I bought my tractor over a year ago and totally forgot to do a review. Phil Crossley Was great to deal with. Gave me a great price and went above and beyond. By far the most painless experience buying anything.

We shopped for a Compact tractor at several dealers and decided to buy a Kubota BX23S. After shopping at another dealer I reached out to Phil Crossley at Hoober s in Middletown. His communication was great and he provided an excellent price with no haggling. When I went to pick up the tractor it was ready and I completed the purchasing process in less than 15 minutes. We couldn t be happier with our purchase. Thanks Phil.

Great service. Equipment, parts, and service staff are always helpful. Much better than Burke (who lost my business by always giving you the runaround). Phil Crossley is who I deal with, but all the sales guys are solid, but Phil will treat you right Just all around a good place to do business.

I've asked Hoober, Inc. mechanics to complete routine service work on my tractors for years. The mechanics complete quality work and in a timely manner. I've even had experiences where they've gone above and beyond. When I've asked for help in the parts department, I have been blown away by the customer service I received. Specifically, Jake, has been incredibly supportive to help me. He made sure to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Hoober, Inc. to any and everyone.

My boys and I love everything tractor we also enjoy walking the lot and dreaming of future purchases. On one such visit, after buying a toy for the boys, one of the young gentlemen with a hook in his hat brim came over and supplied us with three brand new Hoober hats! We ll definitely be stopping back when it s time for a zero-turn. Thank You!

Bought a used Kubota zero turn mower from Hoober a few weeks ago. Great experience. Very good price. Delivered right to my driveway exactly when promised. I had a slight problem my second time using it and they came right out and fixed it right away so I could get mowing again. Excellent customer service. I will buy there again for sure. They do business with integrity!

We are new to the tractor world. We called the local New Holland and John Deere and Kubota dealers. I told them my wife would be on the tractor as much if not more then me. I am not going to talk bad about the other dealerships, but I will say we bought a Kubota from Phil Crossley at Hoobers. His relaxed personality, no pressure sales tactic, and overall concern for us getting what we needed, not what he wanted us to buy. (The other two dealers tried upselling us). Not only was the sales experience great, the price was best AND their inventory was ample. I can t recommend them enough. Thanks Phil. We really appreciate your professionalism.

Can I get it is cool and I will send it out in a bit but it is cool with the chicken is a nice guy I know that I am a few more hours to be expensive just have been working in touch soon with a few of my life with anything else from the fire alarm in touch and let it be there at boat and the people and I will get it so r the left of trees the field and the other two break and I will send the rest I can get a few things do and will be back in touch soon with the right people and they have been talking for the meeting with anything you are craving it so I don't ask and see what happens to do

Have a Kubota B2601 broke a hydraulic metal tube along with a rubber hose for the loader, Kubota didn't have one in stock to order and didn't know when they would be in stock, so I was out of luck, until Hoober Inc., Middletown, De called and said they have a new loader in stock and to bring line and hose in, if it's the right parts they will take them off their stock loader for me, so I can get back running, when ever the new one comes in they'll replace it, what awesome service and great customer appreciation, they're my kubota parts dealer from now on, thanks Glenn, for such great over and beyond service, I'm sorry I don't know the name of gentlemen that removed parts for me, but thanks for your great service above and beyond also, companies today normally don't do things like this, but I can tell everyone that Hoober Inc. Middletown does, super service.

I've only bought a few smaller items here, but when I was trying to locate some tough to find items, the staff was super helpful. They didn't carry what I needed, but the helped me find it at another local business.

Be aware, they have signs up requesting you wear a mask, but they do not wear masks inside, nor do they social distance.
