I just wanted to share my latest experience at Patriot. I have trusted them in the past to work on my car, since they have never let me down. Always up front about what needed to be fixed, what it would cost, and gave me options when available. This time was no different. Not only was Patriot Auto able to get it finished in less time than expected, but they did it at an extremely reasonable price. In an age where service can be questionable and prices are high. Patriot Auto is a true example of a customer focused business. I am proud to endorse them. This is no fake review. I m a real customer and I stand by my statement and I stand by this shop. Top Notch!

This is the only time I have ever left a place of business and felt completely ripped off. I got an oil change, a new head light, and they checked the light that came on in my truck and it was almost 500.00. I don t know why anyone would ever go here. I wanted to help a new and local small business by trying them out.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the super spunky ladies at the service counter. They listened to all of my concerns and assured me that Patriot Auto will take care of me and Louise (my 2000 Park Ave). They not only addressed the issue at hand, but also made a point to inform me about a safety concern in another area, and were able to fix that as well in a timely manner and at an affordable price. I've worked in the auto business for many years and the staff here are very knowledgeable and honest, which is greatly appreciated in that industry. Thanks again guys, I will be returning to have this top notch shop keep Louise on the road and running at her best.

Do not step foot in this auto shop . First of all the woman at the front is disgusting. She kept clearing her nasty mucus the entire time I was waiting on my vehicle like where is the class? Decorum? First red flag Secondly they take forever. For a simple one day task I took them several weeks to complete. Which meant I was without a vehicle for weeks. Thirdly when I went to finally pick up my car, they randomly decide they can up the price??? Why quote the customer one thing and decide to up the price. No class, all trash auto shop. I will never give them my money again.

I have been to them twice now for maintenance on my Pilot. They are very friendly and did a great job on my SUV. They found and fixed something that could have been dangerous if the crack ended up breaking completely. For that I am grateful. I found their prices to be fair as well.

Professional, courteous, service. Dropped my vehicle off for oil, oil filter, tire rotation, and service inspection. Service was completed faster than expected. Reasonable prices!

I took my car to Patriot today for an oil change. No attempt to upsell me on parts or service. Nothing negative to say about the service. The only downside is there is no WiFi offered so I couldn't work while I waited.

I had maintenance done on my car. Everything was good, except for how long it took. That was somewhat frustrating to me. It took 5+ hrs. Other than that, I was pleased.

Overpriced. Quoted $1100 for 4 tires that I bought online and had installed at my house for $750.Edit: responding to owner. Quote was provided over the phone on 9/11/23 and I promptly had my car towed out of your shop. No one cares enough to make fake reviews. You tried charging nearly twice as much as your competitors.

I called the day of my appointment to see if they could squeeze me in to check out my tires. To my surprise, the appointment was booked right away, and they took great care of me while I was there. Phenomenal service, I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The mechanic and other staff were extremely friendly, and made sure to teach me everything I needed to know in order to further care for my vehicle.I received fantastic advice, I was not haggled, and I was given exactly what I needed to get my car moving again. 10/10, I would recommend this service to anyone in the Middletown area.Service: Tires

I would not recommend this shop. The prior owners always did a great job but the new owners are sloppy and don't really care what your car looks like at the end of the repair. I picked up my car and found the carpets had all grease on them and the side door panel and steering wheel or full of dirt and grease. When I went and told them about it I didn't even get an apology. Definitely going to find somewhere else.

I came in needing a new tire and was assisted immediately. They ordered the tire and had it replaced the very next day. When I dropped it off, they quoted me 30 minutes and were done in less than 20.Service: TiresService: Tires

I must say these guys are phenomenal! The staff is friendly, the mechanics are knowledgeable and they are decently priced. As an at home mechanic myself, I trust these guys whole heartedly with my vehicles. Which includes a van with 440 thousand miles on it. We had a problem with our tire while traveling through the state. We pulled off Rt 1 in Middletown and found Middletown Car Care. They were very accommodating and fit us into their busy schedule. Our tire was fixed and we happily continued on our travels. Good service, reasonable price and friendly staff.Service: TiresService: Tires

The worst repair shop I've ever been to. Took truck in to replace struts. They put the wrong struts on. My truck dropped so low, that the bottom of the truck would scrap the ground when I pulled outta my driveway. Took it back the next day where I was told that I needed a leveling kit although I did not have one on there before I took it in to be repaired. I've never received a call after I repeatedly call to check on the status. I towed it to another shop and was told the wrong struts was on there. I informed the owner who told me she would not refund or replace struts unless I bring her the right ones. The owner was very nasty and unprofessional. She even walked out of the shop while we were talking. Currently seeking legal counsel.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Stop in to see if they could stop my heat shield from rattling on my work car. They did just what I asked at a cool price I then made a appointment for my daughters suv to have tires and alignment done and once again they did it at cool price All I can say is I m happy I stumbled across this place and if I have any issues that I can t fix I know were to go!!!!

Horrible experience, I would urge others to go elsewhere. We asked for our Transmision to be flushed and when we left the shop, we noticed the car was sluggish first into second gear. we called back the next day and we were told they couldn't fit us in. We then take the car to Deltrans and found out that Patriot did not put in the correct amount of transmission fluid. Deltrans said it was a quart and a half low. When it was brought up to the owner, I was told we wouldn't get the refund because we didn't bring the car back to them. Sad that the service manager lied about us not trying to get the car back in, The Technician who performed the service lied about how much fluid they put into the car and a owner who doesn't take responsibility for his employees or stands behind there work. Had we not taken it to Deltrans and drove the car we would be looking at replacing the Transmission for the Tune of 6k. Another fly by the night mechanic shop, I would take it elsewhere and if you do take it here for service even if its a simple oil change check their work so you're not out more money.Services: Transmission, Tire rotations, Oil change

Best car repair facility I've ever used. These people are friendly, understanding and have always worked with high integrity. I've been using them for the past few years and have never been disappointed. They always take good care of my van's service needs and have always managed to work me into their busy schedule. And, they do it sincerely (difficult to find that kind of service these days). My only regret is I didn't start going there earlier! Awesome!

I happened to stop by and unfortunately they were full that day. They quickly made me an appointment for the next day. I showed up the next day and was beautifully greeted by Ann Marie. Sean then looked over my car, realized that there was nothing really wrong, just a few loose bolts. He tightened them up in under five minutes, said don t worry about it and sent me on my way. Much appreciated you too! I will be back!

Today a wrench light came on and when I pushed my gas pedal it wouldn t work (scary). I called Middletown Car Care on my way to Middletown and they were able to get me in that day! Very professional, quick service, reasonable prices, and great customer service. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

They were honest about the repair and cost. The woman at the corner was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The men who worked on my car, loved where they worked and loved what they do. That means a lot these days. The owner even took time on his break to show my son the shop. 2/15/23 Edit to add: My review was on the team and crew of Middletown Car Care and not the new business that has taken over.9/8/21Edited to add: Today I took my car in for an oil change and to fix an issue with the AC. The AC issue was previously repaired by Middletown Car Care and 3 weeks later the part broke. They ordered the part replacement, adjusted my AC so it would still work with a broken part, called me when it came in and installed it today at no extra cost. I just paid for the oil change today. AND...they came to my house to pick me up because I did not have a ride to pick my car up from them when they finished!! I was blown away by the gracious customer service!! Thank you Middletown Car Care!!6/4/20 Thank you so much for not just fixing my car, but also taking the time to communicate with me in a language I understand through the whole process. I truly appreciate your "bedside" manners to openly communicate the why and how on getting my car back to it's normal function. It drove beautifully on the way home from your shop! This is a review long overdue and I truly owe it to Middletown Car Care to publicly praise them for the excellent service I have received there over nearly a decade. I can count on one hand the businesses I have taken the time to actually sit down, collect my thoughts, and write an online review for and that alone, from my perspective at least, is a testament to the quality of service I've received over the years. Google only allows 5 stars, and my rating only shows 5 stars, but my actual rating is 6, and that's because Middletown Car Care has always gone the extra mile for me; saving me time, money, and frustration. First and foremost, they're a trustworthy shop. They're not trying to run up a bill full of unnecessary work or repairs or maintenance that is not immediately needed. They give you a straight forward diagnosis of the problem, tell you what you need to fix immediately, advise you of issues that may present a problem in the near future (and how long you have until it becomes an immediate issue); they give you a quote for each repair, and there's no pressure - you choose the repairs you want done. In my experience, those future issues that they point out typically arise in the quoted approximate time period - I've learned its better to take their advice and not get stuck on the side of the road. The service is fast and usually done before the original estimate. I've also had numerous instances in which the final cost has come in well below the original estimate. Sean has worked some magic on my cars, coming up with creative solutions to properly repair issues and save me a ton of money. I tried many shops when I moved to Middletown and despite my cynicism and skeptical nature, Middletown Car Care won me over - and enough for a wordy 6 star review.

Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and treat you like family is how I would describe Middletown Car Care. My daughter's car was at the WV dealership for over a week and still having issues. We took her car to Middletown Car Care and within 24 hours the car is fixed and running like new. I noticed a strange sound from my car on my drive down to the beach for 4th of July weekend. I called these guys to see if they could take a look and tell me if I was safe to keep driving, and they were able to see me within 15 minutes. Even though I didn't get any repairs done there, they checked out my car for free and were super nice and respectful. I would absolutely go here again!
