This company is cream of the crop! Hands down my best experience in the entire state of Delaware and I have tried many places/mechanics. Heather is phenomenal at her job and very knowledgeable. From basic to expert car services to tire options and installation choose Mr.Tire of Lewes. You will find yourself writing a similar review. Thank you all!

Caught a screw in our truck tire that couldn't be repaired. Bought a lovely set of new tires and in the process they discovered what an awful condition the brakes and rotors were in. Easy to miss as I drive the truck about once per week. They got the tires, the brakes, a flush, and a wheel alignment done overnight. The guys in there were helpful and courteous. Their prices are competitive with tire rack and they have all the extras like road hazzard and lifetime rotation. Would definitely recommend them especially because they do great work and they stand behind it!

I went in for an oil change, I was there for almost 3 hours. Fine, then an employee came to me with stuff wrong with my car, I needed 2 new front brakes among other things, fine. Except I just changed my front brakes 6 months prior. That tells me they heard squeaks and just guessed. What would have Happened if I said the change the front ones? I wonder. Then the complimentary tire rotation was not done. I just got 2 new tires 2 weeks before, and they were in the same spot.

My wife and I were traveling to Haberson, DE to visit family for the weekend when we got a flat tire on the highway. Every place we called didn't have the tire we needed or couldn't help us until Monday...every place besides Mr. Tire, of course. Not only did they have the tire, they were able to install it on a Friday night. We called and spoke with Heather at like 5:45pm and were 15 minutes away. We were driving out of the parking lot with a brand new tire by 6:30pm. Heather is AMAZING and so are all the workers at Mr. Tire!! Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Heather is a great customer service representative. I had excellent service from the team getting all four tires replaced after experiencing tire failure. Heather arranged a tow for me who was reasonable. Thank you all for your help.

I visited today for a low tire pressure sensor. They took me right back to check my pressures and Gilberto made the fix! Both he and Michael were pleasant and helpful I will definitely be back the next time I need tire service!

I came to Mr Tire this morning without a appt and a flat tire that I hoped could be repaired. The guys at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. I believe his name is John, seemed genuinely happy to tell me they were able to repair it. I was in and out in under a hour. Excellent experience and I m very grateful they are open on a Sunday.

I needed a last minute brake repair and was skeptical but beggars can t really be choosers last minute. They went above and beyond at a good honest price. If i lived in the area i would most definitely return. Staff was awesome!!

I was there on Friday last week to get 4 brand new tires , and wheel alignment . They were suppose to call me when the car was ready, nobody did. I went there and pick up my car, the guy inside was very quiet and on my question is there anything i need to know about my car (as far as tires, rims ect.) he replied no. From there i took it straight home witch is 7 miles from there location. The next day (Saturday) i was looking at my rims just out of curiosity to see how ,many weights i have (basically how bend are my rims) on 3 of the 4 rims i saw that there is no weights , witch is impossible since the rims are not new and there been thru stuff. I called them about the issue and they scheduled me for Monday so they can put new weights and balance my wheels again. I was keep looking at my car and noticed that my entire front lip was hanging from my bumper and it was cracked on one side and scratched on both sides with yellow paint ( their lift) . I called them and i told them i am on my way because that is not how you do business. I went there i showed them the damage and they indeed confirmed that they did the damage and it is from their lift. The employee that was there was nice enough to tell me that i need to speak with the manager and he did put on my invoice that they did damage the lip. Anyway they did the wheel alignment again. Today (Monday) i went to talk with the manager , he helped me with everything and issue a refund on the service that they did. When i showed him that my wheel weights are gone again , he just reply i guess we don't have the right equipment for that so you will need to take it somewhere else. He assured me that he will submit a form for their insurance company to contact me in 24-48h . Its not the manager fault , the "mechanic" that was working on my car was John Evans, so if you guys going there make sure he is not the one working on your car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ordered replacement tire that was delivered following day. Was contacted by phone as promised.Very pleased with entire experience. Will purchase next set of tires from Mr Tire.

Got scammed today for 200 bucks had a small nail in my treads and they said it wasn't able to be patched. 1st reason was they couldn't reach it, which makes zero sense then the manager changed the story to the tread was too worn. He also said my other tire was worn and should be replaced. I stupidly agreed to buy just the one tire. I had only had the tires for a year that I bought there with the road Hazzard insurance. Don't buy that it's also a scam! He said because the tire was worn that it was not covered and blamed it on the alignment. So after paying I looked at the other tire and measured the tread it was perfectly fine. Good news is I won't ever need to go here again fool me once but not gonna get me twice.

Mike cleared the carbon deposits. Increased miles per gallon 12- 15 %.UPDATE: The engine started running rough. They are telling me now that the injector needs REPLACEMENT after they charged me $180+ to clean the injector on the first visit. On the first visit I also ok'd a recharge of the cooling system.And now, of course, they want to charge me for a cooling system repair.

Went on 10/30 because my tire has a leak, the guy kinda didn't believe us. It's small but it's there, we showed him with soapy water and all. He even seen it. They kept my car for an hour and said they couldn't find it and just replaced the valve. I'm still filling my tire everyday. It wasn't the valve and I definitely feel like we wasted our time showing them. guess we'll do it ourselves.

Worst experience ever.Got an appointment for tire change at 11amDrop the car at 10:45Got back at 12:20 car was still untouchedFinally they finished my car at 2:17pm. 3,5 hours on simple tire change. What is the point of making appointments if you are not following your own rules? Terrible service. Never coming back

Went to get tires at this place I received a great welcome from Ed tires were installed and as was driving back noticed an abs alarm on witch my car did not have. Wen back talk to the lady at the counter and she tells me that the car had the abs alarm already witch is not true. This is a scam to get you for something else will never go there again.

Overall decent experience with having my tires in stock, a next-day appointment, and a quick service yet remember to ask about financing options because they may not go out of their way to mention these on their own!

While Heather and Ed are very nice and they do good work at Mr. Tire, I was charged $108 for an oil change today (outrageous) and the parts costs are greatly inflated. Wow! How disappointing, as I will not go back!

Being out of state and coming off the beach to a flat tire was not a fun part of our vacation! Mr. Tire Auto Service was so wonderful & timely in getting us a new tire ordered and changed for us! Thank you for the great service. Everyone was so kind! Also great hours as they were the only place we called that was open til 7pm!

I had a flat tire while traveling to Rehoboth. I arrived to this location using my spare, they had the whole thing fixed in under 30 minutes! The staff was not only quick but also super friendly. Great service!
