I definitely recommend going to Diamond Town Tire & Auto. I have been here several times, this is my 1st review. This most recent time I needed an oil change, but they found my rear brakes were not in good shape. I agreed to have these replaced. The very positive part is that they ran into some calibration issues, but Hal, the service manager, offered to drive me home since I lived locally and he couldn t give me a definitive time for completion. He drove me home, called an hour later, picked me up and I got my car back, fully functional. Truly caring, customer-focused shop.

I've been taking my vehicles to Diamond Town Tire the last 6-7 years and the shop and its staff are top notch. Never been disappointed with their work and service. Always on time/always very fair. They get to the bottom of the issue with the vehicle and fix it, even though once it took a few times because it was pretty intricate problem. Owner & son just as kind and helpful as can be. Great customer service. Everyone is super nice and the prices are reasonable. I had an issue with my tire and they switched it out for me and saved me from being late to work. Would definitely recommend this place.

This shop has had my grandson s car for 4 months! They collected close to $10,000 but have excuses week after week indicating the car would be ready any given week since the end of October! . Very pathetic ethics!!! There is no way this place has 4.3 positive reviews!!!They will not get away with the above!!!

They ripped me off.Spoke to them on the phone about what truck I had and tires I needed. They said ok and made me pay for the tires up front then. They ordered the wrong tires (much cheaper ones) and the wrong size. They put them On my truck then when I got to pick up truck I informed them they were the wrong tires and they said there is nothing they can because they mounted them already. They also did an alignment on my truck which I didnt ask for but I paid anyway when I drove truck it was soo bad I had to go straight to another shop to have it corrected. I then had another shop order me the correct tires. I now have a brand new set of $2000 tires that dont fit my truck. I put a picture of the alignment they did.

They took care of my grandfather s old car and it s running like new. Completely friendly and amenable. If they say they re going to take care of it then they take care of it. I d recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly very knowledgeable very well priced I'll definitely be back and they deal with my 3500 on a lift most places say no won't fit but they make it happen, definitely worth a visit

My car had mechanical problems while on vacation in the United States at 8am from my home (Montreal). In my misfortune, I was lucky to have found their garage. Go see Cameron & Jamie.I've been using this shop for many years now, and I have never been let down or disappointed.These guys are trustworthy and reasonable.Recently purchased a full set of tires from Cameron. These guys went above and beyond to keep me on schedule, even worked through lunch to make sure I didn't have any impact on my work schedule!!!

Technician damaged tire when mounting and formed sidewall bubble within a year, with no other damage to the tire, only drove back and forth to work 5 miles each way all year. No one said anything about damage or defect of tire when it was mounted, but damage is clearly visible right where sidewall bubble formed, and another shop technician told me as much. Damage was in an area that would have been covered up by the wheel. Told me it was because I bought them online. Don t go here unless you want to deal with dishonest people.In response: I wasn t trying to get you to warranty the tire, I was trying to have you look at what another technician had told me, and you refused to do so. I know you wouldn t warranty a tire you didn t supply. The other technician took a look at the damage, which clearly had not been damaged externally, and said it was damaged by the technician that put the tire on, that they were certain of that. Which, after inspecting the tire and where the bubble formed, seems pretty clear, although what do I know. And did I demand anything from you while I was there? No, I didn t. So I paid twice for one tire now. Hopefully your tech didn t damage this one too, but I ll guess we ll see. Don t try to swing it like I was trying to shake you down, that didn t happen. I merely brought to your attention what had been told to me by another technician, and you re acting like I m making this up. It s not about the money it s the principle.Service: Tires

These guys are ABSOLUTELY amazing, my son recommended them to me. I told them my needs and concerns about my trip to South Carolina for my family reunion and they nailed it. My f 150 drove as though it was showroom new straight off the lot. Forget the Ford dealer these guys are definitely the way to keep your vehicle rolling down the road.

We were in a big jam Had a Zone lift that was partially installed. My sons truck had been in the driveway for weeks. We were able to get the truck to Diamond Town and they were able to fix and complete the lift, mount, balance 35 tires, do an alignment and fix all the things that needed to be fixed. They were caring and compassionate during a time that was very difficult in our lives. I so appreciate them. Excellent service and follow up. Highly recommend them!

My appointment had gotten messed up and was scheduled for a day that was not possible for me, when I called to voice thus concern they were able to fit me in that same day! They installed all new tires and a leveling kit which was done very well. They also called throughout the job to notify me of any concerns before completing. They are very knowledgeable and provide very good customer service. I will definitely keep going here.Service: Tires

Others may have had a good experience but i had the opposite i was charged for a service i didn t ask for, a service i didn t get and i feel like it was for me being a female. If i came to get a job done and it can t get done, if you choose to dig deeper in the reasons of why you can t do the job it should atlen by the customer first before charging the customer for your own further investigation in my opinion. But i could be wrong and this will be my first and last time coming here. I m very disappointed.Update: took my vehicle elsewhere and was not charged for service that couldn t be done yes diamond tire auto charged a small charge but i didn t have time to negotiate due to my work schedule but if the company needed the small charge for undone work that bad say that..learn to communicate with your customers better! An experienced and trusted auto repair shop. I have come to Diamondtown Tire and Auto Repair for years, I have three cars they work on for my family. They are always transparent about costs and the work that actually needs to be done.Jamie the owner is always helpful and very knowledgeable regarding auto repair. Hal the shop manager also has years experience and very helpful. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee had broken down, and I had it towed to Diamond Town Tire & Auto Care. Not only was their staff friendly, but they squeezed me in and fixed my jeep within 24 hours, including an oil change. It s been a few months, and the jeep is still running great with no other issues. Went in to get a tire repaired, they pointed out the battery needed replacing, which I knew it did but had forgotten to take care of it. Was glad they did, because we were going on a long trip and we could have been stranded.
