When arriving for my appointment I was greeted my Marie at the administrate desk. She was friendly and professional. She directed me to Matt Cooper. When meeting he was familiar with the background of my claim. when looking at my vehicle he gave me cursory overview of the work needed. Next, he provided and reviewed me with a complete detailed estimate of the work and time frame of the work needed in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He also helped me understand the communications myself, Caliber, the insurance company and the car rental agency. All went as presented. We were notified upon completion. I was out of town on business and Matt followed up with me out of concern and making sure I know the pick up time with relation to the rental vehicle.The work on the vehicle was well done and in a timely manner. I found this to be service of the highest quality. It is becoming very rare in today's business world.

Had my car repaired recently at Caliber in Middletown DE, the whole process was so smooth and professional, Matt Cooper was able to answer all my questions and very nice. My car is perfect, looks as though nothing ever happened.Took no time at all, less than two weeks!Matt kept me up to date with text messages through the whole process.There aren t a lot of businesses like this around anymore. I guess this is where you would say they don t make em like they used to! If anyone needs body work done on their car, do not hesitate to use them!Hopefully your motor insurance gives you them as an option.So grateful for the excellent job and comfort that was given!!

I recommend this shop. Hands down the best in Delaware. They communicate with the customer, notifying them of updates to the repair. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. They did a great job on my car.

I will use Caliber 100 times over, their customer service is amazing. My contact throughout the vehicle repair service was Brian at the Middletown location. He is top notch with his customer service etiquette!!! You don't find customer appreciation like Brian at Caliber unless you're picking up Chick-fil-A! Thank you for taking good care of my 2022Honda van!!!Lorraine WhiteOops, how can I forget the ladies at the front desk, they also are super friendly and helpful!

Matthew Cooper at Caliber Collision in Middletown is to be commended on an outstanding job of restoring my 2016 Mercedes Benz GL450 back to mint condition. Mr. Matthew Cooper was great! I walked in, he set up an appointment for me on the next Monday and I was in and out within 27 minutes. He was gracious enough to even provide a temporary solution to my door handle breaking so I wouldn t have to climb in through my passenger side door. Matthew provided amazing service! Thank you!!

I had my car repaired here after we were rear ended at a red light. I worked with Matt Cooper. He was amazing. I was informed every step of the way. They also worked with enterprise so my rental met me at the shop and I was able to leave it there as well for return when my car was ready. Great work, great help thru the process!! They did a great job on my heavily damaged BMW. Matt was amazing with communication during this process and my car was finished 10 days ahead of schedule (which is unheard of these days). I would definitely take my car here in the future. Highly recommend!!
