Had Nick and crew install a new Borla S-Type exhaust on my 2020 Ram 1500, and then finished it off with a hand wash. I always feel like I'm family when I walk in. During the install, my truck was well taken care of and the crew kept me posted about what step of the process they were on, and when I could expect it finished. Great service, friendly staff, competitive prices, and locally owned. Will definitely use again for future projects!

Over the past two years, Super Service Automotive, under the leadership of Nick, the owner, has consistently impressed me with their outstanding service and craftsmanship, especially on my F150 Raptor. On two separate occasions, there were issues with parts missing from the manufacturer. Nick didn't just note the issue; he went above and beyond by directly contacting the manufacturer, ensuring that the missing parts were overnighted to us. I m beyond thrilled with Nick, Brooke, and the outstanding customer support and world-class service!! I needed new tires for my 2020 Tundra and had an idea to add a few performance upgrades while at it. Emailed them through their website and was stunned at how responsive, friendly, and helpful they were to recommend options and quickly find the parts to get it done!Each recommendation was carefully suggested so as to not only realize the best possible outcome, but the right balance of efficiency no upsells! What a great experience! I took my truck in to SuperService Automotive to have a suspension lift installed. During the process, a lot of non lift related parts were found either bad or negotiable that needed to be replaced. Not only did Nick and Jen answer all my questions, they were able to find the needed parts to complete the job. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.

This place never lets us down! You can call them on your worst day when they are about to close and they will do anything they can to help you. The front desk is incredibly kind and understanding every single one of them. I always know I am getting an honest quote and trust them completely. The free rental car service is wonderful. I wish I found them sooner!

I have been going to Nick and his team for the last few years and they are THE BEST in the area! From the mechanics in the back to the amazing staff at the counter. I don t just trust them with my fleet but also with my friends and family s vehicles. We have purchased tires, had exhaust work done, vehicle sensors, battery replacement, oil changes, major engine work, and even a lift for my personal truck. They use only the best parts and the facility is state of the art. Make sure you tell Nick I sent you!

Over the years I've used SSA to maintain/upgrade numerous vehicles and have always been very satisfied. Their customer service has always been top notch keeping you informed every step of the way. Likewise I've also been very pleased with everything they've done mechanically, you can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have used Super Service for a few of our vehicles and have been nothing but completely satisfied. Brooke is very friendly. They stay on top of communication about the work and expected completion. The office is clean and welcoming. They even picked on me, rightfully so, like we are old friends. I recommend them to everyone looking for a mechanic.

First time using this shop based on recommendations. They outdid themselves! Communication was spot on, especially since I was away and I was able to easily decide what work I wanted completed and they explained all issues perfectly. Cost was in line with my expectations. Definitely recommend.

I recently contacted super service automotive to evaluate my breaks after the Audi dealership insisted I needed replacement along with a large service quote. Jenn communicated with me every step of the way, quoted my service for half of dealership cost and the shop even communicated to me that my breaks didn t really need to be done and could wait another 7k miles until my next oil change. They also pointed out some recommended maintenance that was due or coming due in the near future. They easily could have sold me breaks I didn t need but instead they gained a customer for life! I appreciate their honesty and their expertise!

Very helpful, quick, affordable, and respectful.They helped fit me into a timeline to get the car worked on for an alignment and also notified me of the upcoming maintenance. I wasn t prepared for all the items financially and they respected that. All items were items that truly needed maintenance. The alignment was ~150$ and completed within 1-2 hours after authorization the work.Most notably, they helped give me a ride to and from my house so I could easily get back to working from home for the day. I get all my car care here.

Have a modified Jeep Wrangler I couldn't find anyone locally that worked on them and knew what they were doing. Friend referred me to Super Service. They absolutely knew how to work on modified Jeeps and actually fixed issues I had been having after having it at another local shop in Smyrna. Their team is professional and prompt with estimates and they're thorough in their work and stand behind it. I'll be bring my other cars back. Hard to find a reputable shop these days but this place certainly hits the mark . Highly recommend this shop.

Easy to schedule an appointment with the friendly service manager. I was able to wait in their comfortable waiting area for my vehicles routine maintenance. The work was done quickly and well. Super Service has been my go to shop and I gladly refer friends and family as I know they will be taken care of professionally and with quality work!

Awesome service, Great team at Super Service. When my wife brought this car we didn t know it needed a lot of work done. I can absolutely say Super Service got it back to the way it suppose to run. Sorry it s taken me so long to write a review! My boyfriend and I have been taking our vehicles here for the better part of a year and we have nothing but great things to say. They go above and beyond for us every time, are very straightforward and prices are reasonable. I usually end up dealing with Brooke, who is a sweetheart but I ve never had a bad experience with anyone. Everyone treats you like family. There s no such thing as something too small or great to fix. Definitely our go to place. Thank you all so much for your expertise and kindness!P.S. keep the air fresheners coming! :)

Took my vehicle here to prep it for upcoming track season. The staff, Jen, is super friendly and knowledgeable who setup the appointment for me.I will try to keep this short:This shop is one of the few shop that can perfectly adjust the alignment on newer BMWs, if you know what I mean, you know you can trust them.Will take my car here for future service & maintenance.

Very friendly and courteous! Walk-in for oil change and tire rotation, my car was done in under an hour. Aly was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car.Highly recommend SSA to everyone in the MOT area of Delaware.

My experience was exceptional. I had a tire going flat and they took care of it in very short order. The office staff were great and helpful. I gave Super Service a shot based on MOT FB reviews a year ago and they are the best auto service shop I ve used in years. Appointments are usually easy to get, they are incredibly efficient getting the car in and out and the text estimates are so clear and easy. Their techs never leave a mess on the steering wheel or dash, crazy that it s something you have to worry about other places. Brooke is so pleasant and responsive. I m so pleased to have found a great auto shop!

My experience dealing with Super Service Automotive was awesome. Nick and his team in the garage and the Service counter were amazing. Nick ordered my product for my corvette and the items were spot on and the installation was done to perfection. With Jen taking care of me with on time information and with all of the right answers, i couldn't have had a better experience. I would recommend Super Service Automotive to anyone looking to get Service on their vehicle.

I cannot say enough about this shop. They are always so accommodating, friendly, but most of all informative. As an average consumer, it can be frustrating when it comes to car repairs, but I like the way they explain everything and set the expectations on time, labor and costs. If something comes up, they are fast to let me know and give me what options I have available. They always tell me their recommendations for upcoming services I may need (tires, brakes, tune up), along with the estimates so I can decide when and if I want to bring it back. They never make me feel like they are pushing unnecessary repairs just for profit. When you get your next oil change you may want to consider new brakes because the measurement is #mm..etc. They even gave me their expert advice regarding additional services/modifications I asked about for my (4) cars even if it didn t benefit them at all, but it helped me know what to look for and what questions to ask. The people there are so nice and you can tell they really love what they do and care about the community. Take your car there one time and you will never want to go elsewhere!

Took my 2006 Carrera S in for service. Being newly back in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find Super Service Automotive. Facility is super clean (important to me), everyone was extremely professional. I waited for the service in their extremely comfy chairs. Everything was as excellent and as agreed when appointment was made. Pricing was reasonable for Porsche, certainly far better than dealership pricing. Will be back for next service!

Staff is wonderful and helpful. Everything went smooth from the time of the appointment being made till I picked up after the service was done. They didn t even push when I declined a recommendation. Hands down, the best automotive place i ve used. I will continue to use Super Service in the future.

I first went to Super Service Automotive several years ago when they had their much smaller shop on Peterson Rd (before everyone learned how great they are). I dropped in without an appt on my way to work at my husband s suggestion (he already had positive experiences there) bc my brakes suddenly started making a really terrible sound. They took a quick look and immediately discovered a safety issue. They were able to put me in a free loaner as I continued on to work and they did the repair promptly and fairly priced. Nick and his team are professional, knowledgeable, very communicative and trustworthy. They have serviced both of our family s vehicles and it s a relief that we know who to call when something goes wrong. Always friendly service at the front desk makes the maintenance experience easy and quick. Providing a courtesy loaner car really helps when my only car is in the shop. I highly recommend Super Service Automotive if your car is due for service.
