Great place. I recently took my EV6 there for a tire rotation and the service was quick and painless. Their price is also way better than others who are doing tire rotation. Thanks to Brandon and Brett (who rotated the tires) and helped me while I was at the shop. Also big thanks to the gentleman who greeted me. I would highly recommend.

I was having issues with my battery. Took my car here in the morning as a walk in, was instantly seen, and had a new battery in the car like an hour later. Staff were all really nice and attentive. It made a stressful morning a lot more pleasant. Also very reasonable prices for the battery and install.

This is a decent place to get new tires. Reasonably priced and they explain it fairly clearly. I was a little disappointed with my last experience here, however. They charged me for four valve stems but never replaced my valve stems, and they also left all four tires covered in the grease they use to put the tires on. Not sure if I ll come back here next time I need tires.

Was on a rode trip with my brother when the car showed a flat in the front tire. Upon inspection, we realized that there was a cut on the side wall of the tire. Luckily we were right across the street from NTD. They didn't have the tire size we needed and suggested we go to F***S**** (don't want to give they any credit) Luckily they did have the tire but we were told we couldn't buy one tire we had to buy four. After a small debate with DAN we purchased ONE tire and brought it back to BRANDON and WILL at NTD to be mounted on the rim. They very professional at NTD. We highly recommend going there for your car needs.

Had another great experience at this location. The courtesy and professionalism is over flowing and that makes a huge impression on customers. Will definitely continue bringing my vehicle to this location for services. Much appreciation to the manager Brandon!

What an amazing experience, I took my vehicle in after a lot of issues from replacing the engine six weeks after I bought it right after 30-day warranty ran out. Brandon, Will and Drew let me know that my rebuilt engine now had a massive oil leak and advised me not to get the oil changed it would be a waste at this time. they filled my fluids and rotated my tires and did not charge me. They said it was horrible how some shops take advantage of people. I absolutely, cried when I left knowing that 3 young men took the time to show me the leak and let me know what to do. I still get emotional thinking about how nice they were. I will forever take any vehicle I have to them.

I came here to get some Serious work done. They didn't have the parts at my visit. So I will be returning to get the work done when the parts arrive. The technician was very informative and friendly. The waiting area was extremely clean. .

I had a great experience here! I had all four of my tires changed in around 45 minutes. It was really quick! Brett was the one who changed my tires, he was very knowledgeable and kind.

I purchased some tires online and they charged a very fair price of $80 to install them and dispose of my old tires. I got there early, had no wait to get my car in, and my car was ready about 75 minutes later. The work appeared to be done right and the tires are balanced property.

I came in the get my tired mount and balanced. Willie did a really great job. Also explained to me that I will need breaks and rotors as to they were wearing down. Took very good care of me and showed me exactly what was going on, what was going to be needed. I will be returning.

When visiting this location, the manager Brandon was such a pleasure. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my car. He is an amazing manager and you can tell that he loves his job. If i ever need any work done in the future with my car , i will be sure to stop by here first ! You will not be disappointed by the service !

Had some service done to my vehicle at this location while visiting family in DE and the service was outstanding. The manager Brandon was very professional, courteous, and polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place for auto service.

These guys are great. Got a smoking deal on some continental tires online. Reservations were super easy I was able to reserve my tires for $25. Nick and Ryan helped me out and we re super professional! They both took the time to make sure that I was taken care of and answered all my questions! Super happy with these guys five stars all the way.Andrew

Scheduled tire change appointment at 10:00 and arrived at 9:45. My truck sat in the parking until 10:30 before I asked what the status was. The Manager said it'll be about 30 minutes before they can get to it. I left! What's the point in scheduling a specific time if you can't get to the job started in a reasonable time!?I went to NTB in Glasgow got in within 10 minutes. It appears the Middletown NTB is over booking jobs. Is it because they are newly opened or is it avarice!

So far I am extremely pleased with the service rendered by these guys. From the time I first placed the call, to the time I left, they were very professional. I came if for a mount and balance on all four and decided to get an alignment as well. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Just picked up my car from them.I gave it for regular service and maintenance and fixing a thermostat leak. They did a great service at a reasonable price and also diagnosed the issue and later I got it fixed. They were very nice and respectful. They know what they are doing. I am definitely going to the place again for getting my car maintained.

The guys at the NTB in Middletown DE(Brandon and Ryan) are courteous, knowledgeable service providers who really helped us out when we had a flat coming off an exit ramp. Efficient professionals. Highly recommended!

So happy! I had a tire going flat. I called NTB in Middletown and they got me in same day! The technicians were friendly and helpful and on time. I was so surprised when they didn t charge me! Thank you NTB Middletown- you guys are the best!!!!

I ve been coming here recently, I ve had my work truck serviced here once so far, and this is my second time having my personal car in. Service has always been fast and reliable, staff has always been friendly, prices compete well with all other local businesses. Today, I learned they were bought out by Mavis, eventually they ll be updating the signage and decor, but with the staff and technicians still working here, I m sure the overall quality will still be great. I ve been recommending this location since the beginning of this year, and I hope everyone is as happy with them as I am. With the Mavis takeover, I know they have pretty good tire prices, so when the time comes for new tires, this place will be my first option.

Came in for a 4 wheel alignment on my 2018 Dodge Charger and was in and out in reasonable time. Everyone was nice. This my second time here and each time I was greatly taken care of. The car bays was very clean and all the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend NTB in Middletown DE.

I got a flat tire yesterday so I went to NTB, nobody was at the front desk so I have to wait for more than 10 min, after that a tech said he could fix the flat tire but maybe I need to wait for an hour because by that time it was almost 6pm, I wait and they fix the tire but the tech refused to install the tire back in my car, it is the first time that this happened to me I mean after fix the flat tire they should put the tire back in the car, right?, it should be included as a procedure for a flat tire, so I have to remove the spare tire and put the recent fixed flat tire, wow what a great customer service!, honestly I won t be here anymore for anything!, I m pretty disappointed with that level of service for this place. I cannot give them zero stars but they really do not deserve a 1 star.

Great experience. Dropped off my car for service first thing in the morning and was super quick turn around time. Also provided additional recommendations for preventative maintenance.
