Exceeded expectations. They came to my house and quoted a free estimate. They were very professional and patient explaining every detail. They provided timing update of installation, and were always true to their word. I am extremely happy with my glass shower door. Amazing customer service and exceptional craftsmanship. Thank you both so much.

I had a broken basement window and bent frame. I went to Cochran glass on Patriot drive to drop it off to have it repaired. To my surprise they came out got the glass out of my car. I went in to leave my information. I sat down and had a nice conversation with one of the owners.They have a huge window in the office that looks out into the shop, and I saw them working on my window . In less than 15 minutes they have my window repaired looking brand new and the cost was very reasonable. I was happy if I could be. I have used Cochran before to fix many windows in a prior house I owned. I will use them over and over and over again and suggest that if you ever need Windows fixed things fixed in your house as far as furniture with glass anything they are the best. If I could have given him 10 Stars I would have Cochran Glass and mirror are the best out of anybody. And it really made me feel good that they remembered me from several years ago when they worked on the glass in my house. Thank you for getting my little window fixed so fast.

Stopped by with my broken glass pane from my garage door. Did not survive a hit from a softball. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had a new piece of glass ready for pick-up a couple of hours later. Would highly recommend.

So glad to find someone who could come to my home to fix a broken window. The guys that came out were friendly & respectful and were able to get the window out and replace the glass in it right on site! Put it back in and cleaned the area. Would definately use them again if needed.

I contacted Cochran Glass in February this year in order to replace several bad window seals in our house. Builder grade windows from 2002 and I could tell the seals were bad in several windows. Not only do the windows become impossible to clean as moisture gets in between the panes, the windows also become inefficient and some rooms had become noticeably hotter in summer and cold in the winter. I scheduled an apt with the office and within a few days, 2 gentlemen came by the house to locate and count up how many windows had bad seals. They told me they had to special order the glass and would be in touch when they arrived. About 3-4 weeks later, the windows arrived. The same 2 guys came back to install the glass and did a great job! They worked efficiently, were clean, were pleasant, and everything turned out well! Nice job and thank you!

My husband and I moved in January and our new home has been a full-time project of renovations. I called and made an appointment and was quickly accommodated with an appointment on one particular Monday. Monday came and I knew I had to be home for my appointment but non the less my husband and a few of our contractors where home all day doing more renovation work. At the end of my scheduled window of time for our appointment I called the company wondering where they might be. The young lady who was pleasant answered and said she left me a message on my phone and this was true. She did call at 10:15am, but for her to then say that the workers came by and no one was here was quite disappointing. There where people here ALL DAY. My home is being renovated and there are contractors in and out and my husband who didn t make the appointment with this company was home as well, working on the house. I m Very disappointed in the lack of communication. They tried to reschedule but at this time I had already made plans to work my full time job throughout the week. And to clarify the 10:15an phone call that they made stating the workers were complete with the job before mine and wanted to come by earlyAnd I didn t pick up. Again, there were PEOPLE HERE ALL DAY. Therefore an earlier stop by could of been accommodated.

Amazing Service. The ladies in the office are the absolute best. They were extremely thorough, thoughtful, and timely. The tenants did an outstanding job and were incredibly helpful. I ll definitely be returning for all my other glass projects.

Excellent service. The wind bent my door hinge at Angel Nails. I called them and they came out very quickly. Gave me a temporary hinge they had in hand. They ordered and delivered the parts I needed in just a few days. I will be definitely calling them for work in the future at my business or home. Thanks again Cochran Glass!!!

Absolutely LOVE our new shower door! From start to finish the experience with everyone at Cochran Glass has been top notch! Will definitely use them again for next bathroom remodel!

I had a great experience with Cochran Glass. I needed a piece of glass to protect the top of my credenza. The piece came out great, even with all the little details. The office manager was helpful and pleasant.
