I've been taking my vehicle here for over 5 plus years, they are very efficient, consistent and reliable. They are very loyal to their customers and very honest. I highly recommend Rudy's European all foreign car drivers he is definitely a great technician in the industry it is worth the experience hands down.

We brought our 2008 vw beetle in without an appointment because our top didn't go up. They looked over our car and fixed everything. The top works great!! Very fair prices excellent professional work. Our little bug runs better than ever. Thank you Rudys European. Highly recommend. Great job, excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service. They took us in without an appointment as our convertible top was stuck down. We asked them to check the car over and they did so and replaced a faulty power window motor and got the car back to us in four days. Michael was courteous and accommodating... Highly recommend this wonderful shop for your foreign automotive needs ! A+

Rudy's is a great service place for European cars. They do great work, and it shows in the weeks long lead time for appointments. If you can plan ahead, Rudy's is worth the wait

Until I found Rudy's I'd only allow an Audi dealer to touch my car. Now, I doubt I'll ever go back to a dealer. Professional, never upsells unnecessary work, and prices are very fair. Very glad I found Rudy's.

Great place to bring your car if you want to donate 10k to a local shop before you take it somewhere else to actually get fixed. Took 3 tries to clear a drain line from the sunroof and two tries to unsuccessfully fix an oil leak. Spare yourself the trouble and just go to the dealership. You're going to end up there anyways.

My morning began like my car battery, flat. But, after calling & speaking to Lori at Rudy's I was on the road again with a new battery & my car reprogramed by lunch. Their service has been consistently reliable, & the billing is most reasonable. I estimated the price & was within a few dollars of the final bill. Run To Rudy's!

I have a Mercedes 2005 sl600 w v12 and bi turbos.Rudy because of the engine size had to lift the engine out to replace motor mounts. While the engine was out Rudys went over the entire engine. Put new sparks plugs in 24 plugs and other preventive measures.I picked my sl600 Rudy explained to me in detail about the sl600. This car is 17 years and Rudy made this car a New showroom car with his true expertise and love of cars. This 2005 sl600 is ruining like a new car. This guy Rudy and his entire staff are absolutely incredible , honest and trustworthy.If you have a foreign car this is the pinnacle of true craftsmanship. We are relatively new to the Lewes area. After running into a few issues with my C300 (ESL related), Rudys came highly recommended to me and I am so glad that I listened. They were thorough in explantation, timely in repairs and so kind to work with. Should I need more service in the future, Rudys will be my first call!

Rudy and his wife Lori are amazing people and do amazing work! I came in on somewhat of an emergency basis from out of state and he helped me diagnose my air conditioning and oil light issues very quickly and had me back on the road within a very short period of time. He was able to quickly point out a mistake my out of state mechanic made and fix quickly for me. They are life savers and I would highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Took in older Range Rover Evoque for some major repairs- after getting back, car has never performed better. I believe the technicians name was Nick. He was super kind and explained everything so well. Was clearly stressed during process, and I did leave feeling like Linda and Rudy did everything they could to give me a peace of mind, and they even went out of their way to advise me on future care and service. I am compelled to continue to take my vehicle back here to be serviced though it is a far drive, you can t compromise the quality of mechanic if you are dealing with a car you truly love

Can be tough to get an appointment, but to no fault of their own, that's the norm in Sussex County. They were knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot a tricky issue I was having. The first repair didn't quite take care of it, so they squeezed me in for a second repair that took care of the issue. Reasonably priced, too. Glad to have them around!

This shop is a DIAMOND find among European car repair businesses! Ken Rudy and his team took my badly neglected BMW which they had no history with, diagnosed and repaired it as if they had worked on this vehicle for years. They found and recommended several items, repaired them in due course and got my car back on the road in excellent condition. They understand BMW as well, if not better than certified BMW center technicians. Rudy's is nothing short of stellar. They say what they mean and mean what they say. They explain everything and check for things that you don't even know are wrong with the vehicle. I love Rudy's wife Lori - totally upfront and honest about timelines and what they can do. She aligns the expectation of getting the car repaired and has exceeded the expectations of what real customer service is. Rudy does great work but his wife works in the front and is the most unprofessional, rude representation of a business I have EVER witnessed. After having the vehicle for 10 days from an oil change, my friend came to pick up her vehicle and was told 5 minutes then 10 more. We had made plans so she just asked me to meet her there. By the time I arrived she was told 20 more minutes. We sat and chatted in the lobby when Ruby s wife arrived. I said hello as she passed with no reply greeting or even eye contact as she walked past 3 more times. We continued to chat for a good 45 minutes to an hour so I asked the woman if we could get an update. She told me I just need to be patient and told me it was none of my business as it was my friends car. Incredibly she stormed into the repair floor and Rudy came out and said it would take several hours before it was ready. I was more than happy to leave. Once outside, my friend told me how rude she was when she tried to make an appointment. She is truly not a front of store person.

Until finding Rudy and his team, I wouldn't trust anyone else besides my Volvo dealer in Virginia. I'm so happy to have found Rudy's auto shop. It's such a relief to have total confidence and trust in people who have the best regard for my Volvo's safety and performance. The convenience of driving 3 minutes versus 3 hours helps a lot, too. I highly recommend.

We are so lucky to have found Rudy's. He is so knowledgeable about my Mercedes/ Euro cars. He took care of all the issues I was having with my car, that other places could not. He explained the whole process of what work needed to be done. Rudy is so friendly and honest. I recommend him to anyone that has a Euro vehicle. We have had such negative experiences with IGBurton. Thank Goodness we will never need to go back there

Rudy and his wife are great. I have driven from west OC to Lewes for service many times. Rudy is as trustworthy as they come. My A6 4.2 is now relegated to second car status, but after 9 years, 195,000 miles, 2 kids, 2 dogs he has kept it running great. I read some other reviews that were negative and my guess is that they are fake, or they simply do not listen.

We drove our Land Rover LR2 to Lewes for the 4th of July. On our first morning there (July 3rd), after packing it full of stuff and kids to go to the beach, the car wouldn't start. I called around and Rudy's was recommended to me by another shop that didn't work on Land Rovers. I actually spoke with Rudy himself and he was very friendly and helpful. Because of the holiday, they weren't able to get to our car right away and we actually had to borrow my sister-in-law's car to go back home to Pennsylvania. A few days later I got a call from the mechanic (Mike I think was his name). Turns out it was a relatively easy fix but could have easily been much worse.Being from out-of-town, and having already left Lewes, any less-than-scrupulous shop could have easily rung up quite a bill without us knowing any different. Instead, we were charged less than $100. Mike also explained in detail what they found and how they fixed it. I'm very happy with my experience with Rudy's and I feel that Rudy and his crew are both competent and honest.

I was in town visiting from South Carolina when my Mercedes developed a few issues. I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could help and they exceeded all expectations. They were AMAZING!! They were accommodating, informative, professional and affordable. They literally got me in and out within an hour. Plus, the garage is so immaculate and welcoming. A big, huge thank you to Rudy and his team!!

Brought my 2009 Cayenne in on a Thursday afternoonwith a check engine light, Rudy diagnosed within a few hours with a call explaining what it was. Repaired very quickly at more than reasonable pricing compared to Porsche dealership. Will surely be back.

I called Rudy's on Monday after my Mini developed what I thought was a catastrophic oil leak. Rudy's recommended that I have the car towed to their shop. I fully expected that the repair would take several days or even weeks to complete. Within 24 hours, I received a call that the job was completed and that I could pick up the car. The cost was much less than I expected and I will now go to Rudy's instead of the dealer for all future maintenance and repairs. Thank you Rudy!

Got hit with a surprise serpentine belt failure on my 93 Mercedes Benz 400S class. Rudy's had me back up and running in a day for a very customer friendly price point. I live upstate and was visiting family over the recent Holiday weekend. I will be back for routine maintenance when I'm in the area.

Honest repair shop for European cars. Rudy only works on those from Europe and really knows his cars. Doesn't try to con you, and gives you options. Cheaper than the dealership for fixing my BMW. I've dealt with lots of car repair shops over the past five decades and have found none better than Rudy's.

This place has been taking great care of my Audi for about two years now . My S5 is treated so well with them and Rudy ALWAYS does what s best for YOUR pockets , not theirs . They do quality work and EVERYTHING is always perfect .

Repairing vintage Mercedes & other imports like BMW and Jauguar requires skill. The shop owner and mechanics impressed me. Had a leaking hydraulic cylinder that operates the soft top. Rudy made an accurate diagnosis of a complicated repair. his estimate was correct, the job finished on time, all work done as promised. I'll be baack.. If you demand the best at a fair price take your baby to Rudy's European Auto Repair on Rte 9 near Rehoboth.

I had my Mercedes worked on a few months ago and of course it was pricey, as you would expect that with this type of car. Everything was explained to me in depth. Very pleased with the results! Would highly recommend him to anyone with a European car.
