If your looking for top quality workmanship at a great rate Scotti Muffler is where you want to go. There customer service is just as great as the work they do. They did amazing work on my F250. Now I have long tube headers and a full custom exhaust that sounds awesome! If you need exhaust work go see the crew at Scotti's Muffler

This is the first mechanic I feel like I can trust in a long time. I had a lot of front end work done on my Tundra and they originally quoted me about $3800 but they took some parts and labor off after they found out that the new tie rods I needed came with the new rack and pinion. They saved me about $300 when they easily could have charged me the quoted amount and I wouldn't have known the difference. They also brought my truck in right when I showed up for my appointment and called me when they were finishing up. So many times at other places I've brought my truck in and it sat for so long before they brought it in. Then I had to call them to figure out when the truck was done. These guys don't do that. They get you in on time and call when they're done. I won't take my truck anywhere else now.

I woke up to a flat tire and had a spare put on, and I came to Scottie's to see if it could be plugged, and they were able to help me immediately, even though I was just a walk-in. They checked the tire out and it could not be plugged and they suggested I get the tire replaced. They didn't have my tire in stock, but even called next-door to get a tire for me ultimately I had to leave because my parents said, we would change all four tires tomorrow but as someone who knows nothing about cars I appreciated their help. I felt bad for wasting their time, but again, I really appreciated everyone's service

Finding an honest mechanic is almost impossible. This is the only one I have found. I have been going to Scotti s for 15 years and they are always honest, helpful, and great on price. I even buy tires from them because I know, that even if they are a couple of extra bucks, they are going to be done right.

My neighbor recommended Scotti after he had used them for years.I went in for a tune up. They didn t try to over sell me. They did the work I asked for and gave me some advice for future care of the vehicle. I d definitely go back with future needs.

This is a hidden gem of a shop. It is located beside the Valero on Main St. Pricing are very competitive, and their technicians are knowledgeable. Most of all, they operate with honesty and integrity.I had a local auto mechanic told me that this is the shop he uses for his personal vehicle issues. That speaks volume! And from our recent experiences, we can see why.

Above and beyond customer service!I had my car towed in last minute and Scotti Muffler did a diagnostic free of charge. There was an issue with the transmission, they recommended a shop close by and drove my car over there for me.Thank you, again!

Great staff & have great experience since years. I like to support our local Middletown hard workers always. Had my tire replaced with no appointments needed like other big auto repair stores.My all time repair shop from now on!! Terrible auto repair shop. They worked on my cousin's car, replaced intake manifold. Check engine light came on after there "work". I inspected the car and found the bolts that hold coil pack on were missing. Exactly 1/2 of the bolts not on engine anymore. In addition I found the 8 pin electrical connector retaining tab is broken and they "RTVed" it on. I understand things happen, but when I brought it to them to fix there mistake he told me there are no problems with what and how they fixed the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SCOTTIE'S MUFFLER

Big fan of this shop. They got me scheduled for a new exhaust in a timely manner, then actually took my truck in at the scheduled time. Worked with me on layout and what style tips I wanted. Also were very knowledgeable on muffler types and sounds. The guys in the office were all super pleasant and we chatted while I was there. Finished the job in a very reasonable time while I waited. Super happy with the work done and the price they quoted me is the final price I paid. No upsells or add ons. Will absolutely use them again.

I've been going here for at least 12 yrs and never had any problems or issues. Fred has always been honest,work has always been ready when told it would be,and I will continue using Scotty Muffler.

I got gas with my two screaming babies in the car. My van seemed to have trouble starting so to be safe I asked if one of the mechanics could just see if it was ok to drive. He told me it was my battery and pushed things aside in order to fix my car so I wouldn t break down on the side of the road. He got me in and out in 30 minutes even though he really didn t have time. The whole team was so kind to me and my kids. I 100% recommend themService: General repairs & maintenance

Fabulous service, could ask for more honest mechanics to help diagnose an issue. Also does fantastic exhausts. Took my truck here for a little more sound and they took great care of me and my truck with reasonable price ranges and options

Just got 4 tires put on my car. Needed them done early before going to my job. They did it efficiently and also checked my front for free with time to spare. They let me know it needed a slight adjustment and there were no parts needing replacement on the front end. Also gave me a heads up on my brake pads that needed replacing. Very accurate, affordable, friendly and helpful. I will be making an appointment with them for the alignment. Very good family owned and operated shop. ThanksJust went to get 4 more tires for my other vehicle. Honored the appointment perfectly again. Told me what needed replacing on my front end and checked my brakes so I can fix if I want instead of taking me to the cleaners. Great group of people. They even took the time to put my spare in the back under the back of the truck which was awesome.

As you can see... Their reputation speaks for itself but they have been so wonderful, I felt I should add my story. We have taken our cars in for several different reasons, exceptional service each time. We recently bought our daughter an older used car and it has been a pain from day one. Scotti Muffler's has went above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of! Exceptional Service, Exceptional Prices!

Got a P0420 code, came in for a diagnosis, they didn't even want to diagnose, said it's always a cat failure (even though that code is thrown for a dozen other problems). Quoted me $2000. Got a second opinion at Super Service and they couldn't find anything wrong with my cat, and the code turned off on its own shortly after. Figure Scotti just wanted to make a quick buck on a cat code. Won't be trusting them in the futureService: Auto emissions testing

My two trucks have gone there for custom exhaust systems and both times have been excellent. Employees are excellent with understanding what needs to be done and suggest stuff. My 2017 Silverado had the feature that would shut half the engine down while going a constant speed. With an exhaust, dropping down to 4 cylinders makes the exhaust sound weird and they recommended a device that I could plug in to eliminate that. It was helpful and I've been going there for years and always been happy with the work they have done. The exhaust guy, I can't remember his name sorry, when you schedule exhaust work he comes to talk to you about what you want and he tells you what he will do so you understand and are happy with what he will do. For exhaust work I would highly recommend them. I haven't had any mechanical problems to take there but I imagine it's the same as far as repairs. Good work and good staff. Highly recommend.

Can't say much for their work, but their service was invaluable to me today. I had been trying to get a tire mounted, and was in a jam. Tried 5 shops for the <10 minute task and everyone turned me away stating they were "too busy". When I worked automotive it would have been unheard of in any of the shops I was at to turn away someone in a bind with something so simple and small... the guy working the desk at Scotti's went ahead and got my tire mounted up as soon as he had a few minutes to do so because all the techs were working on other vehicles.This is exactly the kind of service I knew from the industry, and I'm beyond appreciative to have found it alive and well in this little local shop!

Great experience. I m new to the area and going to a new mechanic can be stressful when you don t know much about cars. I felt they were trustworthy. When they took my car apart to fix it they found some unexpected issues they hadn t previously seen but they didn t charge me more than they had already quoted. What a life saver! We were driving home from vacation and I felt my car shaking. Pulled over and I didn't have a flat but one tire and this huge bulge in it. Tried stoping at another place and they said I could leave the car with them overnight. I had my entire family...so I was hoping to find another option. Stopped in here. They were super nice and we're able to squeeze us in! I was super thankful. Great service and a very good price. Thank you so much!

I can t comment on service because I had someone else bring my car in, but they are honest and don t over charge. My car had an exhaust leak and my car sounded kind a lawn mower. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it and my car literally sounds good as new. I was so nervous I was going to have to replace my whole exhaust but I didn t. They gained a customer.

My experience started with a friendly voice named Fred answering the phone. I had a slow, but fast, leak in a tire and needed it repaired asap. Two other places basically turned me away saying that I needed an appt and they were too busy to help me. This shop was polite, professional, quick, and clean... and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop for your service needs. I will remember their help in my time of need.

Professional and courteous, on time. Made an appointment for service, showed up at my appointment time, my exhaust problem was diagnosed in 15 minutes and repaired in 30 minutes. And did not cost as much as I expected. Great service. I was a satisfied customer.

The only honest mechanic I have ever encounter!! this shop gave me a refund just because the part was $25 cheaper than they quoted me when I dropped the car off. The man at the front desk at the Middletown store is the most efficient worker I have ever seen. I honestly joke with my wife that he might be a robot, because he is pleasant, can do 5 things at once and doesn't stop working for a second. I never had to take my car back because of bad work or recurring issues.Update 11/21/2019Once again honest work from these guys. I had many codes and they solved all the problems and charged me much less than I expected.

Guys here are always great. Ran over a screw and just needed a patch, but them and every other shop were booked full for days. Despite this, they were able to fit me in when I called and quickly had the tire fixed so I could get back on the road.

I was traveling from Virginia to New Jersey, taking a break in Middletown when suddenly there was an awful noise coming from the back of my car. I stopped at Scotti asking them to check what was happening. They immediately looked at my car and discovered that the bolts of a rear caliper brake were missing. They put new bolts and on my way I was. Scotti muffler was professional, kind and honest ( they charged very little). Thank you for you help.
