waited every bit of ten minutes, there was one gal on the register while three associates stood back in the parts aisle conversing. She was handling calls and a customer return. I gave it four stars because when she did get to me, she was very friendly and helpful.

I've been going here for awhile. It's my go to car shop when I need anything pertaining to cars. Unfortunately the service seems to be getting worse and worse. Wait wise. The staff are still super friendly and helpful but if you're in a hurry. Please choose another store. They are very understaffed and don't have much sense of urgency or good with prioritizing. But they will get you what you need and help you with any questions. It's just sad to see such a great business take a down swing. Hopefully it'll get better soon. I give it three stars because of the availability of a large variety of products and helpfulness of the staff. It's really the only saving grace.

Above average customer service experience at this location. The store staff were very responsive to a credit card issue I experienced when shopping there. I my situation the card had been charged multiple times for the same sale. The staff peruses getting the issue corrected at the national level as they were unable to correct it in house. Many thanks to the crew in Milford Store.

Excellent service! They were extremely helpful compared to the lewes auto zone. They answered swiftly told me when my part would potentially be shipped in if they had it in stock and if not gave me proper directions on if I could order the part to there establishment.

I had an amazing experience! An employee Rick was extremely helpful. I was frustrated because I had been to several stores before this one and no one could help me or seemed to just not care. When I walked into the store I was automatically greeted by Rick and asked if there s anything he could do to help me. I told him I wasn t sure what part I needed but my car was making a weird noise and I thought I needed new spark plugs. He went out to my car and looked it over. Most employees do not know much about cars but he seemed to be confident and have education on cars. After about 5 minutes he knew exactly what I needed, went into the store and got the part for me. I m not too car Davy so he offered to put the part on for me. I haven t had any issues and I even got a few other things for my car. I will definitely be back as long as Rick is working. Thank you so much for your help!

I paid upfront for a brake booster for the next day to come in. Went to the store 24 and 48 & 72 hrs later. It wasn t received for 2 days. Now the store says recieved they can t find and don t even attempt to call this location. Useless is a understatement. Millsboro will answer and help Milford should just close up.

Unmasked and unhelpful.I had no assistance offered to me in the 15 minutes I was in the store, and only 2 out of the 6 employees I observed were wearing masks. The ignorance and disregard for others not as young and healthy as you must view yourselves is disgusting.

The store is clean and well organized. The part I needed was in stock and only took a moment to find. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They didn't hesitate to come out to the parking lot to test my battery and alternator. This is the level of customer service I've come to expect from Autozone and the reason I'll always be back.

I enjoyed talking with the manager Ken, that was a former manager at another company I use to frequent!!! When you hired him, you hired an awesome respectable gentleman!!!! He had no problem with installing the new battery in my grandson car!!!! I'll be back to visit!!! Thanks again, Ken!!!!

Had an accident .25 mile away from this shop. My bumper popped off and was dragging against the wheel. I came here and the staff was and incredibly helpful and one gentlemen helped me screw my bumper back on free of charge. Incredibly thankful for their assistance, they are clearly a good group of people.

Very disappointed , I got a new battery 3 years ago at milford auto zone they put it in my car , now my battery needs to be charged and dover and milford said they could not take my battery out of my car , there was Corrosion on one side of cable I bought a cleaning kit , but the dover store guy could not get the battery out of car

I visit so frequently that I am a regular. The employees are always so kind and helpful. My truck broke down a few days ago and I ve had several people offer to help and even to buy my truck. Great people.

I stopped by yesterday to inquire about replacing the batteries in my key fobs.The gentleman behind the counter was kind and courteous and replaced the batteries in both. I highly recommend this business for wonderful customer service.

Called numerous times called 5 times no one answered on the 6th try a lady answered was very rude told me to hold then hung up milford autozone used to be the best autozone in delaware until they started hiring new ppl about a month ago now the lady's that work there have sold me the wrong part twice and there customer service sucks that's the only way to put it

Caleb from the Milford store has horrible customer service skills.. i called the store to get things rolling so i could just run in pay and leave. Told him i was on my way and pulling in. After i get out of my car with 4 minutes to 630, it would have taken 2 minutes to take my money, hence i called and he had all the information he needed. Instead he walked to the door as i coming to the door said were closing up and locked the door in my face.. you close at 630 that means the doors don t get locked till 630 not at 627. I could under stand if it was for something stupid like a air freshener But it wasn t. I ll take my business else where

Two months ago I went in to purchase a headlamp for my CRV and the counter advisor said "let me come out and install that for you". Wow! He did a great job. Because of that great service I went back 2 months later and purchased some silicone wiper blades .. and Jonathan insisted on coming out to install them for me. Double-WOW! Service-service-service! These guys make the AutoZone Brand a preferred brand! Thanks Jonathan!

Took my Chevy Suburban 2015 to store. Needed new battery. TV claims will put new battery in, but Employee refused. Claimed could not be responsible if not put in correctly. Took to dealership, spent 100 dollars more. They laughed and claimed that guy must have wanted to do it.wantewantedit.

Very professional very helpful answer all u questions and help u get the right things for ur car or truck and explain everything to u I haven't done business with everyone that works there but the ones I have very dependable and professional could run any business I'm sure the other employees are just as professional
