I was approved, I just didn't have quite enough saved up yet. My experience here was still wonderful, a great family owned business. I didn't buy a car today but I still stayed and talked to them, and they gave me advice for another 30+ mins. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It was such a pleasant feeling, no pressure at all. They were great. Thank you guys so much you are so sweet!

The nicest, easiest people to work with. Very knowledgeable, no pressure at all, went the extra mile in cleaning up small dents and getting the inside spotless, really cared that our son was comfortable with the process of buying his 1st car. 100% recommend Great Cars in Middletown, DE

Not to be self supporting, but my family treats people fairly. We are honest about any and all problems that we know of on a vehicle. We have NEVER intentionally lied or deceived a customer. I just want the truth to be known. We wish every deal was perfect and every customer 100% satisfied but as with all business, you can't please everyone. So please come in and visit us in person. We don't offer miracles, just quality cars and honest information and then you can make the decision for yourself.

I haven't even gone in yet to look at their vehicles. However I was very impressed by how the sales manager dealt with me over the phone. We spoke for about 30 mins and he genuinely cared about me as a customer and wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. This is definitely the place I'm getting my vehicle from. Wonderful customer service! See you guys very soon!
